I have been going here for years. Never had a problem with them. I had an app today that I missed I did not get a reminder, I am sick. I do not think they would of seem me anyway due to me being sick. I understand a cancellation fee. They want to charge me $95.00 that is insane amount! I guess I will find me a new doctor!!

Great place, friendly staff! Getting older is not easy but I feel very comfortable here and the Dr. has made it easier to feel okay with the changes I’m going through.

As a new patient and a healthcare provider myself, I was very pleased with the office interactions and with the time Dr. Imtiaz spent with me. I feel that she was forthcoming about my status as her patient and had my best health interests in mind. If I had requested more time for discussion, I am sure it would have been afforded me.

RUN. DONT GO HERE. Bad Doctor and bad staff. Doctor is pushing expensive treatments and does not listen. Has no empathy for pain and does not answer questions. Offers conflicting advice. Staff does not call back and avoids talking to you. Had a cancer scare and could not reach doctor or staff. Was told to wait 24 to 48 hours for a return call.My return call happened when staff used a calling service that routed around my ability to answer my phone. When I called right back they would not answer. When I saw doctor she was condescending and her only response to my pain during a biopsy was I should have had gas. RUN. FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR AS I HAVE.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Im seeing a lot of first experience reviews, and at first I too thought the doctor was great. Until I had a procedure done, awake and was very nervous. Horrible bed side manner, snapped at me rudely that I needed to be still and had no compassion for any pain or fear I was experiencing. The staff was great but I paid out of pocket due to no insurance. I always told them upfront I needed to know all cost. They were good about that till my last time there. I paid for my services as usual and they did NOT mention at all I would be billed separately by the lab, I always paid all together EVERY appt. They tried telling me they changed the way they do things/labs. After my horrible embarrassing experience during the procedure and their failure to inform me of cost, I refused to pay. I told them I would no longer be coming back, especially after the procedure left me with horrible coccyx (tailbone) pain right after. I had to start seeing a chiropractor. She also had a nurse apologize for her behavior instead of apologizing personally. I made it very clear to every person who called trying to resolve this that I was not coming back. Only to get a bill for a no show appointment. I was going to leave this alone and not leave a review but that no show bill was the last straw. Id like to add that the nurses were very kind and seemed embarrassed by her behavior during that procedure. Thankful for that but Id definitely not go with this Gyno if youre thinking about it.

Appointments are on-time, Dr. takes time to explain future plans for treatment and the implant is almost a painless procedure. Love the vitamins & pre/probiotics sold here, too, just wish they were a bit less expensive. The only down side is the $1000+ bill I received for bloodwork when I was advised my insurance was accepted. Im fighting the lab, as Ive provided my insurance information directly to Bio Reference and they still are sending me nasty past-due notices.

Yesterday was my first visit to this clinic. I basically fell in love with the staff. The receptionist, the medical assistants, the doctor and the lab technician were all super sweet and friendly. The doctor had great bedside manners. Now, I understand why theres a wait to get an appointment. Its definitely worth the wait. As long as I have insurance they accept, I will continue to come to this clinic.

I’ve moved all around Texas and have lost count at how many new Gyno’s I’ve seen in my life. Of all 15+ of them, Dr. Imtiaz is truly in a league of her own.I made my first appointment for birth control replacements back in 2018. I was a new patient recently moved to Houston so it was just a shot in the dark with this office. The staff was incredibly friendly, but Dr. Imtiaz really set the standard for me. During the decision making process she advised what I was asking for was not her recommendation, however, she encouraged me that she would do whatever I felt the most comfortable with. In that moment I have never felt more empowered by my care physician to allow me to make my own decisions about my body, even though they may have gone against her medical advice. During that process and testing I discovered some harsh news about my health but yet again, Dr. Imtiaz was so professional, informative, but more importantly so supportive about the situation at hand. I struggle with anxiety and Dr. Imtiaz has such a calming presence about her which makes the visits so much easier. I drive over 45 minutes across Houston to be treated by her and I will continue to do so because she really is THAT good. When I decide to have children I can only hope she will be the doctor to deliver them. Dr. Imtiaz is the poster version of what a professional, caring, and outstanding gyno should be.

