BE CAREFUL!! Come off as very nice people, but is not the case! Everything started off as quaint interaction, I was able to get my cavity filled but the dentist had noticed I would need a root canal or a crown on my back molar. They insisted that they would be able to do it for me so being a customer I trusted them. The process to get the crown done has taken 2 and a half months, with everything in between taking place. First the original dentist who started the job had gotten sick, which pushed my appointment back my appointment time by a few days(which I can understand because who would want someone unwell in their mouth) they then suggested that another dentist in their practice would be able to do it, the dentist attempts to finish the job but then notices there is a mistake with the job done on my tooth, then goes to tell me that I would have to come back for the original dentist to do the job. I come back, this time the crown that’s supposed to be getting done in my mouth chips while the dentist is putting it in. They then explain that I can still trust their work and that I should still come back. I COME BACK AGAIN…… the machine that’s making my crown CHIPS the crown and then they explain that theses are unfortunate circumstances that usually don’t happen. So like anyone else, at this point I’m trying to see if the service will be compensated, I’m guessing their agreeing to whatever I’m saying to just get me out of the business. In the midst of the conversation it had been mentioned that my service fees would be waived for the ATTEMPTED work in my MOUTH. When I show up AGAIN to allow them to put the crown in, I’m leaving the office and the assistant then tells me that I’m being charged the FULL price for the multiple attempts and mistakes made throughout my experience. In short…..IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER OPTION YOU MAY WANT TO TAKE IT!!

I had 2 cavities and i was able to get them fixed on the same day. Dr. Cavazos was so gentle and informative, i would 100% recommend!!!

Had three teeth removed and three nerves removed. Little to no pain honestly in quite simply the best dental experience I have had in 60 years.If you live in Spring branch this is the place to go if you don’t, it is definitely worth the drive:)

Let me start by saying this dentist office is TOP NOTCH!!! I had a chipped molar and every office I called 4 days out was the soonest able to fit me in. I called this office and IMMEDIATELY I was worked in! I hate going to the dentist and always have bad anxiety just thinking about it. Dr. Rahman and his lovely staff made me feel at ease. The wait was only 10 min and Dr. Rahman explained EVERYTHING to me before putting me under anesthesia . They were so patient and informative with me. THANK YOU ALL for making the wonderful experience. I AM RECOMMENDING YOU GUYS TO EVERYONE I KNOW!

Had a few fillings done here, 4 in total so far. After every single one of them I left with no discomfort in my bite and no more issues with pain in my mouth. Very kind and cautious professional staff. The assistants were very caring and knowledgeable. I have always had a huge fear of dental work but between the assistant and the doctors I did not feel even an ounce of pain through my entire experience. Well done.

Just got my 4 wisdom teath out. I am a radiologist and was a little worried being in the medical field and hearing from others who had it done, but the procedure went very smooth, I didn’t feel much and the staff was very caring and truly did their best. Dr. Cavazos is who Ive seen each time Ive visited. On my most recent visit time he helped me stop grinding my teeth by putting Botox in my jaw muscle. Instead of waking up with a sore face and headaches every morning, I havent had the issue even once since I got the injections. The shot actually disengages the muscle so it doesnt contract subconsciously while I sleep. Its like a miracle as Ive been grinding my teeth as long as I can remember.Dr. Cavazos is always a delight to see and visit with during my appointments. Easy scheduling, state of the art equipment, friendly staff. I always refer people here because its the best dentist Ive ever used. Thanks InStyle Dental.

First visit to practice today. Seems well managed. Dr. Cavazos saw me. They listen to the patient! Yes that should be obvious, however the last dentist I was seeing did not. This is a refreshing change. Xray techs place the sensors well and I didnt get sore gums - not always the case elsewhere.Very impressed. Will now move the rest of the family over here.

I had an amazing experience!!! All the staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable. The doctor answered all my questions and i will definitely be coming back.

The wait here is ridiculous. Each and every time I’ve been here they take me to the back to get my procedure done (regular cleaning or filling) and it takes 30+ minutes passed my appointment time to be seen. The Doctor messed up a filling by going in too deep on my tooth. Needless to say, I’m never coming back here again.

I have been coming here for over 4 years despite it being far. The staff takes really good care of you and they have become my friends over the years. Dr. Rahman did my tooth extraction in 10 seconds with no pain (minus the numbing process)!!! Great staff and very professional.

Dr. Firas Abdel-Rahman DDS, of the InStyle Dental Group, is a first class professional who is careful and methodical about his work. He took excellent care of my dental problems, which included putting in dental implants without causing me significant pain.I am also impressed by the staff assistants at this office, both administrative staff and dental assistants. Everyone is capable and diligent. As an added bonus, everyone makes a special effort to be welcoming and polite.

These guys are incredible! I must admit I was just looking for a good dentist, but at Instyle they treat you like family. I am so glad I chose Instyle Dental. The dental work here is amazing! I would reccomend everyone to Instyle. I had a All on 6 procedure and I swear rating my level pain level for 1-10 .... the worse I ever had I would say a 3! No lie !!! Terrible!!!!!!! They should lose their license. They are a scam masquerading as a dentist office. The dentist doesnt tell you whats going on the office manager does. The dentist is just an employee of the office and isnt allowed to tell you anything. WARNING : Look at the other reviews, most of the reviewers only have one review. They are writing their own reviews like they did on Yelp.

Incredibly friendly staff. Dr. Rahman fully explained each procedure, options, and the ramifications of each. As a cash implant patient he went out of his way to make sure that I was just as comfortable with the expense as I would be with the procedure.

This place has the WORST customer service, and when you call no one knows what they are talking about. Apparently the office manager named Shawn comes in late and doesnt train her staff on how to handle a phone call from A to Z. Patient told me that everytime she went she always saw a different dentist and there was ALWAYS someone new. Not a good look for an office that promotes a TOP NOTCH service on their website! I can only imagine the dentistry that they do if you cant even get customer service right!

Stay away! Office manager tries to sell you services you dont need at exorbitant prices. Dentists are just employees, the Office Manager comes in tells you what you need without the Dentist even being present.

Been a patient of Dr. Rahman for few years now, great dentist particularly skilled at implants which I found to be much less expensive from Instyle than other dentist locations. Very pleased with the implants hes done for me. He knows his stuff. Have also had the occasion to use Dr. Hela, she re-did an old crown for me, simply great work. A wonderful caring and gentle dentist and jeez a real perfectionist. Fit perfectly and comfortably right from the start. I cant say enough good things about Instyle. Nothing but a good experience all the way around. I noticed in another review a complaint about seeing different dentist? Well each has their own area of expertise. Dr. Hela is great with crowns, Dr. Rahman does implants and periodontal disease, they have another Dr. who handles only root canals. Isnt that the way it is supposed to work?
