I do not recommended anyone sending their loved one here. They will tell you exactly what you want to hear but do not deliver. My mom caught COVID in Dec. and was in the hospital they transferred her to a long term facility and then she was sent here. A week after being at Capstone she went from good to bad. My mother had dark circles under her eyes and was just very unhappy. She looked totally different from when she left the long term facility. She couldnt sleep at night because she heard people screaming all night and running up and down the hallways. One time she woke up to a woman in her room staring at her while she slept. When she explained to them she was having trouble sleeping they offered her pain pills to sleep! They moved my mother to a new room and she needed a nurse she kept pressing the nurse call button but no one would come. The next morning she told the nurse only to find out the nurse call button was unplugged. If my mom was in dire need something terrible couldve happened. On multiple occasions after visits she was left in a chair for hours unattended. My sister and I had a conference call with the staff there to address these issues was told it wouldnt happened again but it did. The last time it happened my mother was in the chair for 8 hours! Physical therapy was to be done for an hour at least 5 days a week and that didnt happened. When my mom got to Capstone she was able to stand with the help of the therapist but when she left she was so weak because of the lack of PT. Most the people at Capstone are unprofessional starting with the receptionist. There is a tremendous lack of communication that goes on here. My mother had an unsafe and terrible discharge. Capstone sent her home with the wrong medical equipment which caused her to be rushed back to the hospital. When we let them know they said they would work on getting her the right equipment and I have yet to hear from them. She was at Capstone for 25 days or so and has now been at the hospital for 5 and the hospital has done more for my mother than Capstone ever did. Capstone neglected my mother. People need to know how this place is being run. Capstone did nothing for my mom.

I went seeking employment and this place was Crystal Clean and the a/c air was refreshing and the lady who gave me the application was really polite I would love to work here

My mom had a great stay while she was at Capstone HealthCare. However, there is a few things that could have been SUPERIOR. Mom, stated she stayed in her most of her stay. The only time she came out, was for therapy. She also mentioned there weren’t any activities. Mom, is very active and she said she felt like she was in prison. Mom, stated that her care could have been a bit better. But no harsh complaints with the nursing staff. Capstone is very beautiful and if my mom needed care again, I would bring her back. You guys just need more activities for the patients to keep them happy while in your care.

Horrible place do not put your loved one here unless you want them dead. Administrator do not return phone calls and they make it impossible to visit if you work every day. Horrible place. I have work in hospital from Ben taub to Methodist and I have never seen patient treated like this. DO Not Put Your Loved ones in this place you will regret it.

Hello,I am pleased with all the wonderful comments about your facility. I have been in the Nursing Field for 20yrs and I rarely see a facility on google review have so many positive feedbacks. This is a place I would love to work at. Before I apply at a facility I look in all aspects and the reviews is 1 of the major important things I Iook at. I would like to say Congratulations to the owner of this facility. Whatever tactic you are using and I’m assuming compassionate for the residents are 1 of the major important Core Values you stand by, keep it up! I was referred by an employee at your facility. I will be coming into your facility to fill out a application. This place is what I been searching for, for a long time. I would be honored to call you guys my employer!

I absolutely love this facility. I’ve been an employee at this location for 8 years and I feel very comfortable bringing my own love ones to be cared for here. If I believed that this Home away from Home wasn’t just I would of removed myself immediately.

The facility is very clean and pleasant. The food for the patients is pretty delish, I must say.The staff communicates with loved ones family members. However, sometimes, being that we, as a family member, may not misunderstand, some of the decisions the team makes.Overall, this establishment is a great facility. In regards to and depending on the state of physical and mental, your loved one is in, be specific with the questions and answers, before having your loved one placed.If your loved one is any way seeking to or wanting to go home, You May want to reconsider. Moving a parent or family member can be very DEVASTATING for both.You MUST and ALWAYS consider what state of mind they are in and make sure it’s a good fit for them.I love the place and would refer most anyone to this establishment.J. I was so pleased with the time my mom spent here. The staff treated us like we’re family. The facility was beautiful and clean. And the care better than I could have expected. This was a hard decision, but the team at Capstone made it easier with the way they took care of my mom. Thank you for everything!

My dad arrived late on a Friday evening. The facility was clean and remains that way still as my dad is still receiving rehabilitation. The staff welcomed and greeted us well. I had my reservations of these type of facilities but it quickly became home. The team meets w/you to discuss care, your concerns are addressed immediately. I could go on and on about the amazing people who work here. Hats off to a top of the line team indeed!!

My mother had advancing dementia and was in this nursing facility. Before I placed her at Capstone (used to be called La Hacienda, but they are under a mom and pop ownership now, and it shows in the best kind of way), I met with Diana. She spent as long as I needed on the tour answering all of my questions and set up a conversation with the treatment team. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable, caring and helpful. The food was good, the facility was clean, and my mothers needs were taken care of. I highly recommend this nursing facility.

Released my mother in law with severe diaper rash and bleeding. Did not coordinate anything with us and refused to provide even a basic level of service. I would avoid at all costs as this place is horribly run, disorganized and the staff is grossly negligent.

Aesthetically it looks fine but no front desk attendant and the staff is less than eager to assist. I also heard patients screaming for help. While walking to the snack machine poop was on the floor and upon entering the building it was a slight smell. I do believe that they need to make changes and train the staff to be more attentive. Some of the patients are in critical condition and need monitoring. These are very concerning red flags.

Friendly staff from what Ive experienced..

They took good care of me after my hip replacement. Would recommend if you’re looking for a quick recovery in a nice place.

The clients are wornderful here and the staff does treat the resdients like family.
