I was working as a housekeeper, for extra money there and the manager for housekeeping is rude and will began to pick with you about lil things. Most of the staff is rude and messy . The job is easy..yes but not worth working with the people up there.

So far my experience with this place is horrible. My concerns for my sister (only been there 3 wks). Cant get anyone on the phone on weekends. My concerns is for my sisters health. Just burried my mom and not trying to rush my sister. Cant wait until visiting starts, because I will be there on a regular basis

Went to see the place my brother needs 8 weeks of rehab and this is an approved facility for veterans, the place is clean and has friendly personnel, it is equipped with a comedor and has daily activities. My plan is to visit my brother on a daily basis while he is this rehab place. When I went unexpected, I found the place clean and I went today and the place was still clean and patients were having their breakfast, I dont forsee anything other than good during his stay

Taking care of my father Penny Rhodes. Thus, far the staff has been incredible. Huntingtons Disease is not something you want to deal with in health care. These individuals just see as part of the job. Always smiling, informative and detailed. My fathers room and clothes are always clean. They remind me of my ppl back home.

Horrible place.....here I lay , after I slide on a floor flooded with water in my patients rooms 3 rooms. Management totally ignorant, patients room flooded with water l slid hurting my knee, I write a letter as patients advocate with concerns about the patients be sweating like crazy at nite having only dollar store fans to keep cool... Afraid if getting electric shock me or my patients.... some staff sleeps all nite until 4am, and a respiratory tech is badly needed at 10-6 shift. I kept trying to call in to say I slid n had hurt my knee but staff rude,cut u off ,dont listen pure nature born GHETTO...I had 15 gtubes n 6 trachs per nurse...whereas the other two shifts had 3 nurses, med aide, n a RT. Management has hx of bullying staff....wont let u speak to corporate....dont waste ur time there for work or stay.....place is totally not good....RUN!!!!!

Beautiful front lobby. Upon delving further into this facility you see how cramped and miserable this place is. Rude, neglectful nurses. Urine scented hallways. The only nursing home Ive seen that puts three patients in one room. If theres a purgatory on Earth, this is it.

Even though it is an older facility, dont let the outside deter you. Care is excellent!!!!!

The Administrator led our company on a wild goose chase trying to get together documentation to admit a Medicaid patient with their facility. The dying patients daughter was in tears trying to get help from the staff here. After two days of running the family and our company through the ringer, the facility opted to not admit the patient. Extremely unprofessional.

My dad was a resident here for a little bit. The staff is awesome and caring

I wouldnt take a stray cat to this place! As soon as you enter the halls you smell a strong odor of urine and feces! Mice in the kitchen. Rooms and Halls infested with knats and cockaroaches! Nurses are incompetent and neglectful. Cna staff dont keep the patients clean. All staff members are unprofessional. Alot of loud talking, cursing , screaming and laughing going on. The administrator walks around wearing a white apron but does no cleaning. A patient was hanging off the bed calling for help. and the administrator passed up the room to grab a CNA. This place is a hell on wheels! Please keep your love ones and even hated ones out of there!
