Dr. Kubo is very good he is gentle with numbing shots, I didnt even feel them. He is very informative and takes the time to explain what he is doing and why, which helped my anxiety about my whole situation. The woman helping him Gabby was great. And Gloria the hygienist was amazing took extra care to make sure I was comfortable as well as being very gentle. Even the woman who took payment (I apologize I dont remember her name) took the time to break everything down and explain it to me (it is overwhelming trying to read the insurance benefits and coverage) I would highly recommend Stone Ranch they all seem to go above and beyond.

Love everyone here, They are all so friendly (and helpful!) and we love Dr. Kubo. He is kind, caring and skilled. All things you want in a dentist! Dr Kubo and Gabby were so kind and caring. I was able to address my concern of my imperfections done from a poor job done by a prior dentist and not only did they perfect that tooth but also polished up and shaped my other teeth that had some chipping as well. Dr. Kubo did extensive dental work for me a number of years ago. We moved to different part of the Metroplex and I chose a different closer dentist. My mistake! I now drive about 45 minutes each way to get there but I am back with Doctor Kubo. The entire practice is incredibly welcoming and caring. Thats hard to find these days.

The entire operation is first class, but special shout out must be given to Gloria. It had been over a decade since I had any cleanings and my mouth was a dumpster fire. Needless to say I had a lot of anxiety about the deep cleaning. There was no judgment at all from anyone and Gloria was not only an expert at her craft but had such a nice way about her that put me completely at ease. Thanks so much, and I’m looking forward to putting out the rest of the dumpster fire soon.

I started coming here about 3 years. Never had insurance growing up so needed some work on my teeth. But they helped with fillings, removing my wisdom teeth, getting braces and now routine cleaning. Staff is friendly and helpful!

I took my 17 month old in for his first dental visit. The dental hygienist was so kind to me and my son, making him feel comfortable and giving him toothbrushes and stickers to play with. I was terrified to go to the Dentist but I didnt have a choice. I had a broke tooth with a cavity. I had heard alot of stories from alot of people and it didnt help my nerves. So 2 Crowns and a Cavity, plus a mouth gaurd later, I am a very pleased client. I have found my forever Dentist home!

I have been going to Stone Ranch Dental Group, for quite sometime. It’s a great place to have your dental work done. Staff is very friendly and professional. Dr Kubo is very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. When working on my root canal he kept on checking that I was not in pain. I hardly felt any pain When I got my root canal done. He is very gentle and thorough in his work and does an outstanding job. He is very honest and would recommend only, if that thing needs to be done.

I had not seen a dentist in 10 years and let me tell you my gums were a dumpster fire. If you have a fear of dentists, let me tell you mine is worse. However, Dr. Kubo is an absolute wizard. Some say oh just a little pinch, a little sing. With Dr. Kubo....nothing. No stick, no sting, nothing. Brenda, my hygenist, is absolutely amazing. We got it done and she was patient, calm, and upbeat through it all. I was able to get through a full crown procedure with zero issues, hes that good. I think my dental phobia is going away!

Service was great. Everyone was professional and competent. Unfortunately, they were experiencing computer problems. Unable to complete X-rays and dragged out appointment to two hours.

I can truly say Stone Ranch makes it fun to go to the he dentist. Because everyone cares and tries to accommodate everyone, the patient’s are relaxed and makes it easy to work on. I enjoy going to the dentist. Sometimes we turn on the radio in my room and rock out with Three Dog Night, Creedence Clearwater Revival and so on. The office is included in the fun. You are treated like family. So if anyone wants to have a great dental experience with a staff who cares and wants you to have fun, Stone Ranch is the place to go.

With two cracks in my rear molar the pain just kept getting worst. Saw Dr. Kubo and decided a root canal best option for my situation. While the procedures are pain free the healing was not but manageable with pain meds. I now have my new crown and it feel like a tooth. No more pain. Happy ending. I have been going to Stone Ranch for years always professional and make you feel like family.

I don’t know where to start!!! From the first phone call I made this morning for an emergency visit due to tooth pain till I walked out the door everyone was SUPER NICE! Dr Hyatt and his assistant treated me very well. Because I have a huge fear of going to the dentist and they were very comforting. Everything about this dentist office is 5 stars. The front desk staff , the dental assistants, but most of all Dr. Kubo. Today I had a root canal for my very back molar which I know is tricky. Dr. Kubo made me feel zero pain the whole entire time. I have also had problems getting numb but that is never the case with him. I am going to refer Dr. Kubo to everyone I know. I appreciate his determination and actually being able to make me laugh while getting a root canal! Worth every penny !

