I have seen Dr.Stephen Ferrence for more than 5 years, he is very thorough and spend as much time as it takes to make sure I can see better every times I see him. Staffs in his clinic are nice, staff in the eyeglasses shop are ok. Overall its a great experience especially with Dr.Ference.

My family has been going here for a few years now. This place is fantastic.They have a smaller selection of frames than someplaces, but the stuff they do have is all great. Their staff is friendly and knowledgable. The optometrists also seem to know their stuff.Wierd story on how we found them:First place we went to didnt take our insurance for frames (only optometry, wierd), second place we called ahead. This place was in the mall but they had lied about taking our insurance. They wanted us to do a payment plan or something. We went to a 3rd place in the same mall. They had a huge selection of frams but nothing good in it. Then we finally found this place and everything was awesome.

I was a little irritated about the facts that they didnt call me back in regards to replacing lenses....then I called and they already ordered them without telling me what my estimate would be first and admitted to me they forgot to call me. . Then over a week later, my order had arrived. To my surprise, after asking if I should bring my old glasses in since I thought I was getting lenses, they told me with my warranty I got a whole new pair of eyeglasses. Just had to pay $25.00 bucks. Got there to pick them up and they wouldnt give them to me because I was suppose to bring my old ones. Nobody told me that. So had to leave without them. Just irritating.

They are expensive for no reason beside front desk not nice

Everyone was so nice, especially this one lady... I wish I could remember her name. Got my contacts there. They said it would take a week, but it took 2-3 days. Very happy with them. Will be coming here for future visits.

I’ve been seeing the doctor here for years. He is extremely thorough the best optometrist I’ve ever had.

While they seem nice when you first walk in...they are NOT!! I went in to get some paperwork filled out for an accomodation for work....and the female optometrist refused!!! This is My job at stake!! If you have any kind of visual impairment DO NOT GO HERE!!!

After waiting 10 days and making a couple calls I was told my glasses still werent ready, and it would be another 8 days because of a problem with a screw. No communication on the issue, and Im looking at nearly 3 weeks without my glasses. If it wasnt such a hassle with insurance I would cancel my order and demand a refund. I will never go here again for glasses and will make damn sure no one I know does. Horrible customer service.

I love this staff! It took me quite awhile, because of my hectic schedule, they still rocked my order!

This place is tucked away in the mall where it probably doesnt get much attention. after being neglected at Visionworks it was nice to have employees pay attention, greet me, and help me browse for some new frames. Only bad thing is the frames for their $100 are thrown in a cabinet underneath their wall displays
