I love Ashley!! She’s super sweet and the best at what she does. Made me feel super comfortable the entire time. Timing on was on point I didn’t have to wait long at all. Her prices are higher than normal injectors but that’s because her work is amazing!! I’m in love with my lips and can’t wait to come back for more!! :)

Love beEMe Med Spa! They are knowledgeable and know what they’re doing. I always get natural results with my lips and not looking ducky like other injectors’ work. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality services.

UPDATE: After writing the post below, I messaged the same number that was supposed to be for booking appts that I had left a review on Google. I did not request anything, only perhaps expected that they would review their customer service interactions and immediate suggestions of surgery to women who havent expressed interest and who they havent evaluated medically (for example, I tend to scar). Surprisingly, I received an immediate response saying that as medical professionals they had the right to refuse treatment and that because I had never been their patient, they could sue for defamation. Whoever it was behind that cel phone said that I could expect to hear from their lawyer (name of firm withheld here) and recommended that I take down my review before they contacted said lawyer. I am now quite angry that this business would try to bully individuals in such a way and a bit stupefied at the allegation of defamation. There was no libel or slander and I had factual encounters with their customer service. Also, as the messenger said themselves, they never saw me in person yet they immediately suggested surgery as an option to an issue I never identified. You cant have it both ways. I replied that I had access to a lawyer as well and screenshotted the text messages as proof of the interactions. Please note, beEMe Med Spa and readers here, that Congress passed a law in 2016, called the Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA), to protect individuals ability to leave an honest online review of a business, including customer service interactions. Additionally, certain states such as TX have anti-SLAPP statutes.REVIEW: I found beEMe Med Spa through Instagram after seeing the profile and lip filler photos of the owner, Ashley. I initially tried booking an appt through the online link, but Ashley was not listed as an injector. So I texted the number in the bio as directed to request info about pricing and availability. I was asked to submit a profile and front photo for evaluation which I did and then it took about three days to receive a reply. I also tried calling multiple times in between in case my photos did not go through but no one ever answered the phone. If you are that busy, a receptionist should be on staff to answer calls. I think there was actually a receptionist because when I finally received a reply it spoke of Ashley in third person.The reply itself was unprofessional and rude. It said that I was not a good candidate for lip filler and that I should get a surgical lip flip because my philtrum was too long. I never indicated that I wanted to get surgery or shorten my philtrum and to suggest going under the knife to correct an implied defect was pretty tone deaf. I mentioned that I had had lip filler a year ago and only wanted 1ml of Restylane. Theres no reason I can think of for an experienced injector to reject a request for such a conservative amount and suggest the extreme of surgery instead. I had had good results and no issues previously with 1ml Restylane (also performed by a licensed medical professional), but I had it done in a different state and wanted an injector that was closer by. My lip volume has decreased over the years, normal for most people, and I just wanted to regain/maintain lost volume, not drastically change my ​features through surgery.I really had hoped I could find a new injector here and thought Ashley was meticulous and personal in her approach to lip fillers. The photos of her work on Instagram are gorgeous, but the exchange I experienced leads me to believe beEMe Med Spa is focused on narrow standards of beauty and has difficulty providing services that complement inidivudal attributes. A recommendation to the receptionist and/or Ashley, whoever answered-- dont advocate surgery as the first step to aesthetic ideal or to potential clients who have expressed no interest for it.

I’ve visited Ashley twice from Austin over 12 months for lip, nose, & chin filler. I LOVE HER WORK. My filler had migrated after about a year (nothing terrible, comes with the territory as I understand it) and she corrected it during my second appointment perfectly. She is extremely professional and I trust her fully. She recommended a chin filler during my first visit which I declined; I agreed during my second visit and it changed my face subtlety, but beautifully. She obviously has a trained eye and great judgement!

I had such a great experience with Nurse Jalynn. All I can say is book with JALYNN! She explained everything I asked for and made me feel completely comfortable with my decision. She listened and was open and honest with what to expect post procedure. Other injectors experience Ive had in the past were snobby and not friendly. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my procedures after her! Ive returned to her twice for Botox and let me say she has a good hand I didnt feel much anything. She was professional and confident with everything she was going to do which put me totally at ease! She is so sweet on top of that. Worth my long drive.

