Im very fortunate to have gotten into this practice while they still had availability! Im always so pleasantly surprised that every time I call I speak with a live human ... who strives to help me! I get calls back quickly from nursing and front desk when I have questions, and I find Dr. Traynor and CRNP Sims very focused on my healthcare needs. They listen. Really amazing. Thank you Gleneagles and Dr. Traynor and staff!

Cannot say enough good about this practice! I have been seeing Dr. Traynor and Kirbie Sims for about 2 years now. They have provided excellent medical care, are knowledgeable about your previous medical history (they keep records and read them!!!), and they seem to genuinely want to help. The entire office also seems to run very efficiently, and the staff is helpful and professional.

I have been seeing Kirbie Sims and Dr. Traynor for about a year now. I feel that the people at Gleneagles truly care about my health, and I have made a lot of improvement since I started being treated there. I appreciate that they took me on when nobody else was accepting new patients, and that they are so thorough! Also, thank you for your service Dr. Traynor!

Dr. Traynor was terrific! He answered all my questions and even a few I hadn’t quite got around to. His concern for my health issues and the possible effects of this Pandemic, allowed me to finally take a breath and know I was well taken care of. It was a great visit at an anxious time!!

Recently returned to this practice after trying a doctor closer to our home. Can’t say enough praise for the professional and thorough care received. As seniors, we felt we got the extra time and examination we need. We’re grateful!

Dr. David Traynor is an outstanding Doctor. He cares about his patients and takes time with them. He is very courteous and professional. I highly recommend his services.

This office is above the rest! Called for an appointment and was seen the same day. Wait time less than 5 mins. Clean office. Personable and educated staff. Everyone goes above and beyond.

I was a patient of Dr. Carter for a few years. After a while, it began to feel like he never put the patient first. I spoke with others that were his patients and they felt the same....all of them. Its my humble opinion hes in it for the money. I fired him.Edit on 9/20/19...Yes, I was a patient of Dr. Michael Carter from 2001-2004.

NP Chrissy is the definition of compassionate care--patient, thorough, and explains everything well. I really appreciated her taking time with me when I was anxious and had a thousand questions. This office has made mistakes in the past--missed followups, etc.--but they have always been fixed, and usually personally by Dr. Carter. This practice is recommended highly.

Just had my first appt. at Gleneagles with Dr. Traynor. I rarely go to the doctor but needed to establish a Primary Care Physician since I’m a new resident of Huntsville. Best doctor’s appointment I’ve ever had. Dr. Traynor was fantastic. He took the time to listen thoroughly as I explained some recent health problems that have appeared out of nowhere. He didn’t try to just throw medicine at me either; he wanted to help me find the underlying issue. I’m glad that I’ll have him as my doc going forward.

Not very personable. Tried to maximize visits to increase the charges for a single incident. Dont recommend.

I love this office! They are always so friendly, professional and kind. I am always seen on time. The couple of times I have needed an appointment for illness they have been really accomadating. So glad I found them :)

The office staff treated me as if I was a drug seeker. I wrote in both my application and stated over the phone to the receptionist that I do not need nor will ever need controlled substance refills, yet was still declined to be a patient. They couldn’t get rid of me fast enough.

His office made a clerical error that cost me money with insurance. One i asked for it to be fixed, dr. Carter terminated me as a patient. I was blown away by his insensitive way of doing business. I have all these calls recorded.i would not recommend this dr to anyone for disriminating against poor imigrant families.

Dropped my mom as a patient and then their Nurse practitioner called and cussed my mom out for making a post about it on Facebook