When I scheduled my appointment I was asked if I had insurance and replied yes but was goingTo pay cash and file a claim with my insurance. I asked if I would be provided a receipt with CPT/Diagnosis codes and her response was yes! At my appointment the doctor was quick and was called out of our appointment to attend to a doctor. I was asked what I did for a living and then they request a I have bloodwork in which they had a side by side retail/sale price$2000/$850 labwork order to look like your going to save by having bloodwork with them. When I asked for a receipt with the codes she replied ‘we do not provide receipt with codes because we are a SPA’ I called back the following day to speak to the manager and yet to receive a call. Ladies and Gentlemen believe the reviews this is a horrible clinic. If I could give Negative stars I would do just that. I wouldn’t say so much the staff but the Doctor and the office manager. The Doctor has no bedside manners she is not pleasant or personable. I was in the room with her and she rushed through everything then once we done she storms out and started ordering her staff around in a manner as if they are beneath her. I had one question about my diet I had to ask the doctor while she is standing next me and she totally just ignored my question and walked away. I understand why her staff act like they are terrified of her. Then the following day I called and asked to speak with the office manager I was told Nicole was with a patient so I called later in the afternoon. I ask to speak to Nicole, I was put on hold and someone answered the phone and says thanks for holding this is Nicole speaking how can I help you and I explained that I was looking to speak to the manager about a charge. I went into details and with the nastiest attitude she began to tell me about my bill. I felt so humiliated. I can’t speak for the other ladies in the office but these two women are so rude.

Completely recommended Dr.Imtiaz listens and helps resolve your questions. We talk about Termiva and I went head and got it is live changing you see results in your first treatment. Gain confidence again after having children. Yes of course have fun ! Drown time and it true completely Painless.

Ive been cared for by Doctor Imtiaz since 2004 when I became pregnant with my first child. She educated me over every step of pregnancy and she delivered both of my children, both born perfectly and without any complications! Every well woman exam is professional and informative and Ive always felt like I was at home in the offices during scheduled annual physical visits.The MedSpa services and surgical procedures offered are affordable with financial options, which is awesome for mothers needing vaginal reconstruction surgery after giving birth naturally. Really pleased with the provider and staffs service! Had a bad experience at another provider that left me a bit anxious of my visit. Dr. Imtiaz was very understanding and talked me through my concerns. Hands down best experience I have had with a gynecologist.

Initial consultation was fabulous and thorough and gave me hope that someone was really listening and would finally see me as a whole person and treat me accordingly! Follow up visit, after spending an inordinate amount of time and money on various tests was rushed, dismissive, and impersonal. None of the issues for which I originally went to see her were even remotely addressed; and I left feeling depressed, devalued, used, and not even mismanaged but essentially unmanaged. The most disappointed I’ve ever been with any physician!

I love this office and the staff! Very modern professional and fast but yet specific with care. The doctor has great bed side manner and was eager to help. This is the place for women to come to that wants answers and service!

She is very convenient to see on short notice, as well as for well woman exams. I adore her - she is health conscious, shes very open and encouraging (including practical suggestions!) for living more healthfully to combat long term conditions. I think she has a great bedside manner and I feel very comfortable talking to her about anything, she is empathetic and solution oriented.

Dr. Imtiaz has changed my life. I could not have sex due to dryness. I hadn’t had sex going on 4 years. I had the pellets put in and now I can. It’s changed my marriage , life and total well being. The staff at the cypress Women’s center are all professional and down to earth. I recommend everyone I know to go there.

The Staff and DR were very nice. My wait time was nothing, I didnt even get to sit down.. (30 minutes early at that!)However please be sure that all of the procedures are covered by your insurance. I am out over $500.00. Which I had to pay up front.

She delivered my two babies by c-section and everything was great. I quit going to her years later because I would have to wait over an hour each time I wanted a checkup. Finally, I booked the first appt of the day at 9 am and still waited for 50 min because she TRIPLE booked! I was the third person to sign in for that time slot and she was the only doctor.

The office is clean and the staff is pleasant.I am only giving a 3 star at this time because I have only visited the office twice and have yet to complete my procedure so further review is required. But I was also disappointment with a cancelled appointment and how it was managed. The office called me on a Monday to cancel an appointment for Friday. They left a voicemail, but I didnt receive it. I then received a confirmation for the appointment on Tuesday which I confirmed via the link. On Friday morning; after I had taken off from work; I received a call advising that the doctor was not in and that I could not come in. I think that a second phone call or text cancellation should have come across. As an additional frustration, the procedure that I am engaged in has a recommended time period between sessions which has been breached so I am now worried about the results.

