Got a teeth cleaning today and oh my goodness, the staff is amazing here! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. The doctor answered all of my questions very clearly. My hygienist was so gentle and nice. My teeth feel so clean. If you’re looking for a dentist office that is comfortable, non-judgmental, and caring - this is the one! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

My husband and I have been coming here for over 2 years and have always been treated so well. The dentists are amazing. Today, I took our 15 month old for her first dental appointment and they were so great with her. I was afraid my little one would make it difficult, but they definitely know what theyre doing. They have a great team here at Brush365.

The office is amazing and has a very friendly staff and such a wonderful hygienist Ashlea. Will definitely be going back for my dental health.

Everyone at this office is so sweet. My daughter was a new patient here. When we walked in, they had her name written on the whiteboard welcoming her as a new patient. In the lobby there is coffee and water available. You check in with the front office ladies who were extremely helpful and kind. I signed up for their in house insurance which is a great deal. We sat down and were called back a couple of minutes later. I was able to go back with my kiddo, which I know some dentist offices no longer allow. Once in the suite, they took x-rays with a handheld x-ray machine (super cool) and the dentist came in to check them out and to do the exam. He was very straightforward, gentle, and let us know what was happening at all times. The hygienist cleaned her teeth, made her laugh a million times, and then we were good to go. All of staff was very kind! This will be our forever dentist office!

Brush 365 was very professional when scheduling the appointment, when we arrived at the office saw our welcome new patients names on a whiteboard and the check in process was simple. Loved the Affordable annual package they offer.. After being placed into the room, the hygienist came in shortly after explained the process for the X-rays, cleanings.Cleaning was simple and thorough!I highly recommend 5 stars!

I absolutely love coming to this dentist office. They make me feel extremely comfortable, and I will never think of going anywhere else. Everyone is so kind, sweet, and lovely. This is the first time I’ve been to a dentist office in a long time, and honestly i get nervous even thinking about dentist offices. From the first time making an appointment to getting my second appointment scheduled I’m excited to go back. I looked at a bunch different places and every place gave me a weird feeling. When I called Brush 365 it just felt right and they were extremely kind on the phone and answered all the questions I had. This is the BEST place to come to.

What i thought was going to be a simple filling replacement turned into a root canal and crown. I use to suffer from sever dental anxiety until i met the staff of Brush365 and Dr. Bengali himself. They gave me a step by step explanation of what they were going to do and through the whole procedure put my comfort and well being first. How many people do you know of that can say they fell asleep during a root canal? Well you can say you know one now. I look forward to going to the dentist now. I highly recommend the lovely ladies and Dr. Bengali at Brush365 in Hurst. This is a staff of young professionals and an awesome dentist. Sure wish they were around when i was younger... :-)

Visited 365 Brush in Hurst for my first time today, 8/19. I cannot say enough good things about the whole staff and my Dr. They are very compassionate and caring always making sure I was okay. It was a very very pleasant experience.

It was my first time. Weve had some bad the past few years with dentists, so have tried a few. I was impressed- it was a clean, professional office, nice waiting area, I was greeted when I walked in the door, heck as a new patient my name was on a whiteboard to specifically greet me. The clinic managed to be both professional and welcoming, even in the exam rooms. There were 1 way screens so you could look outside but no one could look in. They did an excellent job of moving me through the process without having me wait much. I was in for a 1st time with xrays, cleaning, check up and polish. I walked in at 555 and out at 715. Not bad at all. Very friendly and nice staff from top to bottom- in a genuine way.

I enjoy to be at brush 365 today for a tooth surgery. All the staff were very compasive during the process. From front desk to the actual dentist. Every space was very neat and clean. I would be there for all my treatment.

A very big shout out to Dr. Bangale and the ENTIRE staff at brush365 (Hurst location). I had oral surgery a week ago today and my one week check up showed Im healing great! Please do not waste your time with this office. Very unprofessional staff of mainly 20 something year olds. Terrible communication, as miscommunications are dealt with in front of patients. On MULTIPLE occasions the office did not have running water, and the office was still up and running. To my knowledge that is a violation of OSHA. Oh and they will also tell you they accept your insurance even if they don’t just to get you to come in a waste your time, so save it and just pick a new office.

Aliscia was an excellent dental assistant. Took really great care of the prep work and prompt quotes.Such a friendly work environment.

I have been looking for a dentist for quite some time, and I finally found a gem! Dr. Sara Mahmood is exceptional! I love the staff, they are all professional and friendly. I was very pleased from my first visit! They explained and listed what was needed to be addressed. They have a dental membership plan that makes more sense than all the dental insurance plans I was shopping for. I will be a regular patient of Brush365, glad I found them!

Update:I had fillings replaced (done by a different dentist), and the whole team was very accommodating and sweet. I am petrified of getting dental work since the last dentist I had did such a terrible job, but this office is full of kind people who are patient.So far so good at this place!Long story short, my husband and I had horrible experiences at our previous dentist. The ladies here made me feel comfortable and heard. I only had my cleaning done today, but I am looking forward to a calm experience when I get my fillings redone. I hope to not have to change my rating when I get that done, because I really do like these women, and I did feel welcome and comfortable.

My experience was Great! My Periodontic treatment was stalled last year due to Covid, Ive had 2 services provided by Dr. Bangale and have now adopted him as my go-to Dentist. He and the Staff was paramount in my decision to move forward with Brush 365 / Hurst.

