Let me begin by saying that I feel awful for having to put this review here.I went to Skinsense to get a lash lift. I have done it before in different places and my lashes always came out evenly curled and close to perfection. Anyway, I went to this place and the lady that treated me was extremely nice! The 2 stars I’m rating here are for her attitude which was great. The lash lift in the other hand was not so great. My lashes were curled at some spots and in others they were just flat. As of now (3-4 days after my treatment) my lashes are practically flat again. Some spots are curled but it’s very uneven.Again, I’m sorry to the lady that did my treatment but maybe your product is the one doing the damage.Update:“Wish we would have been given the chance to rectify the problem before this review was put up. Common practice is to call the business first.”The ‘common practice’ is to actually do your job. So you don’t have comments like this. I’m not obligated to call if the place did a bad job. I don’t wanna go back here.

Went in a little nervous about having laser treatment. Claudia and her staff took those fears away and LOTS of hair -- painlessly!! :) Awesome experience. Professional and wonderful staff. If you want a great relaxing and wonderful facial see Mrs. Anna, she is the BEST! Looking forward to my next one.

Horrible! Claudia does not know what she is doing- there is no medical professional here and she is injecting Botox and fillers! Which is actually illegal. She was going to inject filler into me without asking me my medical history and I had to stop and tell her I am breastfeeding. This place is not safe and needs to be reported. Save your money and go to a reputable place or she could potentially cause serious danger to you. I did meet another person who told me her face was burned with a chemical peel here too and she has been struggling with permanent scarring since then!!

AND MISS ANNA IS REALLY SWEET SHE HAS HELP MY SKIN, SO MUCH , I HAVE GOT MICRO NEEDLING FOR ACNE SCARS AND SO FAR I HAVE IMPROVE ABOUT AN 80% AND IM ONLY HALF WAY DONE. IM REALLY HAPPY HOW MY SKIN IS LOOKING SO FAR. CANT WAIT TILL IM DONE :)
