Today was my first time visiting New Look for laser hair removal and it was amazing! The staff is super friendly and very informative. I felt well taken care off throughout the entire process. The manager (sorry I forgot her name) and the aesthetician, Laura were so welcoming as they showed me around. Laura was awesome! She was super friendly and got me excited for my laser hair removal journey :) Highly recommend this place!

New Look Houston always has good deals that make getting laser hair removal affordable with my teacher salary so I LOVE IT HERE! I have been using them for a few years and will continue to do so. All the techs are great, but Tien is hands down my favorite technician! The lasers do not hurt and the process is quick and WELL WORTH the cost.

Love this place! The staff are all super knowledgeable and kind and helpful. Their machines seem like new technology. The laser hair machine in particular - you can barely feel it!

I bought different packages from them… first 2-3 sessions they provide good services to sell you more packages but always towards end of the package, they keep canceling your appointment because they don’t have the right room or machine available for you. I got my last microneedeling service in a very uncomfortable bed and setting.. because they overbooked and the room wasn’t available.. 2 weeks ago I had my laser appointment that was scheduled 6 weeks in advance… same issue, the right machine and room wasn’t available.. the Technichian was new and did a terrible job on my face that I had to stop the treatment and reschedule for 2 weeks later with my old technician. The night before my appointment they called and asking to reschedule it since the laser machine is not available again… if you don’t have enough laser machine you shouldn’t overbook your costumers… I don’t recommend this place since they are not consistent to provide the high quality of service.

New Look is in a convenient location and has the newest laser technology. The staff was very friendly and explained every detail about the process. The laser hair removal session was also quick and painless which is a treat because sometimes it can really hurt (depending on the body location and hair type). I highly recommend!

I have been coming to New Look Houston for my laser treatment last few years. The customer service has always been excellent, rescheduling is easy breezy. Due to Covid pandemic, my treatment was postponed for more than a year yet the staff are able to schedule my remaining sessions without even asking a question. Recently I have moved far away so it probably gonna take me 45 mins to get to the clinic but I really dont want to switch to other place. Reasonable pricing & great quality service; I highly recommend!

Started receiving laser treatment here about 7-8 months ago and absolutely love it! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and definitely makes you feel comfortable. The receptionist is friendly and always finds a way to squeeze me in on the weekends due to my busy schedule during the week. I recently started using their pigment bar to help lighten dark areas and already see a slight difference. New Look offers great deals and great customer service!

I bought a laser package here. They are quick and most importantly, it hurts barely AT ALL. I’d been to a couple laser placer before I moved to Houston, and this has been the best experience. Their laser sprays cold, so you feel a lot less pain. They have good deals. I did see in a comment before I went that a Brazilian is really a Brazilian + extended Brazilian here. This is clear in their pricing and maps of areas when you get there, but I’m not sure who wouldn’t want an extended as that is generally standard. I plan on going here as long as I live in Houston!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at New Look. I have no problem saying that I most definitely have high expectations. My tattoo wasn’t necessarily small and I’m amazed at the difference after three treatments. At first, I was nervous to get started but technician took the time to make me feel comfortable and even made me laugh a few times through the treatment (as they can be uncomfortable understandably.) I think she told me she’s been there since March. Not only was she attentive to me but she also took the time to explain exactly what she was doing. I’ve brought my husband with me once and he was beyond pleased on how helpful and sweet the staff was. After seeing how comfortable she made me he now wants to get started. We have two friends who were treated here about a year ago by a long dark haired woman that truly made them not want to return. They told me why but I really don’t see the point in bashing anybody on Google so to put it lightly it was awkward and anomalous. Now that they have a different staff they’re coming back for their remaining treatments. When I asked her where the other two staff people went, she said that one found a job closer to home and the other had another opportunity. I have a hard time believing she (the newest tech) has anything to gain by saying anything negative. That’s just my impression. Anyways, great job New Look and know that you have my business and my word of mouth for life!!

When I paid for a hair removal package, they told me I could opt for numbing gel. But when I told them I need it for my last procedure since it was really painful last time - they told me they dont offer it anymore, but they would give it to me if I pay extra for it. I feel scammed and will not return to the place, even tho masters are pretty friendly

I have started the pen treatment (collagen treatment) and laser hair removal here. Laser hair removal is totally painless and I barely get any hair after my second one :) I also have lots of acne scaring and pores on my face. What a huge difference I saw after my first time. Definitely going back to finish up the treatment. Loving the results!!

Ive been coming here for about two years getting different treatments done. In that time, there has been a change in management and staffing, and I must say its gone from just okay to really great! The staff is always willing to work with my schedule, even when I call and have to change my appointment, and they will work with me financially so that I can have my treatments done in a way thats realistic to my pocketbook. My girlfriend and I are new patients at New Look , both of us are going in for hair removal & honestly it been the best experience weve had ever! Absolutely painless and after my 2 second treatment Ive seen results.

