Dr. Sal and her whole team were great! I always fear going to the dentist but Dr. Sal was very gentle and calming. Front desk and assistants were awesome as well. Great experience!

Dr. Sal and staff are excellent. The biggest thing I took away from my experience at Brookshire Dental was that I could trust the dentist. I had been led astray before from previous dentists I had visited, but Dr Sal talked me though multiple options and developed a custom treatment plan for my situation. It ended up costing less than I originally planned for, due to her expertise. Also, the hygienist was great and accommodated my sensitive tooth during my cleaning. Thank you!

I immediately felt very comfortable at this office. The staff is so diverse and down to earth. A mix of men and women all different ages and races. Everyone I talked to was very professional and made me comfortable while educating me on how to not fall back into bad oral hygiene habits.They came up with a great plan for stabilizing my oral hygiene and even advised of discounts being run in the future. I can’t wait for my return visit!

Office was kind and knew I was there because of a lot of pain at 3 pm. I was asked to fill out extra paperwork on their tablet and when I was almost done, I was called back for X-rays, which the young lady set down the tablet and lost all the work I had just done. I was then told I could redo after…the doctor assessed what was going on and left for about 20 minutes. I sat the whole time in tremendous pain and then when someone came in, it was the office to tell me what I would need to pay. She could see I was in a lot of pain, which I told her I needed something to lessen whether Novocain as I couldn’t focus or make a sound decision on this much pain (called my husband to help on the phone, who was furious) and so she did get that done right away and said she was sorry. They told me my options and expected all payment up front (way more than expected). I ended up having to leave and find another dentist to help me, which was a totally different experience. I will add they did give me an rx for an antibiotic for possible infection. The whole process was two hours. 😡

My first time coming to Brookshire Dentistry was a wonderful experience. All staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. I havent gone to a dentistry in years and the staff were professional and helped break down future procedures as well as expenses.

The professionals at Brookshire Dental are exactly that IE professional but more. Gentle and caring and thorough when it comes to working inside of our mouths. I’ve been going to them for years and they’ve always been near perfect to perfect. If you’re looking for a family dentist check them out. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

I like the office staff and the dentist there. I had a child (age 14) who was really nervous about dental work and they worked really hard to get him numb and to make the experience a good one. I will make Brookshire our dental home because of this. If you can make cavity filling a positive experience for a 14 year old, then I trust you are good to go for the rest of the family!

This place is all about the money and not working for it. They cancelled an appointment I had made 3 months ago an hour before I was supposed to come in so I reschedule and they said I wasn’t on the schedule. They end up getting me in because they felt bad and then I go to check out and they charged me for a doctor visit when I never even saw the doctor! Luckily I went back in. On top of all that they tried to do X-rays again when I just got them 6 months ago and have no problems! The hygienist said ok but if I see something we might just need an X-ray. Luckily she said my teeth were beautiful but all these over charges are ridiculous.Super unprofessional and definitely looking for a new dentist!

Everyone was very nice and professional. Last week I was in for a cleaning and today I had two fillings. It was not painful at all. The worst part was the shot and they put a topical on before so that was not that bad. Both the hygienist and the Dentist made me very comfortable.

I love this place. I had a root canal and 2 fillings done. Dr. Starks was AMAZING, she made the procedure pain free and made me feel very comfortable. Bacardi was also amazing, She made the billing process very smooth and help me save money on my procedures since I was cash client. She even fed my son pizza because he was getting very hungry. This staff really cares about their patients, They all go above and beyond to make sure their patients are well taken care of. If you need true professional work done come here.

Ill admit @ 68 yrs old Im really not looking forward to see a dentist, but yesterdays visit was welcoming. All the staff was nice & open to converse. Although unexpected news of extending work needed was done, it was painless & the dentist was reassuring this would fix my issue. I dont like dentist visit but Brook shire Dentistry , well its pretty good.

At Brookshire Dental the staff is always pleasant and caring. They go over the financials with you and work with you to make payments if necessary. I feel comfortable with the staff and they laugh at my jokes because we try hard to bring my anxiety down so they can go to work!!😂

Guess I came without faith in this office. The staff was all very professional and kind but I was very disappointed in the check out. I asked on the phone if u took my insurance and was told yes. I gave her the information and Id #. But when checking out I had to pay for my visit and was told u would file and IF they paid something you would mail me a check?!!! Not right...Im in an eye drs office and if we take the insurance we file and they pay what part the ins. doesnt.. no more. So explain your office procedures up front!

