10/10 I would recommend! I Just finished my new patient visit where the waiting room is warm and inviting. There was a smiling (behind her mask) staff member was waiting for appointments to arrive, also zero wait time! Everyone was super friendly and truly engaged in the conversations we had.Honestly, I’ve never felt more comfortable at a doctors visit in my life. I am so happy I chose Innova Primary Care for my PCP!

Went to the Innova Primary Care today and was very impressed. Have not seen a Dr. To be as through in a long time. Will give me a complete physical when I go back. Been going to my other Dr. For years and have never gotten one. So if you need a good Dr. to see I recommend the Innova Primary Care.

This is a shame that after I have been a patient for so long because I will not give them my secure financial information afraid of been taking advantage of like I have in the past they have discontinued me as a patient I will never recommend this place or Dr Brooke Uptograph to no one I would like to thank Angie and the rest of the staff for the great care they took of me. I can’t say enough good things about this practice! So caring and competent. Wait times are always short. Plus….they’re open on Saturday’s until noon for sick appointments. How often do you see that? Highly recommend!

Innova has a very kind and caring staff. I have (thankfully) never needed a sick visit but am very happy with the care I have received during annual well visits. My primary care giver listens, follows up on past concerns, and offers helpful advice. The recent changes in service fees were communicated well with multiple forms of communication, including a newsletter and one-on-one phone calls, which was greatly appreciated. Innova embraces technology and communicates changes well.

Innova Ptimary Care is EXCELLENT and I highly recommend it! The physician that I see is Dr. Diaz. She is caring and genuine. She listens, provides feedback and never rushes me in out of the office. The staff is pleasant and efficient; Innovas office and facilities are clean. If needed, same day appointments are available. In fact, they have several physician assistants that handle ONLY same day patients and their health issues.This office runs smoothly and Ive never had any problems. Try it. Youll like it!

Im super excited.Original: There really arent enough quality doctors in Huntsville, so just know ahead of time, regularly scheduled appointments with Innova may sometimes be months out into the future. That said, I anticipate my new relationship with Dr. Diaz will be worth the wait. Her bedside manner is really, honestly, TRULY the best. ALL the staff I encountered were dazzling. Incredibly patient and understanding.Also, of note, I am overweight and LGBT. Dr. Diaz did not comment AT ALL. I know Im fat. Anyone who sees me *knows* I know Im fat. We got to skip the lecture and work on solutions for my more urgent concerns. It was such a relief not having that be the focus of discussion, or the center of blame. I really got the impression Innova is a highly professional, judgement-free environment that wants to do their patients right. It lives up to the hype.

Searched Huntsville over for years for a good primary doctor. I could not have asked for a more genuine caring practice than Innova. They really do serve their patients at an above and beyond standard. Very knowledgeable, very caring- no matter who you see-!

Innova does a great job at being thorough and timely. They some how manage to pay attention and listen to whatever your concerns are while still respecting your time. They also have a great system where you can do everything you need through their app. The only downside is there are quite a few fees associated with tasks such as refills outside of an appt. etc. I decided it was worth it to have an attentive staff.

Absolutely one of the best experiences I have ever had in a doctors office. From the moment I walked in to the reception area to the time I walked out the front doors, every person I came in contact with was kind. I have seen two doctors and one of the nurse practitioners. I just started at Innova Primary Care and I love it so far. The process is seamless and they are very on top of all the paperwork and forms needed before your first visit. Everyone I have spoke with has been very friendly and professional. The monthly fee mentioned in some comments below is just a few dollars a month for unlimited services that most practices would bill you per service for. It is a great deal. My first appointment was with Kelly. She spent a lot of time with me for an initial visit and asked all the right questions. The tele-visit options are very convenient. I highly recommend Innova Primary Care!

Dr. Kelly Diaz is a very kind, thorough and knowledgeable physician. She is my PCP and I would highly recommend her. I have not met the other providers yet but I have heard good things about them from other patients in the community. Innova primary care staff was also very accommodating and helpful. Innova Primary Care used to be fantastic, but unfortunately, as several others have noted, they have updated their business practices to a less patient-centric formula that requires a membership fee be paid just to have appointments or access to the same services that were always offered simply by being a patient.Honestly, its not the monthly fee that even is the worst part, its that after having been a member of this practice for many years that they deleted my account and lab records without any warning, and removed me as a patient from the practice. The notification that my provider had left the group did not say that I would lose access to my medical records or wouldnt just be assigned to someone new, even though the new provider I saw after the letter had been sent said not to worry about it, because they werent going to remove me as a patient if I was actively seeing them.So, now I get to start again somewhere else. Its a shame, this was one of the best doctor offices Ive ever been to.

