Dr. Henson has really been there for me and has taken very good care of me. I appreciate it so much. She is through and direct and I like that approach.

I decided to wait to give a review because first impressions arent always the last. She does not wear a mask. Which I found shocking yet again on this particular visit she had no mask on. Being that she is close proximity with the public & some are high risk. This spoke in volumes to me.I was recently at Dr. Henson office for a follow up visit. I proceeded to tell her about my frequent urination & my bladder urgency & pain in my side & lower back . She proceeded to tell me Im fine due to lab results. Which I expressed to her before I was hospitalized for kidney stones last year. I mentioned again about not having a menstrual cycle for three years & I was concerned & I wanted to get a pap. Being that I havent had one in quite some time. She proceeded to tell me we can talk about that my next visit a month away. Again I mentioned about my night sweats & she recommended a over the counter vitiman. I told her I have taken that before. No reply. Had her look at a bad tooth that was hurting & was abscessed. I asked about antibiotics she said I had no infection. I went to urgent care the following morning & was immediately prescribed antibiotics due to infection & was told my tooth needed to be surgically removed. I left a message to see if Dr. Henson could call me something in stronger than Naproxen 250mg which is equivalent to BC which I had been taking for three days with no relief. Remember she said my tooth wasnt infected. She proceeded to tell me she doesnt write prescriptions for narcotics. Well I didnt ask for narcotics. But why not call me in something that will help with my pain. She is able to call in non-narcotics right! Why do I have to buy ibuprofen & tylenol as she suggest when I have insurance. She doesnt listen to concerns nor takes personal health issues seriously. Her tone comes off as cocky & insensitive. If anyone has any physical issues please avoid her she has a preconceived notion that people in pain want narcotics. I will not tolerate being stereotyped. I dont drink or do drugs my lab work will show that.Do your research. Her reviews are less than satisfactory on other websites. I shouldve been more proactive in doing more before committing to her services. For anyone who is looking for a medical doctor dont feel like you have to compromise yourself & values for medical services.

Ridiculously mismanaged. I don’t know what happened. I used to go here all the time instead of Medical Mall for Lab Work, but no longer. It is super busy now. Arrived at opening time. Too many people in a small area waiting like cattle. Proper masking not enforced. Not enough staff for the volume of people to even see what is going on in waiting area. Front Desk staff efficient, but extremely curt and gives little if any info about wait time, etc. Signed in on kiosk as instructed and told to have a seat. No indication of wait time was given. Sat for over two hours with still no idea how much longer wait time might be. Left and went to HH Medical Mall. Signed in on Kiosk. Wait time was given of 30 minutes. Got blood draw in 20 minutes. Front Desk upon signing in looked over my paperwork to make sure I was not going to wait needlessly. If you are going to see one of the Doctors at Airport Road, you are good. Do NOT go for Lab Work any longer. Go to Medical Mall. Also, the comments regarding how friendly everyone is at HH Airport Road was completely non existent on my visit.

I absolutely love all the nurses and doctors here they are so sweet and really care!

I highly recommend Dr.Henson. She’s very knowledgeable..took her time explaining any health issues, and answered all questions thoroughly. I never felt rushed. Dr. Henson’s care made me feel that I was in safe hands. She and her entire staff presented themselves in a positive, professional manner. Very accommodating and courteous.

I dont know Dr. Henson, but Francis Greene is an amazing and funny lady. I definitely recommend this clinic if youre shopping for a new Doctor.

Dr. Henson has been amazing. I feel validated and heard whenever I walk in. She cares a lot about her patients and its evident in her actions. She takes the time to listen to me (even when Im really long-winded) and never makes me feel rushed or self-conscious about the things Im worried about. Another plus is that the front staff is friendly and accommodating.

This is my first time to this facility, eveyone was very helpful, curtious and friendly. The facility was very clean and nice inside. Happy we found this office and look forward to having a Dr. we can count on to be there when we call to schedule am appointment.

Dr. Henson and her staff are very knowledgeable, accommodating, caring, and professional. Everything you would want and need in a family physician.
