Always nervous when working with a new dentist, but this place is awesome. Needed to be seen asap and literally all other offices weren’t able to see me until weeks out 🙄 This place was able to get me in the day of! Not only that, staff was very helpful and the dentist didn’t try and BS. Need emergency work done but your usual dentist office is closed? Give this one a try. I know I’ll always have them on speed dial if I need some work done. Btw, I went in for Wisdom tooth pain on the weekend. They do, do extractions.

I had the best dentist experience I could ask for, I was in the worst pain ever and got my tooth pulled the day of the visit. Dr. Alvarado is a life saver. He explained everything about what he was going to do and took his time and didnt rush anything. I just found my new dentist I will be going to for everything I need, and now that its such a pleasant experience, I dont mind going back, already made another appointment for a cleaning and checkup. The staff Maria & Marisela are amazing, literally explained everything you needed to know, and had no problem with my asking a bunch of questions, which I did.I really appreciate what they did for me, and I will be coming back with a smile!

Life savers!! Had a crown fall off on a late Saturday night! What dentist is open on a Sunday?? These guys, thats who!! I was able to call in at 10am and get an 11am appointment. Both ladies, receptionist and the assistant were such sweet hearts including the Dentist. I was very pleased with the fast service and care I received. I was out within less than an hour.

I had a great experience here. I woke up in a lot of pain, could barely open my mouth on a Sunday. I had an appointment within and hour and they removed my wisdom teeth. Everyone was friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable.

I called in advance to see if my insurance was acceptable and was told yes and made a appointment and arrived and front desk ran insurance and said“ I’m not sure what is going on but it says your plan is not accepted with us but you can still pay up front and get seen it’s starts at 95 bucks and extraction starts only at 295 I mean if you truly need to get seen “1st No mask2nd I called and specifically asked if my insurance was acceptable.3rd Where is your professionalism at,4th You should not be smacking gum when you are speaking to someone more or less a client/patient

I had an amazing experience. The whole team is amazing. They explained everything and I felt comfortable. I was in so much pain when I walked in. I’m so thankful they got me in right away and now I’m pain free. Thank you guys! I will be back in the future for the rest of my dental work.

If I could give this 0 stars I would!!! I had a tooth pulled out 11 days ago an it was the most horrific experience of my entire life!!!Not only was the whole procedure painful as heck, but when I told the doctor ouch an was screaming in pain she refused to stop what she was doing until I grabbed her by the arm. I felt dang near everything and this lady wouldn’t quit!! And that’s not even the worst part. She closed up the hole where the tooth had been leaving behind a piece of my tooth still in there, so I had to go back and have them take the other part out. So not only did I spend $549 for 1 tooth extraction but I had to endure pain twice because of her carelessness. They would not give me my money back or anything. This place is such a horrible place to go too.

I had an amazing experience at this location! I was in extreme pain due to my wisdom teeth causing an infection. I couldn’t sleep at night, barely open my mouth, I had to get seen immediately. The dentists around me had no availability any time soon. Finally I came across Emergency Dental and I am so glad I did! They took me same day, same morning. I drove an hour to see them but I am so glad I did! All the staff was super sweet and understanding. I was under the care of Dr. Huchaby, the sweetest and best dentist I have ever come across. I am pregnant and wanted to put as little stress as I could on my body so that, in turn, I could put as little stress on my baby as possible. Dr. Huckaby more than understood and did just thought. He came up with a solution that was just that; as minimally invasive as possible. He explained his plan in detail to me and my husband and made us feel truly cared for and in great hands. I’m happy to say, I am feeling so much better already and so relieved I didn’t put my baby though anything too intense. I highly recommend this location and it’s amazing staff. There are several locations, but they are not all the same. I went to the Bellaire location first and did not have a good experience. I will surely be coming back to Mr. Huckaby for my next dental need. Thank you so much!!!

The two ladies that assisted me the dental assistants were so very kind and took good care of me while I was there.

I came in Friday with terrible tooth pain that caused an ear ache and migraines. Esmeralda took care of me and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday to have my tooth removed. I left and called around 7 after taking the meds prescribed still in pain and she said she would see if the doctor could come in (mind you it’s a holiday weekend) Dr. Hockerberry said he would see me when they opened. I have high anxiety and they made sure I was comfortable the whole time and even gave me glasses to not see the procedure so I didn’t freak. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED. They made me feel like actual family to them. I will definitely return for anything else I need.

Very understanding and supportive. My pregnancy hormones had me bawling bc I couldnt afford the procedure I needed ($700) but they didnt shame me for me.