Jaylnn was so sweet and she took her time to really recommend what I should receive to enhance my look. She didn’t try to sell me on products that I don’t need. I really enjoyed my consultation.

Ashley is the sweetest and the most talented injectors I’ve come across! She is very professional and explains everything she does upfront and thoroughly. What sets her apart other than her kind bedside manor is her actual work and that I have yet to see anyone even come close to replicating. It makes sense why always gets booked so quickly. She’s someone who takes her time to build a real relationship with her clients such as me while putting their needs first. Her technique is exceptional, I’ve seen first hand she can replicate the same sculpted look with less syringes all by her use of technique. Wouldn’t trust anyone else :)

Ive been coming to Ashely for a year but my last visit will be my very last. Her skills are not good enough to overcome her poor business practice.First, shes super booked because she only works 2 or 3 days a week, so if you need a follow up appointment then you are out of luck because theres a high chance by the time she gets around to you for your follow up appointment whatever you have dissolved already.Second, Ashley has a super unreasonable and greedy cancellation policy. She charges $400 as deposit for most of her procedures and you cant cancel or reschedule within 72 hours which is fine, however, if you try to call/email/text them outside of the 72 hours window but on the weekend they will NOT count that. She has no problem with taking your deposit even if you have proof of your cancellation attempt thats outside of the 72 hours window.Lastly, if you didnt confirm your appointment reminder text, even if you didnt request to cancel at all she will count it as cancelling and give your appointment away immediately without telling you. They do not try to explain anything to you or offer you any customer care if something goes wrong. When I got there right on time for my appointment theyve already gave it away but Ashleys receptionist just told me to have a seat till almost an hour later when I finally ask her what is going on thats when she told me they gave my appointment away. Like who does that?! When I asked Ashley she basically just said she has a lot of people that want to see her so she doesnt care and can be picky about her clients. Shame, I will no longer refer anyone else here.

I went to get an assessment and asked to get what esthetician thought would work the best for my face. She said to go for face threads and asked if I was going to see results. Ashley said I would see immediate results with the face threads so I paid $1900.00. Didn’t see results right away but expected to see them soon. It’s been 2 months and nothing. I emailed her to see if she can do anything to correct the issue. I have not been offered anything. Did ask for refund after and no response. Will never go back. Didn’t expect free work but at least a mild change in my face. Felt robbed. $1900.00 down the drain for nothing. So upset.

Will never go back. Paid $1900 to get face thread and did not see any results. Tried to be fair and wait a couple months to see hopefully to see some change and nothing. Reached out to spa via email and they did not even offer to correct the issue. I also left multiple emails. I referred several people here but will never refer again for their bad service. You would think you want to keep your customer happy to go back but not the case here. Feel so robbed. Its not like I spent $200 or $500. It was $1900 for NO RESULTS at all. SO upsetting.

So I absolutely love BeEMe Med Spa. I’ve been here twice and I’m obsessed!!! I’ve booked 2 lip filler appointments with Jalynn and she is amazing!!! Super sweet and gentle. I LOVE my new lips. Long story short: The worst filler experience I’ve ever had. Got my lips done here by Jalynn and they are now completely RUINED! (my lip goals were just a natural plump, not russian style.) BMM eventually agreed to refund & dissolve the awful lip job they did. Jalynn told me the bad results were my fault for not massaging “hard enough”. Lies. Then, after she misinformed me and ONLY PARTIALLY dissolved my lips that she messed up, she got passive aggressive with me about dissolving anymore unless I wanted to pay her for it. (Absolutely NOT!) And here is what I know now, what they use is very difficult to dissolve. I’ve had restlyn & juvaderm dissolved before NO issues) The owner, Ashely NEVER showed any concern or care for me AT ALL throughout the issues I experienced with her business. She cannot be bothered you guys!! And it’s really sad! I had 100% confidence in this business but now feel totally deceived. She actually is “too busy” per the receptionist. I’ve spent soo much more money seeing a professional for help with this trying to correct the damage that has been done.. I still have stubborn bits of “filler” that BeeMe injected into my lips and ultimately cannot attempt to further dissolve whatever they injected in my lips anymore. After 4 rounds of dissolver it is DANGEROUS to try again. It has been several months since this depressing situation started, and I have yet to hear back or receive information that I requested such as details of products used on me that day, medical director info which is limited online, etc. The receptionist was kind enough to tell me that they use a combo of Kysse & Define for the lips there but I cannot confirm any details as I have reached a dead end with this place. The receptionist is the only one who felt bad about everything but she didn’t seem surprised. STEER CLEAR & GO SEE A PLASTIC SURGEON FOR FILLER!

