I had my first visit at Floss Dental West. Very nice office. Very modern equipment. Everyone there was very nice and helpful and attentive. The Dentist and assistant were great. Dentist was very gentle and caring.Leticia was very helpful when it came to helping with insurance and payment questions. Overall I had a good experience and will be returning for more dental work.

The care I received from this team was amazing. I hadnt been to a dentist in a very long time and had anxiety over going in, but Dr Patel and the staff are very nice, approach you in a gentle manner to relax you. I felt more at ease the longer I was there, which wasnt very long. Very efficient process as well. Definitely recommend coming here for your dental needs.

Floss dental has been amazing. I have been embarrassed about my smile. The staff and doctors make you feel very comfortable and not embarrassed. Dr. Tran did my long oral surgery and the follow up the next day. He has been amazing and always made me feel comfortable. Letica at the front desk has been very helpful though the payment and scheduling process. She always ensures that I have my follow up appointments scheduled. She also helped me with the FMLA paperwork. I am thankful for the staff and doctors at Floss Dental.

This is the best dentist I’ve been to in a long time ! Every staff member I talked to was very nice and professional helped talked me through the whole process. From checking in the with the receptionist, getting my X-ray done, and talking over my care plan with the dentist till I walked out I was treated so well I will definitely be returning !

I can’t say enough about this office. From the time you walk in everyone is so nice and friendly Letica has helped me through every aspect of the insurance and billing process. She is always available to speak to me and answer questions that I may have. All of the dental assistances have been calming and understanding when I have issues with breathing and gag reflex. Never once has anyone made you feel bad for your reactions. Dr. Chung was amazing during my cleaning. I have never had a cleaning that was so thorough and not painful. It was by far the easiest cleaning I have ever had.I am so glad I found Floss Dental to make my forever dentist. I will be referring all of my family and friends.

I experienced a very clean and friendly environment with the latest technology. My needed procedure was shown on a large screen and explained in full details which I could easily visualize. The cost included payment options along with savings. All my questions were answered immediately. I recommend both Floss Dental at SugarLand and here at the West Houston location.

First visit was very good and straight forward. Nicole greeted me with a smile and got me signed in. After a short wait, Logan came to lead me to where she could complete the necessary x-ray and scans. She is a very nice lady and she made sure I was comfortable during the X-ray and scanning process. Dr. Tran sat with me after he viewed the scans taken by Logan. Dr. Tran is knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, then gave me a precise observation of what can be done to fix my teeth and bring them back to great health. Then Mrs.Leticia lit the room with her good energy and assisted me with the clear plan of cost that would work best for me so that I can complete my care plan. I went to Dr. Patel and Dr. Tran for a second opinion and my experience was a hundred times better here. At this office I was greeted with a smile and my appointment was right on time. I left fully informed about the procedure and the cost including what my insurance would pay. Obviously, I chose this team!

I normally don’t like leave reviews but I had to leave a review about the wonderful staff at Floss Dental - West Houston. Logan did a super job on my teeth whitening service. I was a little worried prior to getting the service (I know teeth whitening can be harsh on your gums), but Logan took good care ofme. The teeth whitening was a great experience and I’m proud to show off my pearly whites!

I went in for a consultation and came out with ... a dental bill. While there, I appreciated the clean and spaced out waiting room. Precautions taken for Covid. I especially appreciated the clear explanation of what I had going on and recommendations. Was shown a comparison of charges and options for payments. I had time to think and ask questions about it before making my decision. I highly recommend Dr Tran and all his staff at the Westheimer location. I have the same respect for Dr Patel and staff at the Sugar Land location.

Long story short, I work full time and had to set my appointment on a cancellation notice. Well the patient cancelled and I was able to get my implant procedure! Dr Tran and his staff not only adjusted to my schedule, they provided outstanding service. The best part is that my procedure has been pain free from the time I left the office. Dr. Tran is very skilled and I recommend anyone needing an implant to visit Dr. Tran and the Team at Floss Dental -West Houston. P.S. Record time 30 min. and I was done!

What an awesome dental experience! Everyone here is so friendly. They are the most high tech office I have ever been to in my entire life. All of the people that work there are so happy it makes it very fun to be there. Huge plus----they have TVs in the ceiling----helps you take the edge off while getting work done. I will admit I have been to the dentist for quite a bit of work, and I had 4 crowns done here and the entire process was the most seamless ever. I have already referred my entire family and friend circle to this office. Keep up the good work FLOSS WEST HOUSTON! I will be back!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. One of the best dental experiences that I have ever had. This office is very well designed and clean. I just found this place online I went in for a free consultation for my wisdom tooth they gave me great prices to get it done.i recommend this place to everyone. I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed. I prefaced my appointment double checking that they could do it in house despite my impacted teeth and was reassured that they could. I sent them my x-rays from another appointment a week prior to the appointment. I fasted the night of in preperation, but upon arrival the dentist took one look at my x-rays (which they had a week prior) and told me they were unable to do it in house and I needed an orthopedic surgeon. I would like to first say when it comes to dentist visits its been hard for me to trust most dental places but I was referred here by Alouna Bailey and my experience was great. A lot of times when I go in it feels like a car salesman trying to up sale me everything but not here. I was greeted with friendly smiles. I addressed my problems and they examined my teeth. They did not try to pressure me into doing more and was straight to the point. My dentist Mr. Patel was very professional and very good with customers. Thanks for a great experience during my visit.

I am terrified of the dentist. I knew I needed alot of work going in. However, I wasnt prepared for the AMAZING service this office provides to their patients. I have such an aversion to needles that I was having anxiety. Dr. Castillo was kind enough to squeeze me into her schedule so I wouldnt have to come back and repeatedly get numbed out for each procedure. Everyone was so kind. I think we found our family dentist 😊