Went here after buying a year plan from Dental Solutions to cut costs after retirement. We are diligent about our teeth and go every 6 mths, floss and use Sonicare. I went first and was told I had a cavity under a crown on tooth 15. $1000 job. I was suspicious and told them I would wait. Hubby went a month later and was told he also had a cavity under a crown on tooth 15. Told him he had extreme gingivitis and scheduled an appt for a deep cleaning. Hubby went back to out old dentist 2 days later and he cleaned and xrayed hubbys teeth. No problems, no gingivitis. He told me to come in and they would xray tooth for free. I did and had no problem with that tooth. Beware!!

The staff are great, the office was nice but the final outcome was and continues to be the worst! Fitted for partial and when I went back approximately 2 weeks later it was as if the mold had been taken of someone elses mouth. I received the partial on Thursday and by Friday I knew it was not going to work. I sent an email requesting a refund due to what I described as something I could have bought from an infomercial on TV. I was going out of town so I knew it would be a couple of weeks and figured by the time I returned they would have processed the refund. Tomorrow will be a month since I received the laughable partial and I am still waiting to receive the 814.00 paid. I was first led to believe it would be put back on my card since I paid using both cash and card. No one called to tell me that for some reason it wouldnt go back on the card - I just happened to call and was told. The last story was the accountant would issue a check on Wednesday - well evidently it takes 3 days or more to get from Hurst to North Fort Worth. That is if the request has even been submitted. Wouldnt recommend. They will take your money quickly but evidently stall and lie to keep from returning it.

My dentist corrected a long-standing bite issue that I am thrilled to have had done.The process of getting my crown replaced was uncomfortable. My lip was pinched against my teeth which cut the upper lip simply because of being unaware of the weight of his arm against my lip and it’s position. No suction during drilling let water from the drill collect in my throat so I felt like I needed to swallow or drown. There really needs to be constant suction during drilling because when a person is flat on the back, head tilted back, the water goes straight down the throat!The dental work is excellent the patient comfort is poor.My other dentist was quick and thorough. It was a very good experience.I would recommend this dental practice to friends.

Dr Kubo, did everything possible to try and adjust my existing partial to fit crowns that were made by Brookshire Dental, that basically would not try to correct their own error, very personable and showed empathy, will be going back, to hopefully get this mess corrected

They are really nice and take Covid seriously. They get you in and out I. A timely fashion. Prices seem very reasonable when compared to my former dentist.

Besides LOVING my job here, I believe in the work our Drs do as well as the hygienist. They all strive to make sure our patients have the best of care. I had a great experience at Stone Ranch Dental Group. The Dental technician was very polite and patient. She did a good job with my X-rays getting me the protective cover for my body during the X-rays. Then she cleaned and flossed my teeth. The dentist came in and checked my X-rays and examined my teeth. He found no cavities or problems so it was a great visit with good news.

I will never go to another dentist again! Everyone here is so kind and works with you to find whatever solution works best for you! I fly in from Florida to see Dr. Hyatt and absolutely consider the extra time worth it!

I am petrified of needles and had anxiety over having one in the roof of my mouth. It was not painful at all. I’m having a bridge replaced but won’t have it back for three weeks. The temporary is great though. No one noticed.

Doctor Kubo has been my dentist for yrs. I followed him from over from Watauga,Texas. He is a good man. And respect his ability as a dentist. I would never go anywhere but him. And the staff are nice too. I miss my old friends that have left and moved on. But they all where a very good staff and friend for yrs. Good location. I was pretty upset initially about changing my kids dentist. Cause we moved about 30 mins away from their precious dentist and I loved them. But I was not going to drive that long just for a dentist visit. They’ve been coming here for over a year now (so at least 3 visits) and I like this location. The hygienist are good with the kids. Doctor doesn’t seem to try to sell unnecessary things. And the front office staff are friendly and efficient. I even started coming here myself. I told the hygienist I was cold once and she brought me a blanket. I can’t complain and will continue to come here unless I have a bad experience.

I needed a deep cleaning and it was done with excellent service.I have had them before but this process they used was extremely comfortable for me.
