Dr. Sherry Lewis was unbelievably rude to my father and myself today. We were present for an appointment for a disability claim evaluation and we were mistreated from the moment we walked into the filthy office. I hope no one else has to visit her office in the future. We definitely wont be.

My Experience at this clinic was so quick and easy the lady an gentleman was so polite and professional ain’t more you can ask for out of an organization 🤗

I went to see Dr Lewis on Friday the 21st of July 2017, I dont know who writes some of these reviews but I can tell you first hand that she has got to be the most caring Dr that I have ever seen. She is very thorough and up to date on medicine and medical procedures. She will answer any questions you may have, she doesnt rush you out the door, and she doesnt make you wait for an hour before she sees you. Anyone that wants to see or is looking for a Dr should definitely go see Dr Lewis, I can guarantee you will be happy.

Dr. Sherry Lewis has been my mothers doctor for years, she has always been professional. She is not the kind of doctor that will give a prescription to a person unless it is needed. I have brought my children and myself there for years and she has always taken care of them and provided them with the medicines needed for their ills. If youre looking for a doctor that will do right by you then she is the one to see. If youre just looking for a doctor to give you pain medicine because you ran out of your monthly prescription early then forget it. Dr. Lewis wont do it just because you want them.

I found Dr. Lewis and staff to be not only unprofessional, but rude and lacking of any empathy for potential patients. My experience was so unwelcoming that i decided to leave without carrying out the entire visit despite an empty waiting room. not sure of the re-certification requirements for board membership, but i would question hers.

I visited this clinic for a Medical Report and Vaccine as a requirement for the USCIS(immigration) interview. Dr. Lewis is a certified civil surgeon accredited to do this kind of Medical Report for the USCIS. Dr. Lewis was very kind and gentle when she did my medical. She has to take samples of my blood. Im a scaredy cat when it comes to that, but she was soooo gentle and it didnt hurt. Also, before I went to their clinic, i looked up at USCIS website for other civil surgeon near me and they were the only one thats cheapest. The other clinic was way too expensive. I am very pleased and satisfied with my experience here. They even called me to make sure the details i wrote on the Medical Form was correct. And indeed I wrote some wrong information. Thank God they called me.

Office was dirty, rude gentleman at desk. Very unprofessional! I believe That Dr. GOT LICENSE OUT OF A CRACKER JACK BOX, OR FROM WISH.COM..100%.....i would not carry a nasty dog to this Doctor.......

DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC! Rude and unprofessional. Has the attitude that she does not want to work or want you there. Very disgruntled. It’s no wonder the place is vacant.