Love the office. Friendly and attentive staff. However, all of a sudden Im expected to pay monthly just to be a patient, or else pay an exuberant amount of money for basic services like refills and lab notifications. Absolutely astounding. Im furious at this development. How many times do I come see the office? Im going to pay more for this monthly fee than I will my one or two copays for the whole year, and gain no benefit from it. I finally find an office that will take care of me and now I cant afford it. Its not like I can make a sacrifice like dropping a monthly Netflix or Starbucks habit, I have nothing to drop to cover this fee. Im beyond disappointed in you, Innova; its wildly inappropriate for a patient to have to pay to keep their place in the online system, regardless of whether the patient portal system charges the office per customer or not. That should all be done behind the scenes.

Can’t say enough good about the nurse practitioners/physician assistants. They are all terrific. The business practices are horrible and my husband and I left the practice because of them. For example, they wanted us to pay a monthly fee to just for the privilege of have them as our doctor. Sixty dollars a year for each of us isn’t for us. Neither is the billing. Neither of us could ever get a receipt (after we would beg) that matched any of our insurance bills. That may be because they listed us as missing appointments (we have never missed an appointment) or as not even having them! I had a list of my past two years of appointments and they didn’t have but two of them on their books. Also, one cannot get a response on their portal in five or six days, sometimes not at all. You can’t get them by phone at all so you have to go through the portal for all things. Not a problem unless the staff is as non-responsive as they seem to be. Again, the health care is great but I just can’t deal with billing and business practices. Good luck if you use them.

I believe I have seen every provider at Innova, including Dr. Uptagrafft. Sometimes, it’s tricky going through the patient portal and having the nurses phone you in order to coordinate same day appointments. However, I have always been seen quickly on same day appointments. Kelley is my primary care and Alison is usually my back up. Both of these women always ask how I’m doing personally before they even get to the main reason why I’m being seen. I appreciate that both ladies work on getting to know me and it makes a difference because I don’t feel rushed, so they can go to the next person. Thanks Innova for being a fantastic practice for me.

Innova Primary Care got me in only 3 days after trying to make my first appointment. They are extremely responsive and easy to work with. I also love that everything is on your app for you to access at anytime. They make health care easy. They didnt accept my healthcare which was disappointing because I found them through my healthcare portal, however their fees are adorable even as a cash patient and, in my opinion, very worth it to have a team of doctors that are accommodating and helpful.

The Dr’s, nurses and administrative staff are all kind and caring. Excellent health care professionals!

I was referred to a neighboring facility for an X-ray, and received the results within a couple hours via text message that included instructions for my treatment. The staff and facility far exceeded my expectations.

This was my first visit, for a Medicare annual physical. I interacted with four different medical personnel, each of whom was friendly, courteous and efficient. My physician, Dr Diaz, explained the purpose if my visit, and listened patiently as I described what I needed from the visit. I received complete results of my visit on the patient portal, within two days, including Dr Diazs recommendations for me, and along with her invitation to me to make the final decisions. I felt respected and that Innova personnel were partners with me in my care.

The review system requires a rating - the 1 star does NOT reflect the Drs quality of service, etc. I cannot rate the service of the practice, Innova Primary Care, is not accepting new patients. In fact, many Huntsville, AL practice are not accepting new patients - or - you are required to fill out new patient forms for the doctor to review (which Im told is a 2 week process) to be accepted by the doctor/practice, and then you can schedule an appointment. The response that this process is established so we can ensure our current patients are given the time and care needed is horrific and reprehensible. So if youre from out of state, injured and told by the ER to follow with a GP - good luck.

I have only had one appointment at Innova Primary Care. My doctor retired so I have been reading reviews and talking with friends about finding a new doctor. I had my New Patient visit this morning, and I couldn’t be more pleased with Dr. Kelly Diaz and the facility. We had a nice discussion of my medical history, current needs, expectations, etc.; and I think she will be excellent to work with. I told her that she is exactly what I was hoping to find in a new doctor - a bright young woman.

Allison is amazing! She really listens to your concerns and takes them into consideration as she moves forward with her decisions on your treatment options. She is very knowledgeable and is eager to help you in any way she can. Not only am I patient, but I also work in the medical field and I know how valuable that is to find!

Everyone there is incredibly patient, understanding, kind, and accommodating to circumstances. They will thoroughly explain anything and everything to you. Dr. Uptagraft specifically is a very loving and concerned doctor as well as person. The new patient process is pleasantly quick and once at the office, you will promptly be called to the room. Very helpful. A little heavy on the tech usage; I personally prefer checking in one on one with a person rather than a computer. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful though.
