Dr. Rollins takes his time making sure he gets to know the patient and their problem / illness. We’ve seen him several times with my 5 year old son. He’s called days after and checked on my son to make sure he was feeling better, which I thought was very nice. Any time we’ve called for him, he always calls us back, not just a nurse. He has also recently become the pediatrician for our new daughter. He looked over her throughout our week hospital stay when she was born. We have been nothing but pleased with Dr. Rollins...we highly recommend!!!

Just moved to the Huntsville area and I asked my neighbors and friends for a referral and Dr Rollins name was I highly referred; I scheduled an appointment with Dr Rollins and was seen by him in August of 2017, and I couldnt be more pleased with him and his entire staff.Not only was Dr Rollins very professional knowledgeable, his entire staff was the same; always listening to me explain my symptoms, returning my calls in a timely manner, always very polite, cordial, friendly......I personally would highly recommend and referr Dr Rollins and his entire; best Doctor and staff I have met in many many years; Dr Rollins and staff have earned my trust and I now can consider him my personal doctor when in need of a doctor in the future.Thank you Dr Rollins & Staff!

Lady on the phone tried to be condescending when I was trying to get personal information for a surgery later today then hung up when I insisted on the urgency. Poor service.

Its par for the course for a rural General Practitioners office. The lab is slow and uninviting. The doctor does not know much, and the staff is discourteous.