I dodged this bad experience. I checked in for my first appointment with this doctor and as I am waiting I hear a very upset patient. This woman was very upset they were charging her $100 for her test results. She was crying that she had no more money and all she wanted to know was if something was wrong. So, I ask the receptionist if they charged for all test results and she said yes. I asked her if they would give results over the phone and she told me no, that all results require a visit. At this point another woman chimes in to tell me that she was a patient and very unhappy with how they do things and she would be looking for another doctor. So, I got up and left. That was all I needed. 2 unhappy patients was enough for me. I have never heard of charging for test results... especially if the test is good.

Dr. Imtiaz has proven herself as an excellent physician. Her staff are professional, kind, hard working individuals. The facility is warm and inviting and does not have that clinical feel at all. If you want professional healthcare in a welcoming environment, then I recommend you book your appointment with North Cypress Womens Center.

Horrible customer service and even worse office staff. For 2 years now I have had nothing but problems with them not sending my lab samples to the correct labs and not providing correct insurance information to the labs both resulting in me being billed for the services that should have been covered by my insurance. The ONLY reason I am giving 1 star is because Dr Imtiaz is actually a good Dr who seems to care about her patients. Unfortunately, she needs to replace most of her office staff if she intends on retaining her patients. AVOID THIS PRACTICE until you start seeing decent reviews.

If I could give less I would. You can never get in touch with the staff, but the staff isnt the problem. Its definitely the doctor. I was scheduled for a hysterectomy today because Im have severe bleeding and so anemic it could threaten my life. This doctor got an attitude and threw a temper tandrum and CANCELLED MY SURGERY because of a misunderstanding with paperwork. This is putting my life in sander and she doesnt care. Her bedside manner is ridiculous and so is her attitude and now I wouldnt want her to touch me period. If you value yourself... Dont let this woman touch you!

I did not get good care from Dr Imtiaz and her staff, it took them 45 minutes to just give me my paper work to fill out but they made me sign a paper saying that if I was 15 minutes late to appointments I would be charged a fee. I payed several dollars for my visit before I even saw the dr (due to high deductible) after a couple of weeks I got another bill because apparently they didn’t charge everything when I was there, they took some blood and I had to wait a month for results because they kept forgetting to load it in the portal so I had to keep calling, after all that I received a third bill from a third party laboratory a couple months later. I spent over 500 in a visit where my concern that I went in for wasn’t even addressed. felt like an assembly line and the dr didn’t really listen to me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.

I called to schedule an appointment and the female who answered the phone was extremely rude. Apparently, they may not be in my employer insurance network and my call was a waste of HER time. She seemed so put off by my attempt to schedule an appointment.

Ive never had such a wonderful experience with a gynecologist AND her staff, or any doctor and their staff for that matter, as I have with Dr. Imtiaz and her staff. She takes the time to listen to what I have to say and addresses any concerns I may have without making me feel Im on a hamster wheel. Additionally, Im very thankful to her for introducing me to Biote hormone replacement therapy and I highly recommend her.

First I’d like to address the negative reviews, yes, the front desk people made some mistakes but they told me to come in early and I did so any mistakes that they made (misspelling my name, recording wrong date of birth) were fixed before my appointment. The doctor however, is very understanding. If you ask how much it will cost, they’ll give you a what-if-analysis, just be open about the fact that you would like to go with what your insurance will cover and what you need. The doctor what very kind and she let me know what was going on and what she was expecting. I would go to this place again and suggest it to anyone.

I went to her Nov 2015 - to sum it up ... terrible service! She comes off as being overwhelmed and doesnt have time for you or your concerns about your body/health. In addition, like others have mentioned she pretty much ROBBED my insurance company - charging upwards of $4500 in numerous random tests one of which was a DRUG TEST. I was told I needed to have a drug test done before she would conduct my well womans exam... they stated it was normal procedures for their office and everyone has it done once after which they are fine until she deems its necessary again. I would never recommend this practice to anyone. I have reported this activity to the necessary agencies and to my ins company. Its clear what she is doing.

