I got filler for the first time in my lips and chin and I love my results! Marquita was wonderful and did an amazing job! She made me feel so comfortable and thoroughly explained the process to me. Had a consultation with Sabrina for lip fillers. The front desk was exceptional but Sabrina seemed very rushed, super uninterested, as if she would rather be somewhere else. Would cut me off to answer a question instead of allowing me to finish. Sabrina gave me very. hurry up/ chop shop vibes and I didnt feel comfortable letting someone with such dark energy touch my face. If she didnt feel like completing the consultation, I would have preferred her to cancel/reschedule for day where she felt more ok. I see that Marquita has glowing reviews so Ill give this place another shot since the front desk was so amazing and welcoming.

This place is amazing! The facility is super clean, staff very friendly and professional. They listen to your concerns and help you achieve your goals. They offer an array of services help you pick what is best for you. Pricing is better than many places. From first consult to any treatment, they make you feel at ease.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Never met such an amazing team. Everyone is so talented. The nurses give your lips the perfect shape. I’m so happy with my lips & the aestheticians will leave your skin glowing. I highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

Received Neurotoxin (Botox/Dysport) Treatment from Sabrina for my hyperhydrosis, and my visit and results were beyond amazing. I will say I am very scared of needles and Sabrina made me feel absolutely comfortable throughout entire treatment. As far as pain level for this particular treatment it was about a 3 out of a scale of 1-10. I no longer have the embarrassment of excessive sweat under my underarms and would highly recommend Sabrina for any future treatments. She was very knowledgeable and professional and efficient with her work. My confidence has changed in such a positive nature in being able to wear what I’d like without worrying about sweating. Thank you so much Sabrina! I will be back :)

I came here to get botox. Marquita did an awesome job! She explained the procedure thoroughly and kindly answered my questions. I started seeing results on day 3 and I continue to see more of it. I came in for a chemical peel w Chelsey. First off, i was nervous, as Ive had a bad experience at another popular spa. But any concerns I had immediately disappeared once Chelsey patiently took the time to explain the process to me step by step. What a great experience! I highly recommend booking with Chelsey, as her knowledge base and skill level exceeded my expectations in the best possible way. Will definitely be back for skin pen, which Chelsey informed will help even my complexion.

I got Botox for the first time with Marquita. I love how comfortable I felt with her even the first day I met her she gave me so much information and I learned so much. I have been to the spa n a few occasions to receive a boost via IV. The staff have always acted very professional and I was treated with the upmost care. Everyone was licensed and had medical experience in their field. Vanessa the manager runs a tight ship and it shows. The medical interview was easy and thorough. I look forward to returning soon.

I visited this location on Friday, assured that all staff practice social distancing and that there was ample safety protocol in place. One day later, staff members are posting photos of them partying together, maskless and and posing in each other’s laps. This begs the questions:- Do they party like this regularly?- How much have I risked myself and my family due to their carelessness?- Is this the how medical staff should be conducting themselves?- Will I be returning? No.

This place is a rip off fid lip filler that was recommended by Sabrina.....my lips look like nothing was done paid over 600.00 ...results look nothing like what is advertised....refuse to correct or refund was given the run around made me come when they knew no intention

I highly recommend Trachelle at It’s A Secret! I have been a member there for almost a year now. She has improved my skin tremendously!! I’m very happy with my results. She is very thorough and professional!!

Don’t get Botox with them!!! My husband went to get Botox on his forehead with Marlen and we waited the 2 weeks and the Botox never kicked in, we went back And not only was she there 15-20 min late she then said that that’s never happened before but that she can go ahead and do more Botox for another $499 needless to say he had already paid about $400 to begin with so she was Charging more than the initial visit! $900 for Botox?????? Not only that she still couldn’t guarantee my husband it would work this time, she was just saying that she was going up mix the solution herself.. we will not be going back for sure! It’s cheaper if you go to a doctor and they also give you points and they guarantee the service!!! This is what we get for trying to save $$$Another thing, since they are not doctors the numbing solution they use does not work!!! I got my lips done with the same girl and that was the most painful procedure I had ever done!!!! Super painful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just had cheek filler done (july 17, 2019) and I was blown away by how amazing the staff are.So I went to the grand opening and immediately after this spa hit a few snags. However since then, they have worked out their kinks and made some incredible hires such as their NP injector Krystal, who I used to work with and is an AMAZING injector.I was greeted with champagne, the staff was welcoming and helpful. I described what I wanted to the manager, Stephanie (also amazing!!), who performed a quick facial assessment. I was impressed with how knowledgeable she was.There was a bit of a wait time, but I was soon taken back to the room where my pictures where taken, I was sanitized for the procedure. Then the RN Injector, Ashley, went to work numbing, marking and injecting my face. She was SO GOOD. I hardly felt a thing, she had such a light touch. She left me with no bruises either.My results are gorgeous! I could not have asked for a better experience or better staff.I will be returning! Thanks!