I have been looking for a WHILE! The team at BRUSH365 is AWESOME! They are concientious, personable, and efficient. Had a filling & deep clean in just over an hour. Did GREAT work. THIS is my new dentist. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

11/5/2020-- update, the director immediately contacted me regarding this comment and apologized about the wait time. Sent me an email if I had anymore questions and direct contact for her. Again, customer service is superb and very friendly. Not sure, but maybe the evening I went, they were just slow? But made sure they knew so maybe the next patient wouldnt have to go thru that long wait time.11/2/2020-- With no other patients around, I had to wait over an hour for the complete consult to be done (1hr 1/2 total). All I needed was x-rays and a talk with Dr. Doctor didnt show up until about 45min after I showed up. I even showed up 30min early and still had to wait. Plus, I didnt get to see the Dr I was suppose to see. Overall visit did not meet expectations. But the personnel was very nice and it was clean.

Great experience here, very family oriented and inviting! The dental assistant, Alicia was phenomenal!!! Her energy and vibrant personality was a pleasant compliment to the overall visit.

I had an excellent experience with the staff and dr. here. Itd been a few years since Id been to the dentist, and there was no shame! The facility is very clean and nice, and i felt very safe the whole time (in light of Covid stuff). I highly recommend them!

Awesome staff! I was immediately welcomed and acknowledged when I first stepped into the office. Staff is Very friendly, compassionate, and kind! I’m not a fan of going to the dentist, but they definitely took that into consideration and made me feel more than comfortable while there. They were sure to explain everything step by step. I had a routine cleaning as well as two wisdom teeth removed. The wisdom teeth extractions couldn’t have gone any smoother thanks to Dr Pinzon. I will def be returning and referring my family and friends!

All of the staff was very friendly, I came in with pretty bad tooth pain after a different dentist told me I needed to get a root canal, turns out I didn’t need one and my tooth feels perfect now! Thank you guys!

This is a follow up to my initial review from 4 months ago. Since I have done my best to reach out to the office and there has not been anything positive or an outcome of this current tooth implant being completed: concerning the well being of my tooth implant alone with the discomfort I am currently having to date. Alone with the horrible emails and nasty certified letters I received after mentioning my concerns to Brush 365 Staff and Management. In result, of them not being able to allow me to come back to the Office since their Office Manager Michelle dismiss me and ban me from the office after exposing the truth of the situation here on Google. I want to document that I am still having discomfort with my tooth implant and God forbid this gets any worse. It is best to cover the well being of health alone with my family knowing what took place as this being my record of proof outside of the letters and emails I received from Brush 365 Office Manager. I pray and hope to find a dentist/doctor to complete the work that Dr. Pinzon failed to complete. To only say you owe something later after going through with a dental procedure. Watch these ppl. closely, I wish I never step foot in there now. One of the worse mistakes I ever made in my life. This is a wonderful dentist office. Everyone is very nice and make sure you are comfortable during your visit. There are items available for use to help you relax. Headphones to link with your phone, neck pillows & if you need warm blanket. This is the 1st time I have had a root canal & wasnt in pain during the treatment or after I got home. I will recommend to all my friends.

My visit to Brush 365 in Hurst , was great. I needed attention on a Saturday and they were open. Everyone that helped me were professional and very helpful. I had a crown made for a broken tooth and in an hour and a half I was finished and back on the road with a new tooth at a reasonable price. I would recommend to anyone who needs dental work.

The dentist installed a crown but it didnt fit, so she filed down my upper tooth quit a bit so it wouldnt hit the crown that they made for me. She didnt even consult me before filing down my good tooth!

I visited brush365 for the first time in December and found the office clean and pleasant. I havent often had to visit a dentist and I was in pain and nervous, and had to have an extraction; the doctor and the staff were wonderful, kind and solicitous to me, even making sure I got safely to my car when I left. My visit to brush 365 was just simply the best experience I have had at a dentist office. I usually hate going to the dentist because my teeth always need work. However, during my first appointment Sebastian did a great job with my cleaning and he was pleasant to speak with. Dr sara mahmood is a pure professional, she makes you feel like family explaining you your treatment and always asks if you are feeling ok. Her main objective is comfort for her patient. She knows how painful some procedures can be, so she constantly will ask her patients if they are ok or feeling any pain. It wasn’t just with me, I heard her speaking with my wife as well and she gave her the same treatment. So far, I have had a cleaning and an extraction with a few more treatments coming soon. Also the whole team is very friendly and accommodating. I love that they have multiple locations I have one close to work and the other close to home. I will be referring all my friends and family to dr mahmood. If you need an honest, reliable, and trusted dental team go to brush 365.

After reading the reviews, I was cautiously optimistic about them. Since I needed to find a new dentist - and they are close to the house - I decided to give them a try.So many negatives... so few positives.1: they require that you call them to verify your appointment. Not a big deal, but should have been a clue.2: they required payment in advance. I assume the dentists are psychic, otherwise how can they know what is needed and how much it will cost before they ever see your mouth?3: they nonstop push their discount plan. As soon as I checked in they started pushing it. Then during x-rays. Then during the exam. Then while they were putting the estimate together. Then while I was finishing up. Seemed like every other statement was pushing the thing.And they are aggressive about it. Not just mentioning it... hard selling it every time.4: the dentist is insanely aggressive during the exam. I like to tell myself that I have a pretty good pain tolerance... I was sweating from the pain during the exam. It actually seemed like she was deliberately trying to hurt me or at least elicit a pain response. I would like to say that she was just in a hurry, but there was only one other victim... err, patient... in there while I was there.Its no exaggeration to say that my teeth hurt for hours after leaving.5: followup calls and emails were all addressed to my wife. No idea how they even got her name. Maybe its a little thing to some, but it just cemented their entire lack of care from start to finish.I will say this... the dental assistant (or whatever the correct title is) was very kind, very gentle and very friendly.