Update:I’ve changed the score of my original review from 2 to 4, which is what I would’ve originally given this clinic before the issues I experienced. The office manager contacted me and informed me that the 2 billing issues were due to my insurance company giving them incorrect information (which I believe, due to having similar problems myself). She listened to my concerns, was respectful and apologetic, and offered to assist me in resolving these issues with the lab and my insurance company. I’m not sure if they will be fixed, but I appreciate the clinic for offering to be an advocate for me.The reason I am now giving this clinic 4 stars is because: the clinic is clean, Dr. Imtiaz is a competent and respectful physician, the office staff are friendly, and other than the billing problems, I’ve had no serious issues. The only reason I am not giving them a 5 star is because my first appointment with them had a long wait time (follow up appointments have been more timely) and the ultrasound tech does not have the best bedside demeanor.******************{original review}I like Dr. Imtiaz herself. However, I had 2 billing issues which led to an unexpected cost of $400.The first, I needed an ultrasound. I wanted to know the cost of the procedure because I wouldn’t get it if I couldn’t afford it. I called my insurance which gave me the run around. I then called the doctors office for help, they said they could help get a definitive answer. Called me back and said the procedure would be covered. I scheduled the procedure. Then got a bill a month later saying it wasn’t covered. I called the office and they basically said sorry but it’s your insurance’s fault. I agree my insurance was to blame as well, but I specifically told the office that I could not afford the procedure and would not schedule it if it wasn’t covered.The second issue is that they sent lab testing to an out of network provider. This was something I had no knowledge of or control over. Now I have a bill from the lab for $250.As I stated earlier, Dr. Imtiaz is a solid provider and if her office was more consistent I would like to see her again. However, I can’t afford unexpected charges that are just shrugged away. I would not recommend using this provider unless you can afford miscellaneous charges.

Dr. Imtiaz delivered all 3 of my children. She has a great bed side manner, asks if I understand everything she has explained & takes her time with me when I need medical advice. I have referred my sister in law & friends, who also go to her as well. Glad she is only doing Gyno now, so much easier to get in!

An annual well woman exam is covered under my insurance meaning I dont pay anything when I go into the office. However, I made the mistake of asking Dr. Imtiaz ONE question during my exam so she took it upon herself to charge me for an office visit (as opposed to an annual exam which is covered) and sent me a bill in the mail. You have got to be kidding me! Please take this as a warning that you should only answer the questions she asks you, and do not ask her any questions in return unless you want to be charged a ridiculous amount of money for her 2 second reply.If I was made of money, I would give Dr. Imtiaz higher than 2 stars because shes actually really nice when shes performing the exam. I appreciated her bedside manner, but its unfortunate that that may have just been a facade to get more money from her patients.

I have been going to Dr. Imtiaz for about a year now. I went for my well woman exam after being referred to her by my GP. Dr. Imtiaz and her staff are very warm, friendly and kind. I saw information about BioTE in the waiting room and inquired about it during my exam. Well, let me say that it has been life changing the difference this has made for me. I used to have trouble sleeping, my memory wasnt as good as it used to be, I felt tired and in a daze most of the time. Now I sleep well without having to take any Tylenol PM or anything else to help me sleep. I have energy, my memory is so much better, I feel clear headed and focused. My husband loves the difference it has made in me as well. Thank you Dr. Imtiaz!

They are currently trying to charge me $7,000 for a drug pee test. A PEE TEST!! On top of that I was told that all new patients had to submit a pee test, so how can a doctors office try and say a patient has to submit a pee test but then not inform them of the cost. Who has EVER heard of a pee test costing $7,000?

After reading the reviews, i was so nervous about my appt. I am so glad I did not listen to them! I was treated very kind. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The dr was great. I will be coming back!

BEWARE( the ratings are true)I have been going there for the last 2 years and getting BIO T Hormone Replacement Therapy, I had previously used another place in conroe for 2 yrs but this office was closer. During my time there I had pellets come out on 2 occasions never happened before moving to there office. On October 10th 2018 went in for my regular 5 Month repel-let, left the office was in my Vehicle for 2 hrs driving and when I got home and out of my truck, there was blood everywhere, I had been losing blood since I left the office. My wife tried to stop the bleeding she couldnt, it was gushing out, went to neighborhood Emergency Clinic, Doctor had to put 4 staples in me and told my wife and I we would of never stopped the bleeding, because the Dr. had hit a artery.I went to see Dr. Imtiaz to discuss what happened, to see if I had lost any pellets and for her to pay for my Doctor bill, she said it wasnt her responsibility. Couldnt believe it, but I didnt argue just got up and left. Now I see why here reviews are so bad!