I had first heard of Ashley from a friend who had recommended me to follow her Instagram when I was looking for a new injector. For months I was in awe of how amazing her work was, and couldn’t wait until it was my turn for my appointment. I had previous fillers that had migrated so we dissolved them to achieve my lip goals. She did an amazing job of explaining how the process worked beforehand and was very comforting in the process. Then when I got my lips filled I could tell she put a lot of thought and perfection into the process. A lot of places just fill your lips and send you out the door, but Ashley takes into consideration how you lips look from all angles and will work with you the whole way through. I recommend her to everyone who will listen. It is worth the wait and money. Go see Ashley, you will not regret it!

She put too much Botox in my face and in areas that are not approved by the FDA. I ended up not able to see for 3 weeks and when I told her that it was because of the Botox she denied it , even though many doctors confirmed that it is. Also, she never checked to see that I was ok. It’s been 6 months, I’m still suffering from headaches and blurry vision. Had to see so many doctors. Everything came back normal. You need to go to someone that doesn’t try to push too much Botox to make money. Someone who is more responsible and knows what they are doing. Not a person I would ever recommend. She will push more toxins into you and can cause you health issues. She shouldn’t be practicing. She is awful!!!!! Be careful if you care about your health and body!!!!! She is a horrible person and ever worse at doing her job. Dangerous to have people like her giving treatments to others.

Ashley is an absolute MASTER at fillers. I am in the medical field myself and truly believe she does a better job than most plastic surgeons. Her attention to detail and eye for symmetry is unsurpassed. Plus she has mastered European techniques, which is rare for the states. I fly out of state to see her. She is simply the best...

I’ve been here with Ashley before and i liked my lips but besides that I later on scheduled an appointment which I cancelled three days before and never received a refund so I went in person to ask and the receptionist said they couldn’t do anything about it and that I was supposed to call the day off for the deposit refund?? That is not even mentioned in their policy?? so clearly now all they care about is money which is sad, I had never had a problem like this anywhereResponse to their reply, I did receive the email and that’s where I cancelled, I even have the proof, so obviously is misleading. I even bring my father here for treatments so it’s a bit disappointing.So after leaving a bad review they finally decided to refund me $90 from the $100 I put in for deposit but other than that I would never come here again. I literally went to the spa to talk to someone for the refund and no one helped me until I left a bad review. It’s not about the money it’s to whole experience and trouble I had to go through. This is MY experience with this spa and I have all the proof.

I drove to houston from austin for my appointment. i had to rent a hotel room in houston to make my appointment. when i arrived, i was asked to have a seat. ten minutes later, the receptionist walked over to ask me for my name and proceeded to tell me i dont have any appointment scheduled. i showed her my confirmation email with the date and time of my appointment. she looked confused and walked away without saying anything. a few minutes later, i asked her what was going on and she asked me to have a seat again. i sat down and waited a while long and she continued to ignore me. i asked her if i could speak with Ashley since she is the one who booked my appointment. she said Ashley is in an appointment and she cant interrupt her. i said thats fine, im not asking you to interrupt her, im asking to speak with her after shes done and how long until her appointment is over. she said 5-10 minutes. ashleys appointment ended and she ushered the next guest back to the room without even letting her know i was here. i asked her what was going on and she told me ashleys running late and she wont be able to see me. i asked if she let her know im here and she said no. then blamed me for the mix up for not calling to confirm my appointment. ive never experienced anything like this in my entire