First of i’m totally afraid of going to the dentist and try to avoid it at any cost . I am 50 year old strong , healthy male that has neglected my teeth due to some previous dental encounters. My friend referred me to Brookshire Dental a couple of years ago and after a few missed appointments and delays I overcame my fears and went in . Talk about a life changing experience since starting my dental plan . On my first visit the Dentist and I made a treatment plan which included bridges, crowns ,teeth extractions and finally some implants . It’s only been about 6 months or so and i’m already half way through my plan and the results are absolutely amazing .Im a big question asker and the staff is always happy to answer my questions and explain every part of the procedure in detail . Not one time have I ever been pain or uncomfortable in a negative way. Abbie the dentalassistant is super nice , professional and happy to do her job which is important, especially when my teeth are concerned. Best advice i can give someone is give them try for yourself and you will not regret it . Life is to short to walk around in pain or not have a pretty smile . I decided to give this review to help other people that may be putting off procedures due to fears or procrastination. It’s never to late to feel good about your smile .

This place is horrible. I haven’t had work done here but I had an interview and offered a work in interview. The new office manager was rude and in my view plain mean. Rude to employees.I’ve never been in a place that had me cold call.She actually told me if there was something I could be doing. Meanwhile the phones were all in use.. and I’m supposed to learn and see how they do things. Couldn’t wait to get out of there.Also she has no concern for people or what kind of things are going on in her employees lives. I’d say more but that’s another story .There’s a reason everyone is new in this office . To the Doctor .. no one will want to stay and work with Melinda.

I can not say enough great things! To start, the staff is super friendly and accommodating. They got me in the day I called and went above what was expected. Its a one stop shop from cleanings to orthodontic work and everything in between. They had my fillings done that day and crowns in the making. Took my son in 2 weeks later and received the same treatment. Their courtesy is consistent and so is their work. Hands down the best dentist Ive ever had the pleasure of seeing!

Wow. I have been a patient here for 9 years. And what I can appreciate the most, is that their service is absolutely excellent. Ive have always feared the dentist, and they have the best Dentist in the world. #DrStark. She has helped me grow as a patient for sure over the last 4 years. I had a massive treatment plan , that I had to complete in four phases. I started out completely sedated (due to my fears), and each year it it became a little easier with the help of Dr. Stark and her technique. I gradually moved to conscious sedation, no sedation with nitrous, to no nitrous at all!!! This is so big!! They recently changed the majority of the staff, and the nice lady that handles the financial side of the buisness is so much better than the last.

Temporary bridge came out in AM. Saw me in PM and replaced. Great teamwork - friendly and professional. Love the screen views of my teeth and x-rays to educate me on treatment plans.

This was the most amazing dental experience I’ve ever had! I had to get a tooth extracted, and the tooth had fused to the bone. So under normal circumstances, this would not have been a pleasant event. This dentist employs a dental Assistant named Leslie Loera who is a thief. She will steal from patients. She has stolen personal property from me and now refuses to respond to any attempt to privately resolve the matter.Leslie Owes me hundreds of dollars for theft of property and refuses to pay. Please everyone go give your business to a company who employs people who are trustworthy. A company who employs dishonest people is a dishonest company.

Very chaotic experience, though they are nice. Not really organized. I asked for x ray pictures to be emailed and they were not. They even assured me it will be a couple minutes after I leave.

BROOKSHIRE DENTISTRY in HURST is the most unscrupulous and sketchy business I have ever encountered. Their business practices such asking you for your payment card WHILE you are in the CHAIR having work done so you can’t go over your billing statement when you are finished!! Asking you to go to your car while you are in the CHAIR to retrieve your payment card!!! Billing you for Nitrous Oxid, when you absolutely did NOT have it. They will perform painful work on you without using numbing gel and or offering you the lidocaine shot. The staff it the RUDEST STAFF I also have ever encountered in my life. RUN DON’T WALK FROM THIS SO CALLED DENTISTRY BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, because of Bacardis 2nd time being extremely rude and not processing payments and insurance properly, I will find another dentist to complete my treatment plan.