I went to her in about 2011-2012, she rushed through everything, did not make me feel like she really cared about me as a patient, She actually told me due to my prolactin levels were high that Id never have kids and I could have a brain tumor, MIND EVERYONE I WAS ONLY 18!!!! That is not something you tell a FIRST TIME PATIENT especially at such a young age in life ! I think she handled everything very poorly, I never went back. I found a OBGYN with great reviews, WHEN I WAS PREGNANT WITH MY DAUGHTER that this doctor told me id never have.....

I see many negative reviews here but they are kind of old and my experience during my first three visits were great. Staff was carimg and dooctor was understanding. They all accommodated me above and beyond. Would recommend repeatedly.

I delivered with this doctor in 2007. My son was induced early due to me having slightly elevated blood pressure. He was in NICU for quite a while. When i went in for delivery, I overheard the nurses complaining that ALL of her patients were in there being delivered early because she had a trip to Europe planned. When I came back to VISIT my son who suffered from RDA, PFC, a collapsed lunge and pnemonia at a later date, I saw her doing paperwork at a desk. She looked up at me. I stared at her and told her how sick my son was and nearly acted as if she didnt know who I was. I found out three months later that I was pregnant again and my entire family was extremely supportive of my decision to switch doctors. not to mention I accidentally overpaid her 500 dollars, which they kept until I realized it several months later and requested a refund. How convenient.......

Very good experience. The hormone replacement pellets are really helping with the menopause symptoms. All staff very nice & helpful.

The front desk team is ridiculous. It’s like everyday is their first day of work. I show up to my original (they tell me $20 copay) appointment just for them to suggest I rescheduled it bc they didn’t have my medical records for the purpose of My visit (refusing what I had they needed an “original copy”) so I reschedule for the next week. Prior to even coming back to this rescheduled appointment, I commicated with the same front desk team about my info, copay, basically asked about everything I needed to know to bring before I got to this app days away. I got nothing but attitude and sighs when I spoke with them.. They told me I couldn’t do what I originally came in to get bc NOW I’m considered a new patient, even though you have all my info, insurance etc everything lol smh & they may or may not have time to do what I originally came in for. Ok fine, not a problem, im under the impression nothing hasn’t changed but my app date.... so today I get to my rescheduled appointment and now they tell me I haven’t completely met my deductible so it’s gonna over $100 just to sit with the doc! And they won’t do My procedure. If they weren’t so focused on trying to get off work and maybe lost the all attitude they have I would’ve informed on my FIRST visit about the deductible, the new patient process, the time frame everything. It’s the principle. They wasted my time & energy. I will NEVER come back to this practice nor will I recommend it. Do not come here !

Love Dr. Imtiaz and the staff at North Cypress Womens Center! The staff are all super friendly and helpful whenever I have any questions.I have gone to Dr. Imtiaz for my annual checkups, IUD insertion, and mostly recently for an ovarian mass. Dr. Imtiaz was proactive in ordering labs and scans, and assured me that she would figure out what was going on and what the next steps would be. Once the mass was confirmed by ultrasound and CT scans, she scheduled and performed the surgery to remove the mass and ovary. Dr. Imtiaz explains everything thoroughly, is easy to talk to, and has a very calming presence. I never left her office worried or confused about anything.

Ive been going to Dr. Imtiaz for several years now and love her. She has a sweet bedside manner and always takes time to answer my questions.

Worst experience ever. Dr Farhina is absolutely rude. If you want to have a bad day and leave feeling you lost your time and money, go there. Now, I need to find me another Dr to prescribe me for my blood test results.

Dr. Imtiaz is a very knowledgable and caring physician. She and her office staff are friendly, professional, and make me feel very comfortable.

I went to the office due to severe pain from my menstrual cycle. Dr. Imtiaz basically told me that I am just going through the changes and it is perfectly normal at my age (39). She ordered labs, urine culture and biopsy on me. She put me on antibiotics for a UTI (I had no symptoms). I asked her why is she putting me on this and she said she has to go through all avenues. I told the pharmacist and he said that is bad practicing. Her staff does not know anything about verifying benefits and insurance and just tries to collect money.