I absolutely love Ashley! She’s is by far the most knowledgeable and talented injector in Houston. She really go’s above and beyond to explain your lip type and what she’s doing to achieve the look you want and what’s more important how you can care for your lips after treatment! As we age our lips naturally loose volume-and some artists just want to give it back without adding dimension, but not Ashley. Ashley is super professional in her works, and always trying not to overfill you. Found her on IG and her technique is beyond everything. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Ask them to be in the waiting list, and you will be notified for sooner availability.

I have so many good things to say about the experience as a whole (Booking was easy. Spa was cute, clean, and friendly girl at front desk. Price was great.) but Jalynn was really the best! She was extremely helpful when deciding how to proceed to get the desired look I wanted bc I wanted the Russian Volume but did have previous filler that I didn’t love. Jalynn was very communicative throughout the entire appointment (and also played great music). She asked me questions and really paid attention to what I wanted and any concerns I had, I also loved that she explained how the technique works and why she chose a softer filler (Refyne) for me so I could understand and be comfortable. She’s so sweet and aside from the experience itself being great and pretty much painless (bless numbing cream), the girl is an ARTIST. I have M shaped lips so I know they’re harder to work with and I LOVE MY LIPS. They are so full and fluffy but still defined and they compliment my face and I feel like they made my face feel/look more balanced! I could not be happier with my results and would recommend her to literally anyone! I trust her completely with my face now and may actually be booking again soon for Kybella!!

I’ve learned that the Russian lips they posted on IG can only be achieved with more than one session, which is not stated nor is ever clear therefore misleading. I can deal with that but the big issue with this spa is that you won’t get a follow up/touch up appointment for any reason unless you know the staff personally or have a big social media following. I was told I’d be worked in within 2-3 weeks but it’s been months now. As much money as a person will spend here you’d think they’d be professional and accommodating. At this point I’ve dissolved the filler from Ashley and have gone to another injector who actually cares about my time not just my money. Also, I want to note that the tiny procedure room here looked like a packrat closet, used product trash scattered on a book shelf. Wish I would of taken a picture. Take your $900 for one syringe of filler somewhere else then take yourself shopping with the leftover $ because this place is out of line with their customer service and pricing. I am dissatisfied, disappointed.

My friend and I found this place through Tiktok and Instagram and we immediately booked lip flips with Nurse Jalynn as we wanted to try a more subtle enhancement to our lips first and then journey onto lip filler and let me tell you, I had THE best experience here! The overall staff was super sweet, especially Nurse Jalynn and she explained the whole procedure very thoroughly and created such a calm and comfortable atmosphere. After a week, the results are fully there and I was so obsessed with the outcome, it made me feel so confident and started off my 2021 with such positive energy! Its been about a week since I did my lip flip with Botox. Jalynn was the nurse who did them. I love how everything came out!! I naturally have good size lips but I wanted my upper lip to match up with my lower lip. Jalynn was so sweet and answered ALL my questions I had. I DM her on Instagram the day before my procedure because I had some concerns since this was my first time getting anything done. She gave me her honesty opinion on everything while answering every question and concern I had. 100% satisfied with the procedure and 10/10 with jaylnn. She is the best!!

When deciding to make any alterations to your face or body it is important to do your research. It is important whom you decide to work with is knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. That’s exactly what I got with Ashley at Beeme. Her work literally speaks for itself. I’ve never felt so beautiful but outside of that, she takes the time to explain every last detail of what she’s doing. She’s not excessive and won’t allow you to be either. She’s kind and passionate about her work. I’ve learned more with Ashley about what fillers are going into my face, than all 3 prior doctors I went to in the past. I’ve moved out of state and still will fly into texas to only work with Ashley! Highly recommend if you want to feel your best, look your best, and learn along the way.