Cassandra is right, Ive been going there for about years. they gone through so many management companies its ridiculous. they were very good about 2-3 years ago, but within the last year they have a new staff every few months and really dont know much. They were telling me I needed to rub my skin 20-30 mins a day....i didnt pay 1500 to you, for me to rub my skin! they also try to milk out the session, not know what level to put the laser on so it doesnt do much and you have to keep coming back and paying for more sessions, put it like this, when i got the first one removed 4 years ago, it was gone completely in 4-5 sessions, now it takes 7-10, due to certain skin tone and a bunch on rhetoric that is deceiving and inaccurate

Staff changes from time to time but their Director is always there. I think its normal for clinicians to change. Its the same in doctors offices as well. Well the Director knows what she is doing and Ive seen the service and procees get better since shes been around.

I started with them a year ago and was happy. My first treatment was for toenail fungus at a cost of $500.00. Came back a few months later for follow-up treatment and fungus is gone! During the follow-up treatment they told me I could come back in the future for $50.00 because thats part of their package. The technician, Jennifer, said a lot of people do it yearly just to keep the nasty fungus gone. I called today to make an appointment and a drone woman kept offering a free consultation. Kept trying to explain that I dont need a free consultation - just a follow-up treatment. After five minutes - got nowhere. Apparently the $50.00 follow-up was a scam and now they want me to start all over again at full cost. Frustrating. Ive had skin pen treatments and referred two friends who also got skin pen. No more though - they have gone from reputable to some sort of carnival act. All new people.

I have been visiting them for a year and their service is unbeatable. My tattoo is completely gone and I have just started the laser hair removal. I tried a Groupon for another company which did not do much as I have superhuman hair. haha. So far I had one treatment and I can honestly say I see more than a 70% reduction. I would say too good to be true but all i have to do is take off my shirt and results are there or should I say not there

Very disappointed with my mothers treatment today! She was scheduled for her last treatment today and unfortunately did not complete the treatment instead left out of the office upset & in tears . She was expected to be treated by her usual technician who at the time of arrival was on the phone trying to confirm appointments. The employee who attempted to start her treatment was on the phone rescheduling an appointment for someone who wanted underarm & panty laser at the time of her arrival. The employee was not sure that they could perform underarm & panty laser but her colleague confirmed that they could & then the young lady says oh you can do that? cause I cant do that! So what I dont understand is how the inexperienced individual ended up attempting to do my mothers treatment. First of all she DOES NOT have any bedside manner in making the customer feel comfortable. After suggesting that it does not matter whether to sit up or lay back she then begins to ask if she will be purchasing another treatment and then once the session began she did not appear to be comfortable with nor knew how to hold the laser & the cooling tool at the same time! Once she began with the laser my mother informed her that something was not right and then she suggested that she could turn the laser down but would eventually have to turn it back up. However when she started with the laser again she was told something was not right again and my mother told her to just stop. She asked the first time if she was alright and my mother told her no and proceeded to walk out. (The technician didnt do anything after that!) When the lady at the front desk asked my mother if everything was alright, she told her no and proceeded to walk out. (The tech at the front desk did nothing!) When my mother left out upset only to realize that the tattoo had not been covered when the sunlight hit it which struck her with pain, she went back into the office to ask for a gauze pad to cover it. When she asked for the gauze pad, the tech who clearly did not know what she was doing says, Oh.. Oh yeah, follow me back here since we have everything in the back.For as much as this service costs I would expect better, TRAINED professionals than the one she got today! Also, I would expect that if you see a customer is unhappy and has stated to you that something is not right that SOMEONE in the office would have went a step further to inquire about what is going on and how they can fix the situation. Instead you let a customer walk out of the office UPSET without even a follow up question as to what is wrong and attempting to fix the issue!!!(THIS IS A REAL REVIEW FROM AN ACTUAL CUSTOMER!!)

I liked this place until I found better. Theyre arent using the newest laser technology. Currently receiving laser treatments from another place and it takes half the time. This place uses the Q switch laser vs. the picosure. The difference is the Q switch uses thermal heat to eradicate the tattoo and the picosure uses pressure, which is newer, faster, more efficient and leaves less scarring. Not to mention this place really scarred me, & after a treatment I had unusually bad pain/burning sensation that didnt happen in my prior treatments, & when I called them to mention it they didnt even bother calling back.

My personal opinion on laser tattoo removal is that they are wonderful! It’s such a outstanding and wonderful thing. Everyone makes mistakes in there life,why not fix it. The tattoo could be irrelevant now or a mistake tomorrow but now that this process is created you can remove the dry pigment off your body. know a lot of people feel shaky about the laser part but I’m pretty sure the tattoo was painful also I’ve done my research and read the guide and its easy and perfect. REading the guide really taught me a lot of knowledge that I didn’t know about tattoos and how your body reacts to tattoos and lasers.The laser removal process leaves your body back to your natural skin color like the tattoo was never there. Most people would look at this as a risky process because of lasers,but the side effects IF the process goes wrong because of your type skin aren’t life threatening at all.They are small things like tenderness,swelling,and blistering. Things like that could be easily treated with small things like Neosporin and Vaseline that you could easily buy a local gas station or any store. If I ever got a tattoo and years later felt as if I don’t want it anymore I would personally go to Houston’s Experts in Effective Laser Tattoo Removals,because they are welcoming,give you scientific information about the process,and are comfortable to answer any questions.