Let me just say, I had the greatest experience at this location. The first time I visited was in 2019, but this most recent visit was spectacular. Maria and Esmeralda greeted with a warm smile on the initial visit. Esmeralda assist Dr. Huckaby during my first visit and made sure I was very comfortable. Towards the end of the week, I called back and Esmeralda knew exactly who I was when I gave her my name. She immediately went ABOVE AND BEYOND to call Dr. Huckaby on his DAY OFF to assist me with my tooth. Dr. Huckaby performed a complicated 2hr wisdom tooth removal with the help pf Ivonne. Dr. Huckaby and Ivonne made sure I was comfortable during the ENTIRE procedure and made sure I didnt feel any pain. OMG....IT WAS CRAZY!!! DR. Huckaby followed up with me that Tuesday and made sure I was good. I visited the crew again on Thursday, and It was warm and inviting as usual. I really hate this location is out of network for me, but Im so glad I experienced this oral surgery with them. I wouldnt have made it another day without their help. Dr. Alvarado and his staff were amazing I had a root canal done of one of my molars a crown build up and temporary placed on my tooth within an hour and a half and felt absolutely no pain no discomfort. Three weeks later got the permanent placed on perfect mold of my tooth no issues 100% recommended Ill never go to another dentist as long as Dr Alvarados working

Absolutely amazing experience!! Husband had a dentist appointment for the next morning but the pain was excruciating so we found them online, called and had an appointment for 15 mins later luckily we live close. Thank you Maria in the front for your help and scheduling us so fast! And CANNOT Thank You enough Dr. Huckaby and his amazing assistant Maricella for the smoothest procedure my husband has ever had!! We ended up with 3 extractions and Dr Huckaby was calming, informative and even had us laughing and pulled his teeth effortlessly! My husband didnt even know he had pulled one tooth when he was on the third! My husband has a new dentist and will follow Dr Huckaby wherever he goes!

Wow 😆I was so pleased with the services there Mr.Alvarado the Dentist and his assistant Ms.Vanessa talk me through each procedure step by step and detailed was very detailed as they was doing it.. I really enjoyed the time that I was at the dentist .We was laughing and joking and just enjoying my tooth experience or my 🦷 extraction. Mrs.Maria even followed up with me on two occasions. Just following up on my health and well-being.I was experiencing a little difficulty in some pain They told me to come right in and they followed up on the procedure that was done and took care of me this place is greatttttt!! I had to have an emergency tooth extracted. Then a bone graft. Then a mouth guard. I was their around 4 hours. Dr Jiro was very experienced and friendly. They were short handed and busy. But they were able to take care of me without any problems. He will be doing an implant in six months and I can’t wait.He’s the best.

Highly recommend this location. I called them with severe toothache and they had me come in and was getting worked on with in an hour with no insurance. Employees were sweet and professional. Very satisfied and grateful with the job that was done on my teeth also.

Its definitely not a rip off. I just moved here from Chicago and my wisdom teeth were hurting so bad. They can literally get you in the day you call. It’s amazing! And a great price too, you don’t have to pay an arm and a leg like other oral surgeon your regular dentist would refer you too. Natalie the receptionist was super nice too!!

I would recommend this place to anyone. Throughout the weekend I was in so much pain, my wisdom tooth had cracked and the whole right side of my face was in pain. Medication had stopped working Orajel wasn’t helping anymore. I never thought I would find somewhere open on a Sunday. They were extremely polite and made my whole experience so much fun. They joked and got me through it. Natalie and Alicia are so amazing. I didn’t have insurance and Natalie talked me through pricing let me know my options. Alicia took care of me kept my nerves relaxed. And my dentist (Dr. Nelson)was awesome. He prayed with me and let me know everything he was doing before he did it and talked to make sure I was comfortable. I would definitely be saving their number in case I need to use them again. Affordable, clean , and great customer service. You can tell they love what they do!

I was in so much pain over the weekend. I found this place on google and Ill never regret it, the dentist and staff were awesome, talked me through all details on procedures, options and payment it was nice and clean also keeping me calm because trying a new dentist can be scary. Dental assistant and dentist were very gentle with me Ive had some not so good experiences but I will definitely be back here I recommend anyone who is in pain and need emergency dental help to come here I loved my experience and I also didnt wait hours to be seen . Waste of money. Charge $85 for a BS exam that consisted of 1 x-ray and 15 seconds of looking at my tooth. Then they want an arm and a leg for an extraction. They know people are in pain and want to take advantage of that. Conveniently, no one there can handle a refund....only corporate can, yet no one there or at any branch can contact corporate. Total ripoff!!Update: was contacted today by another branch. they still refuse to provide me contact info for corporate, I suppose they dont want corporate to know how they do business. Supposedly corporate will contact me, but I doubt it. Ive disputed the charge for the exam. It was not an exam, I shouldnt be charged $85

They are wonderful, Dr. Mendl is so friendly and down to earth. I had an emergency saturday and no one was open but they were tik 9p and they accepted my insurance so it didnt break my bank. I loved it.

Awesome doctor!

My experience so far has been fatal. I arrived with a severe toothache, they performed a root canal which did not finish and I had to return because the infection still remained in the tooth causing the same pain that I went for the first time.They never explained to me what they had done to me the first time and additionally they wanted to blame me for the fact that the infection did not stop.They never gave me the respective follow-up with the first root canal.In the month of May I have another second root canal, and when I go to the follow-up appointment they tell me that the treatment was not finished, that they do not have the equipment to complete it and that I must go to another specialist to have a third endodontics and additional I must pay again. I am not satisfied with the work because I still have the infection and I have paid $ 1,800.00 without having solved the problem. And additionally I have to pay again in another clinic so that they solve something that they should have solved here. I do not accept it.

My experience was excellent and 100% recommended with my wisdom tooth extraction, no pain. Excellent doctors