Dr. Farhina Imtiaz is absolutely wonderful! I was referred by my sister and had such a wonderful experience. I was so nervous about my appointment and Dr. Imtiaz really put me at ease with her kindness and attention to finding solutions where need be. The team members at North Cypress Womens Center are wonderful! I was out in 45 minutes, and I was a new patient on this visit. They send you your new patient paperwork to your email and make it so easy to fill out, this speeds the time up. This was very important to me as my previous OBGYN was always running behind or taking forever to get me out of my appointment. I would highly recommend this Dr. Imtiaz.

Extremely I would say the most and highly unpleasant experience with North Cypress womens Centerthese people really dont have any respect for the patients they work for their own interest ans specifically for money.they are inefficient, Careless and have very bad attitude.I would not recommend this center for anyone please dont go thereif you do you will waste your time like we did.

I went to see Dr. Imtiaz as a last ditch effort. I had been having medical problems for about 4 years, I was miserable. From night sweats, depression, irritability, inability to lose weight, pain from cysts, leg swelling, insomnia and so much more. My body was a mad house and I was a wreck. I completely broke down after having been told by doctor after doctor that my only problem was that I was overweight. Dr. Imtiaz ran all the blood tests plus I cant tell you how many more and determined my thyroid (I was told this was normal by 4 different doctors) could be adjusted and my testosterone was extremely low. After being put on thyroid medication and having the BioTE I have lost 10 pounds and almost all my other symptoms are either completely gone or at least liveable! I am grateful for the time and care she took to not only reassure me but help me.

Ive been seeing Dr. Imtiaz for a few years now and she is hands down the best GYN Ive ever seen. She and her staff always go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. But what is most important to me is that she hands-down respects your choices you make about your own body and is completely non-judgmental. I recently got an IUD, per the recommendation of my sister, and had Dr. Imtiaz insert it for me. She and her staff were amazing during this procedure! Im kind of a wuss, but she was able to help me breathe and stay calm. In fact, when she stood up and said she was finished I didnt even realize it was over. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Imtiaz.

I went to her after having a bad experience w another gyno. Shes very attentive and asks if I understand everything and is very mindful of my lack of experience with gynos so she breaks everything down. Very sweet and caring.

Terrible experience went in for my well womans exam and had a few questions I wanted to ask the doc about some issues Ive been having and nurse told me I has to make up my mind either ask questions and not get my well woman exam or get my exam and not be able to ask questions because the doc was to busy to answer my 2 questions... plus they told me I wouldnt get a call if my results were normal that they would only call if I had a problem, which I think isnt right cause I would like to know as soon as results come in weather its normal or abnormal I want to at least know they came in and everything was ok. Well needless to say Im looking for a new obgyn now. Total waste of time plus had to wait over an hr to be called (but docs to busy to answer questionts right) lol horrible

When I think of the worst customer service experience I have ever had, I think of North Cypress Womens Center. She was my OB/GYN for years, I trusted her. However, with every visit I would get a bill from LabCorp, their third party testing, that was anywhere from $150 to $400. Normally they would drop off, but shortly after going to her for an annual I had a $500 lab bill. I did the normal drill and waited for it to drop off but I still had a charge. I spoke to the receptionist, who promptly told me it was my fault for not having insurance; I was fully insured. When I told her she had the wrong patient, she told me to speak to the United Healthcare LabCorp rep who happened to be at the desk. A few seconds later, a rep (who sounded just like her) got on the phone and stated that I would need to pay the office $500 or go to collections. Shortly after the conversation I contacted UHC (the real UHC) on the phone, who explained my case was misdiagnosed when the office sent my record to UHC and consequently my labs were not covered. I contacted LabCorp, which gave me the same explanation, and told me to contact the office. What an experience, the receptionist explained I was dumb. She called me a liar and stated that I was a nuisance to her day; She literally was screaming in the phone. After explaining to her that I went through insurance and LabCorp, that my claim should have been resolved, she continued to argue with me and eventually hung up the phone. Long story short, after 1 1/2 years, 50 emails, numerous unreturned phone calls and one collection notice, the issue was resolved. In our final conversation the receptionist stated LabCorp was doing the practice a favor and eliminating my balance due to the issues I caused HER. Pretty comical how someone can treat strangers with such disrespect.
