Everyone there is super nice. Best of all is that they are very professional. Dr. Luong explains the things very well so that I fully understand the conditions of my teeth and the treatments needed. I just had my tooth extraction, the doctor and the two Hispanic ladies were very kind to me. It happened so fast and I’m relieved. I am very scared of dental procedures, and I was scared it would be painful. I was offered to watch nextflix or anything on the Tv, then got my xrays right from the comfort of my seat, i am embarrassed of my teeth but doctor and the technician were very nice to me all the way. Glasses place and They numbed the gum and injected me very nicely, they put a supporter to keep my mouth opened, which I’m glad because I may have closed it by mistake, then kept asking me if I was okay, then pulled the tools and started working on my tooth that was hard to be pulled from the X-ray picture. She is so experienced and talented that didn’t need to cut my bone to do a surgery. I’m amazed of how fast it happened and all the indications she gave me about no using a straw and to just swallow.I love coming here and I hope my dental jobs in the future will be here. Is 3 minutes from home.

Dr. Katherine is extremely caring, honest, and professional. The staff are extremely nice here. Financials were explained to me clearly. It’s a very green and high tech office. They have icat 3-D X-ray machine and digital X-ray to evaluate me for implant. Ive also seen Dr Katherine on TV shows that showcased her artistic skills. She’s highly skilled at cosmetic work to give people the best smile transformation. Her work is amazing!!! The office is immaculate, warm, and cozy. The medical history are filled on laminated paper with dry erase so the staff can scan into the computer without wasting paper. What a ingenious way to save paper and the environment! Love this office and the people. Highly recommend!!

I called for an immediate appointment as a new patient, and they worked me in for a next day appointment. Had first appointment for my husband and I. Pictures with a photo camera were taken of our teeth and faces that took 30 minutes; very extensive. Then the X-rays as expected. Total time was an hour before being told that our teeth would not be cleaned because it was the hygienists day off. We would have to make another appointment. We were not told this in advance. We were then both presented with treatment plans. Mine was for $800 and my husbands was for $2000. We regularly went to another dentist and had just been 6 months prior. Its been many years since any dentist found any need to do any work at all but routine check ups and cleanings so we were immediately skeptical. We will not be returning.

First time going to her office and my kids and I loved it. Everyone was super nice, extremely helpful and the doctor, hygienist and assistants were fantastic. Best dental experience I have ever had. Would absolutely recommend her practice to family and friends.

Yesterday, I had one of the most unpleasant experiences in this location, the girl who works at the desk, it was very disrespectful to accuse me of something that did not happen, she claims to have given me a gift card, which I never received , what is my discomfort. A few weeks ago I was in this location for my daughter to receive treatment, which was excellent I have no complaint about how the dentist, assistants and other staff treated us, and I have to mention that they offered us a card Starbucks gift which they did not give me, that day, (there is no problem with that), but yesterday I went to this location to schedule an appointment, someone recognized me and told me we owe you a gift card, My reaction was to smile. but that girl, she accused me that she had already handed me the card, my answer was No that has not happened, she insisted that yes and I talk in a very unpleasant way and disrespect, I or was there for any card It is worth mentioning that I did not even drink coffee, I really felt very humiliated so I was considering not giving more business to this place, I am not one of the people who consider that the client is always right, but this time I do It was very unpleasant to see how she wanted to fight with me for something that is not worth it, those are the types of employees who fight what is not theirs and then keep it,

My first experience with this dental office was OKAY. However, I have never met a dentist who take patients concerns as a joke. I received a filling from Dr.L and my tooth has not been the same SINCE!!!! When I chew on my right side it hurt to even bite down. I went to the office to notify them of my problem. Dr.L and her assistant laughed as if I was lying or it was a joke. All she did was drill my tooth to see if it was okay, and prescribed me medication like that was my reasoning for coming.Her spirit is always down , and customer service just isn’t all that great . I don’t know anyone who plays about their TEETH! But laughing at someone because they tell you they are having a problem isn’t professional at all, when the duty of the dentist is to CARE for the patient and make their experience comfortable.I advise you to do further research before wasting your time, and money.

I chose to schedule a cleaning as a new patient at U9 based on their advertised hours and came away a believer - they have a very professional and friendly staff and are very accommodating. I highly recommend U9 for their:* Flexible office hours (open till 6 most weekdays and Saturdays too..* Professional and friendly staff: You will be told up front if a staff member makes a diagnosis, but they are all very professional in making a recommendation about what to do about what they find.* Flexible and accommodating attitude; some additional work/TLC was identified during my visit but the team was able to fit it all the work so I did not have to return.

Incompetently ran business from the ground up. My opinion is that office policies are severely lacking intercompany communication, documentation, & leadership. My experience was a referral from another dentist. U9 told me they would get x-rays from the referring dentist and gave me a set price for examination. Upon arrival no records had been exchanged and U9 stated they had attempted to contact the dentist 3 times. Other dentist answered my call on first ring and sent over x-rays.Legal document was a reusable laminated paper and a dry erase marker. The marker was to big to write legibly on the laminated paper. It felt more like an arts and crafts project gone wrong than an official medical record.Prior to service the receptionist requested what was now double the previously agreed payment for the visit.They seem like nice people, but need a strong office manager asap as they are currently failing miserably.

Best experience for me my family , I have been coming here since my kids were 6 months and they are now four and we still drive 45 minutes just to come to the office.Everyone in the office is so nice and it’s like family to me and my kids. I would recommend friends and family or anyone to the facility.