The only reason I came to this office because the dentist I have seen all my life which was Doctor Bradley close down his practice and became associated with this practice. I have many problems with this practice the most problem is with the lady that handles the Insurance and financial part of it. I felt like I have been scammed and overpaid every time. The other part I do not like about this practice is that I see a different dentist every single visit and each visit the dentist finds another problem. I will possibly make one more appointment to this office and after that I will be finding a new dentist. The problems that each new dentist finds are not problems that the dentist prior made me aware of. I do not recommend this practice to anyone!

I have been coming here for about nine years. I give them credit for helping me get over my terrible dental anxiety. Dr. Beemis is so wonderful and has the best calming, reassuring manner you could ask for, everyone there is top notch! I recommend them to everyone.

My visit was fine. I wasnt looking forward to going to the dentist, but they, trested me well. I was in and out of there on time. After my cleaning, I did feel a little pressure to have more costly work done in a short time.

I am very happy to have found Brookshire Dental. Their staff is awesome and so very polite and caring! I came with a big problem (for me anyways), but they took it in their professional stride and resolved my issues. Ive had to go back a couple of times for an adjustment and they got me in right away. Freba handles financial issues and really helped me arrange a payment plan that worked for me. I love Dr Walker - shes so fun and made me feel like a family member, as well as her assistant, Felicia. Brookshire has a great staff. Welcomed in with smiling faces. I appreciate that their support staff is friendly. The technicians are knowledgeable efficient and friendly. Dr Afkami placed a solid implant 3 years and has begun a second for me now because I trust his work.Three years ago I had a tooth that had movement and his hygienist did a laser treatment on it within several weeks it had tightened and still solidly in place. I believe Brookshire’s has kept up with newest equipment and techniques.

Bookstore Dental has been my families dentist for over 15 years! I highly recommend them! Very professional and caring and they even worked with me with payments when my stupid insurance didnt cover some things.

Dr. Bradley is the best dentist Ive ever had in my life! He frequently gave words of assurance and encouragement all while ensuring my treatment was as painless as possible. Im never described a dentist as having a good bedside manner but the description is so apropos for Dr. Bradley! The only problem I had was with the temperature, which seems to be a contentious issue with the ladies upfront and the staff in back. It was a bit uncomfortably warm for myself and the staff in back who move around a lot. The ladies upfront were cold and thus their comfort level seemed to trump everyone elses. Hopefully a compromise will come soon. Dr. Bradley was so great I still have to give 5 stars.

I came to Brookshire in January after my crown popped out due to a cavity in the tooth underneath it. They confirmed this, but upon merely examining my teeth the dentist looked right at me and in an extremely judgemental tone said, “When’s the last time you’ve been to the dentist?” I had just gone not even a year ago before I moved to TX and only had one cavity, which was fixed. They then proceeded to tell me everything I had wrong with my teeth and what needed to be fixed, including a root canal, two crowns, and cavities in basically all of my teeth. Mind you, I only went there to get one cavity filled and a new crown. The financial lady (who someone else said was a scam, and I completely agree) pressured me immensely to spend money to get those teeth fixed, and I let them do a considerable, costly amount of work because they did a great job convincing me I needed all of it (+ MORE) before I fully realized I was being used as a cash cow.Once, I went in to get a ‘cavity’ filled, just 1, and they tried to tell me multiple times that I scheduled to get 2 done, pointing out the 2nd one I supposedly scheduled. I am absolutely 110% positive I never scheduled a 2nd filling.The entire experience at this place traumatized me and made me so distrustful in dentists that I spent this entire year worried about my “horrible” teeth while not visiting a practice at all. Upon a recommendation from a trusted friend, I FINALLY got the courage to try a different dentist two weeks ago, and he told me I had 0 cavities and that my teeth were perfect. I actually made him check several times because Brookshire had made me so paranoid, and he found nothing.I have never left a bad review for a business, but I had to post this. I would think MORE than twice about going to Brookshire Dental.

Very nice office and staff. The Dentist I saw was very nice but I was a little uncomfortable with the way the treatment recommendation were presented.

I have a huge fear of visiting the dentist but Im glad to say that after visiting Brookshire, that fear is practically gone! The staff made me feel so comfortable and took special care of me. The hygienist really understood my fear and was so kind throughout my whole visit. If you are hesitant about going to the dentist because you have a fear then PLEASE do yourself a favor and go here. You wont regret it.