These inconveniences have me a bit upset but Ive already paid so... 😖They also change staff too often so you never really know what quality your going to get... My appointments were going well until this newbie started trying to rush along the process and in turn damaged my skin.

In the two treatments I have had at New Look, I have gotten better results than the 4-6 treatments I had elsewhere. During my consultation and first treatment, Lindsay really took the time to explain what was going on and tell me what lasers/wavelengths she was using even though I had no clue what she was talking about. When she was getting an immediate reaction with my tattoos, she assured me that was supposed to happen. That hadnt happened at the place I was going because I now know the other place wasnt doing the removal properly. After my first treatment I saw fading in each tattoo she was removing. It was incredible! I paid upfront for 6 treatments for all 4 tattoos I am having removed. Its pricey, but considering Ive been elsewhere and also done hours of research, it was still a great deal. Laser treatments are just expensive, thats fact, but New Look has very reasonable prices.All of the employees I have encountered here have been friendly, knowledgable, and great to talk to. One tattoo Im having removed is all different colors and Lindsay is a pro at knowing which wavelength will zap each color. Her credentials and laser certifications are framed on the wall in the treatment room, so I dont doubt her expertise in any way.I have not encountered any of the problems Cassandra Morse is complaining about. I find it odd that you care so much about someones makeup...did you actually ask the employee if she didnt wash her face from the night before or are you just making an absolutely ludicrous assumption? Also, said employee was too skinny? Does being skinny make you a bad laser technician? You are ridiculous and you need to learn to spell.New Look Laser is a great place that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get rid of their ink.

After four sessions, I left with burned and scarred skin. My tattoo was still very visible. Never again man. $450 down the drain.

Frist off when i showed up for consultation they gave me a set price. Stated it should be about 3 sessions. I paid that in full. Which would cover the tattoo removal. treatment would be every two months. After 1st treatment they never scheduled a follow up appointment. I had to call myself and ask for one. The reason why they didnt schedule me was because i didnt have a credit card on file. Which was never asked or told that i would need one. I questioned that since i paid in full. They said it was in case i missed my appointment. They would charge 50 dollars. So i put another 50 dollars down since i didnt have a credit card. Moving forward they seen me for total of 3 sessions. I was sitting in the lobby and over heard a white lady telling the front desk she missed her appointment they said dont worry no charge and seen her as a walk in. That date was supposed to be the last session for tattoo to be completely removed. Once healed it still was there just a little lighter. So i called them and they said it was gonna be another 90 dollars. So now over 6 months later my tattoo is still here. Waste of my money and time. I dont not recommend coming here!!

I have moved here recently I was previously having work done in the Dallas area with another outfit and was responsibly happy with the results.... What a difference it makes to be advised on post therapy tips regarding exposing ones self to the sun etc.. I read a review below which made me laugh. The gentlemen in question says that he expects not to have to do anything outside the treatment itself because of what it costs...? Ummmm ok that is tantamount to saying that if U were to have ANY MEDICAL PROCEDURE that the physicians post surgery guidelines need not be followed because u paid so much??? Or u should not need to get an oil change on a Ferrari right?? Because it cost so much? Yeh stupid people.Anyway great place great people! Thank you to the new look team I look forward to my next treatment.

Very disappointed with my experience here. Only a very small amount of fading has happened in my tattoo over 3 years of treatments and many thousands of dollars later. I really dont think they know what they are doing with the laser because there is a new staff member every time I visit.

I was going to this place for a year with wonderful results from a lady named Sadie. She made me comfortable, was pleasant and did an amazing job on getting rid of my tattoos. Recently she tried a new laser on me and it went above and beyond by getting rid of the tiny scaring problems I was experiencing afterwards. Regretfully the last time I entered she no longer worked there. Instead I was greeted by three women that were new. Oneof these women was very skinny,too younge, fried blond hair and makeup that was never washed off from the previous night. She led me into the back where she claimed to be a professional (she was too younge??) then said she had special training. Later I found out the training was a two day course, so she literally has no idea what she is doing. While getting my tattoo removed she took only a second, no pain, very little popping and bad conversation. Ileft without seeing ANY rednesss or pain on the tattoo. After a few days I stopped (as told) the bandages. THERE WAS NO DIFFERENCE! Its been 4 weeks, no peeling acured and NO tattoo removal. This place has NO IDEA what they are doing. They used to but with the new staff you will be going to the worst place in Houston to do tattoo removal. I pretty much threw away the money I spent there, NEVER coming back.
