Dr. Garrard is the best, and so are his medical and office staff. Dr. Garrard is always there to help, and is very clear and straight forward in communicating. His new practice is even better/easier to deal with than the old one. The front desk, scheduling and nurses are always SO nice, easy to deal with and work fast. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
