Overall, it was a very awkward experience for me. I went it for a facial, the ladies in the front seemed bothered or annoyed by me, I’m guessing because my Spanish isn’t the best. Which I didn’t think would be a problem. I got to my appointment on time & still waited almost 2 hours to be called. I’m pretty sure they taxed me on their products as well. Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend for facials. & also, the light for the facial was left on me for more than it was supposed to be & my face felt sun burnt for the next few days. Idk, overall, really dissatisfied & felt like I wasted my money.

Had the best visit i came to get the hair removal treatment , i was greeted very well. I saw the results since my first session the hairs became much thinner

Beware of these people They will sell you a treatment and not Comply with the treatment I paid $350 for laser hair removal of my chin The lady with the big fake lips would give me very little time of zapping And would instruct the other technicians to do the same at the end of my treatment the hairs were still there nothing fell out Waste of time and money

The only reason Im giving this place one star is because I cant give it a zero. This place is SO UNPROFESSIONAL! The lady that performed a facial on me literally destroyed my face. She was not gentle on my skin AT ALL and when asked what she was doing (whenever I get a facial, the esthetician always explains the process) BUT this so called esthetician, told me te estoy quitando toda la mugre and proceeded scraping my face with pores/blemish tool. She was obviously not a professional and didnt know how to use it. After she destroyed my face (till this day Im still recovering) she insisted to wax my facial hair, AFTER SCRAPING MY FACE. LIKE WHAT?! What was she thinking of putting hot wax on bleeding pores?! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. The only reason I went here is because my mom insisted (even though she didnt know anything of it) and because I like to support local businesses, mostly in the latino community. NEVER AGAIN! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! far from professional and super rude people.