I purchased a hyrdofacial package here from Vanessa, she was very informative as i was looking for a prego friendly facial i could enjoy during the time! She set me up with Treschell who is absolutely lovely! I have had 2 so far and have enjoyed both! I was NOT fortunate with that prego glow and had hormonal breakouts that were terrible! My skin is definitely glowing now! Thank you so much Treschell!! Looking forward to my next visits!

The worst experience ever! I paid for a service knowing that one of the girls there that does botox is very good. But then before I had a chance to schedule an appointment that girl quit , so I asked for a refund.. well its been close to 3 months and i am yet to see a penny. Vanessa who is a manager there is extremely unresponsive. I tried to contact their corporate office - no luck there either. The whole organization looks like a sham, what kind of a reputable business would not issue a refund if the service has not been even performed. No accountability to its customers whatsoever !All I can say is , do your research before you give them a cent of your money because you will never see it back if you dont like smth or change your mind.

I love Its a Secret. Ive been here multiple times for filler, facials, and botox and every time I have a great experience. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the spa is clean and well decorated. This is the only place Ill go for my botox and filler!

Well after feeling mislead on my first visit here, I was contacted and was offered another hydrafacial with a peel as well. I went this past Sat., its now wed.. and Im sorry to say Ill never waste my time or money on this place again. I was supposed to peel they said, but Im assuming since I havent they just said that. Great front staff though.

I absolutely love this medspa addition to Houston! So many talented staff members work for It’s A Secret! I have personally been to Sarah, a master injector, and Treachell, a laser tech. Both ladies were lovely, gentle, and kept a good conversation! Easy to feel so comfortable and trusting with these ladies.

Treschell did a hydra facial and dermaplane on me and it looks amazing! I’ve never gotten a facial before so I didn’t know what to expect, but I would definitely go back and get this again. My skin feels amazing, I highly recommend 😊

Very unhappy with Botox procedure. Having warned the PA that the last PA that injected me did a poor job and I ended up with eye droop she assured me that her results were all good and this wouldnt happen. (I have had Botox on numerous occasions by a physician in Colorado without any problems)However the result was awful and I have one eye drooping. She could not fix it and now I have to have eye drops to help the droop which is affecting my vision.I paid $220 for this service! I recommend extreme caution if you are considering Botox at this Spa.

A bit disappointed with the results although the service and staff was great while I was there. However, about 3 weeks after I got the voluma nose filler, the filler has somewhat dissolved. I would not recommend.

It was ok. Got a dermaplane and hydra facial a few months back. Not a very relaxing experience, hydrafacial felt kind of sloppy or maybe the aesthetician wasn’t very familiar with the machine yet but I had product running all over my neck & ears during which made it unenjoyable. Dermaplane was well done. 3 stars for the price, beautiful spa, and friendliness of the staff. I would recommend dimming the lights in the room while a client is getting a facial & cut the old school music off.

I got a dermaplaning treatment from Treschell, she did a fantastic job and I got so many compliments on my skin afterward, I’ll definitely be coming back to her. The spa is beautiful and the front desk staff is so helpful!

I had a hydrafacial with dermaplaning today with Treschell and my skim feels so smooth. This was my first time ever doing the dermaplane and I didn’t think I’d be nervous but I sorta was! Treschell was awesome and comforting and it didn’t hurt AT ALL! Highly recommend the combination of the procedure. Also, Jackie at the front desk was awesome. I also bought lip filler for a later date! Awesome new Med Spa ladies.
