My mother was a resident for 15 months. She was loved and cared for by the staff. Even when I could not have personal visits due to covid restrictions I am confident in the care she received. The people make that place special. Also it is very clean!!!

Residents sister stated that she could not be happier that her sister is in a facility that is loving to her sister and that follows up with her regarding her care within the facility.

From the moment I walked into the facility, I met Janelle and Melissa and I felt welcome. They gave me the grand tour and got me situated. The managerial staff, Ms. Bolton, Regina, Britanny Wyatt treat you as a person that they have known for a while. The medical staff is top notch. They have been treating my wounded feet after many surgeries and curing the gangrene infection I got from the Hospital where I was operated on. The Adon and DON, Andrea and Cedric explained the nursing staff and what to expect from them. My chief nurse Tracy took great care of me from the beginning and has never stopped. The CNA Staff treat me as if they have known me since middle school knowing my likes and dislikes. I really recommend Arden Place.

When it was briarwood loved it now cant keep up with patients put them in a hospital without family knowing to many secrets very unprofessional staff and more

I visit my father often and am in peace because of the community of caretakers there and how their daily routines function smoothly like clockwork. I am thankful to know he is sincerely happy as he smiles so much with the staff and has content in his eyes. Ive gotten to know some of the other residents and I can say they go about their day with smiles as well.

Could not post without adding a star. Doesnt deserve any stars! This place is a joke! The well being of the residents are the LAST thing that matters! SUPER short staffed ALL the time and the staff from the very top to the very bottom changes so fast it will make your head spin. SIX Administrators in less than a year. The staff is FULL of apologies and no changes are ever made. Massive roach infestation; non-appetizing and cold food; residents belongings are continuously lost. Very FEW staff that actually care and do a great job. The rest of the staff is only there for the paycheck, which I have been told is not much! Better pay might bring better workers that want to stay.

A hidden gem! The facility is so nice on the inside, and the rehab gym is very spacious. Great place.

Overall unpleasant experience. The one saving Grace was the kind young lady working the front desk. Great attitude. Shes a 10/10. 5 stars .

Hola. This place is an absolute joke. (I called 911 with no shame) I was placed in a position to put my dad in this facility but I definitely would not recommend this facility for anyone. It was awful. Regret it to this day & I can name every single one that I feel a certain type of way about. R.I.P. to my dad & if you want $29 and some change you can go to h*ll no stars. Not nice to keep peoples personal belongings either. Do your jobs. Understand your dealing with sick & elderly& special needs. My experience here was less than good. Time spent approximately two weeks. First day in was very unimpressive. Entered one clients room and it wreaked of urine odor, flying insects namely roaches infested the place. I would not suggest this place as a residency AT ALL....

Please do not put a love one in there . Grandma health decline so fast because of neglect . She develop a bed sore , and we would go and bathe her because every time we go to see her diaper was soaked .She went in for rehab but could not stand within a week. Staff was always short . 1 nurse to 10 patients ; 1 aide to 18 patients. 2016 the year my grandma was there fo 6 month government denied Medicare or Medicaid payments due to many safety violations . This was a learning experience , I pray and hope that the nursing home would get better or the state shut the doors for good . You would think by the family bathing her the healthcare workers would try to keep her clean when we was not there , No they didnt have time or just didnt care . During the six months only one nursing assistant asked to check diaper while we was there and I told her we are about to bathe her but we was appreciative .

This veteran marine was beaten up viciously he came out on channel 2 news we are still in processes of getting justice you can google 84 year old man beaten up on his birthday if you had a love one here please contact me .I had to put a rating one star so that this review can let me post but this facility needs to be shut down it does not deserve no stars my Jehovah is big he will prevail !!

Went to visit a veteran. Covered in waste and clearly neglected for some time. They need management on the weekend very badly. .What facility still uses four bed wards? Facility was hit hard by hurricane, so maybe its just a hangover from Harvey.

Quality Of Care is ALWAYS better!

My brother was evacuated to this home during hurricane Harvey they didnt dispense his medications right food was cold and uncooked but staff friendly water came in thru atriums that were poorly maintained

This place is horrible they don’t watch the patients my dad was laying on the floor for hours before they came they let the patients fight & steal other people’s thing . they only put on a act when people are there I don’t recommend this sugar shake to anyone .

My aunt 1st day here and the nurses had a attitude and not doing the job they supposed to.I dont recommend the place to anybody.
