Excellent service; my mom is there and they have very good communication with me also the place is very clean and safe;I have to said thank you to the all staff but Bryan and Rosy ; thank you for take care of my mom;they very nice and professional ;highly recommend this place.

As the new Administrator of this facility, I am currently working on the reestablishing trust between us and the community we serve. Under my leadership our residents will receive the highest quality of care and life. My door is always open to staff and residents. As we look to part ways with the old standards we optimistically look toward the future to actualize the true vison that Highland Park aspires to be. Thank you.

If your family member is somebody that’s precious and you treasure in whatever capacity. If they are a mother, sister, Brother or uncle and you love them. Don’t send them here. Their stay will 94% it’ll will lead to their death.

This is a new facility it looks well the stamp speaks well but one thing I found out about twice in my daughter there that they do not take time to feed the feeders for patients that cannot feed themselves I noticed that my daughter had lost a lot of weight and she was admitted in the hospital for malnutrition so I will never never put my daughter in a home no more without reading all of the reviews because this is very sad my daughter look like she lost me be 50 lb and thats not fair to them. God bless the owners the people thats there and touch their hearts and let them realize that people that are there they are human just like them whether they can talk a cant talk they still need love and kindness thats what theyre being paid for so why not give the best help that you can get treat people the way you want to be treated that is a Payday and I hope they all remember that God bless all of you.

My Mom lived there for 2 years before she passed in January. She was at home there and had many friends. My mom was a bit mischievous, and the staff did whatever environmental control they could for her safety. I am forever grateful her last years were at Highland Park, before she did finally go home to heaven. The staff work hard there (housekeeping, nurses, shower aides, nurses aids, dietary, the activities director , social worker, and the administration, maintenance, laundry, etc.) and i always pray for their personal good health and happiness!

DONT PUT YOUR FAMILY HERE THIS PLACE ISN’T WORTH IT THEY DONT EVEN INFORM YOU WHEN YOUR FAMILY MEMBER GETS HURT OR IS IN THE HOSPITAL

To those who say that family has been there more than a yr how so if the facility just opened on Fulton the one on this website are they coming from somewhere else but this facility just opened about a month ago so pls explain why you all say more than a yr.... and keep i mind that they are in the ghetto so the staff is probably the same and there is an 800 number for the nursing home mistreatment and Ill be damn is I let a staff member who is getting paid because of our family members be rude or talk down to me because of my family member they get paid... so oh no

My mom stay here, she have had almost everything taken from her, they have hardly any activities for them through out the day. The workers are direspectful to the residents being the place the residents stay in...the workers are in the halls talking loud ablout everything. They dont have a uniform and anybody from off the street can come in and start taking care of your love one. The smell in this place is 24/7 and its never a freshness in the building. They still her clothes and let other people in the facility wear them. They ramble through her stuff when shes away. And I went there this morning after 12:00 noon and her breakfast tray was still sitting in front of her....she still have on her night close. I could go on and on but me just talking will not help. Act has to take place...N. O. W....!!!

This facility staff is very rude,very messy, And races, Hired Me ,and without me knowing the patients had me pass medication.then the DON falsely accuse me on a hall that I never worked on and fire me I explained to her I never worked on that hall then she said oh I’m firing you because you saying you going back to your old job (false) to make matters worse use me to Train other Medication aide after seeing me in the morning,And to add on The matter was telling the nurses I’m firing the little Mexican girl.
