I called to make an appointment for my mother who now resides with us, and the receptionist asked about insurance. I answered the my mom was on medicare managed by Humana. She asked me to hold on a minute and then put on a recording that said their office was not accepting anyone younger than 2 or older than 65 and no medicare patients. Why didnt she have the nerve to tell me that herself? Lousy, just lousy!