Friendly doctors, great services and competitive price

I have no complaints about the hygienist May is the best. Then when i called them for other service i ended up talking to a different receptionist every time, and I ended up with a different diagnostics till I reached the level I need to find another dentists. I asked for my records so many times and they gave me the run around . First they made me sign a waiver which I did, then I have to talk to the manager who was not thereby the time I went, then I was told that she is not going to be in the office for another two weeks .. I do not recommend this place to anyone .. Let me add one more thing they milk your insurance compan

The staff was very friendly and professional. The office was clean and I was super satisfied with my results. I liked that the doctor always asked if I was ok and comfortable. They also will play a movie or music to help calm you during the service. I noticed a lot of newer technology like actual pictures of my x-rays and a camera that showed my teeth so I could see right away problematic issues and my finished results.

They over charged people and milking your insurance policy. I went there because my tooth was in pain due to bitten on a small bone during dinner. I told them about why my tooth was in pain so they took x-ray and examined my tooth then said I need a cleaning. Cleaning? really? at the time I didnt know what to expect but to trust their professionalism. After cleaning, my tooth starting to hurt a lot so I went back for check up again. This time they said I need a root canal done on my tooth #13 cost $1294. So I agreed to do it but after the root canal done on tooth #13, I am still in pain.... I mean a lot of pain so I went back to them now they said I have infection on my tooth number #14 so they sent me to specialist place to treat the infection and root canal on my #14. At the specialist place charged me for exam, x ray and root canal for my number #14 then in the middle of the process they said my tooth couldnt be saved due to a crack on my #14. They still charged me $580 something and send me back to U9 dental to get my tooth remove. U9 wants to charge me $290 to remove my tooth after all the trouble I went through. After going through so much pain and cost me so much money for nothing Ive decided to get second opinion at another dental place. the new dental place told me I could have done a tooth canal on my tooth #14 at the beginning only cost $750 instead cleaning service and root canal on #13. Its exactly my thought on day one when I went to time when told them about why Im in pain. U9 dental has no respect for my hard earned money and milked my insurance policy. I am now used up my insurance allowance for this year so I have to go to another dental place out of my pocket to get my tooth pulled out for $250 and they even treat my infection for free. Dont be like me, avoid this place at all cost.

I am in the middle of getting some cosmetic work done by Dr. Luong- so far everything has been great. She came as a referral from my orthodontist. The staff is friendly and the facility seems current (equipment wise) and well maintained. No complaints so far- I plan on giving them a shot to be my Primary dentist (tried several) because of the experience.

My experience was great! the staff was nice and answered any questions and were very professional. Dr.Luong is was very patient and explained to me about my treatment made me very comfortable because I was afraid. But after talking to me I got through my procedure quickly. All I I can say is Dr.Loung and her staff are the Best!!!

Never been to a dentist before and Im 27 years old they treated me like family . The staff was great and to say the least, me getting my tooth pulled I didnt feel a thing. I definitely will be going back :-)

BEWARE IF YOU NEED ROUTINE TREATMENTThe staff at front and the assistants were quite pleasant even though I had to reschedule twice due to moving from my childrens primary dentist. We will never be back to see Dr. Luong. She was rude to our children and to my husband. Her shrill voice doesnt do her any favors, but I suppose Im off to find a new doctor AGAIN.

U9 dental is a complete rip off! I went in about a month or two ago for a chipped tooth. They told me that I had 15 cavities. Ive never had a cavity before so I went and got a second opinion and was informed I had only two. That was ther first red flag. I was experiencing wisdom tooth pain and couldnt get a fast enough appointment with another office so I went again to U9. I walked in checking in. The lady at the front without asking me what ) was wrong handed me a bill for a couple hundred dollars telling me my visit and x-ray isnt covered. Claiming that at my last appointment they tooth 18 x-rays which is a completely LIE! They overcharge you for everything and the service sucks!

I have had the worst experience at Dr. LUONG. DO NOT GO HERE!!!First, I went in for a cleaning cleared that everything with my teeth was fine, then went back to school out of state and two weeks later have an extremely painful toothache that had me in tears. I went to a dentist close-by because it hurt so much and I needed a root canal. I had a tooth that was clearly decaying and Dr. LUONG did not catch it. I then went to her over xmas break to have my crown put in and had a lot of cavities to fill (I take good care of my teeth, its a little bit genetics and her not catching it that led to this). I was in her office 5 times in one week for hours at a time, and she told me she wanted to eventually re-do my crown b/c she did not think she did her best job because she rushed to keep me comfortable (I wasnt kicking and screaming or ANYTHING so there was no need for her to rush). The crown hurt so bad that I still havent done it.Also, while chewing a small piece of gum, a filling came out. Poorly done. And tonight, while FLOSSING, another filling came out. She does so many unnecessary procedures and makes them worse. My family has spent so much money there and I have worse teeth now. after having a cavity filled 2 weeks ago, i had a huge toothache for a week straight. When i went back in, she said there was nothing wrong and made me feel like a liar even though it was very painful. Now im pretty sure ill need a root canal.Worst dentist ever and Im switching this week. DO NOT GO HERE!!!Also, they always make you wait. So frustrating.

This was my first visit and I have to say, Wow! As soon as you walk in, the front desk staff acknowledge you and make you feel welcome. The staff are friendly, professional, and patient with my questions and concerns. I was anxious about this visit. I havent been to the dentist since 2014 due to job changes and a new insurance carrier, however my previous dentist experience was pretty negative and super expensive. U9 Dental has impressed me. Im so happy I found the ZocDoc site and I learned about this office. I think Ive found my new dentist office for life.
