This facility is very clean and organized with great customer service. They give you plenty of reminders about your appointment which I find very helpful. I got a facial done and was blown away by the results. I have sensitive skin and was not left irritated. I got a custom facial that included micro blading. I will be coming back again. My skin has never looked better. They do amazing eyebrow threading as well. Glad I found this place!

Myself and my husband have had nothing but quality services rendered to us at Derma Nova Med Spa. I have received laser hair removal and vampire facial (PRP). Both procedures were painless and have proven effective results. My skin has never been more youthful and smooth. My husband has started his hair restoration journey. The procedure requires at least 3 rounds of treatments with touch ups afterwards. After the second round of treatment we already see such a difference. He is very very pleased with the results and is looking forward to future treatments. We recommend this med spa to all our friends and family.

I have been here for facials. First time I got microchanneling done.Sumaya customized it for me as per my skin needs and the results were amazing. I received many compliments for my skin after that. Sumaya does an amazing job and maintains good hygiene. The facial treatments are calming and relaxing and the after results are amazing. Next I got a a discovery facial which was good and very hydrating, my skin looked flawless. I highly recommend this place., you need to try it once to really experience what they offer.

I LOVE this place. I came in to have my eyebrows threaded and asked about microblading. They took their time and explained the process to me and gave me a “demo”. I felt so comfortable that I finally booked the procedure that I had been considering for years. Six weeks later, I am so pleased with the results. I would recommend this place to anyone. My weekday make up routine was cut by more than half, and sometimes I even go with out make up! The lines and shape look so natural. She evened out some of the inconsistency between the two of my brows that are naturally more like cousins than sisters... I can wear a natural look, or they look great with a full face of make up for a night out. Check out my before and after pics below. Simaya told me exactly what to expect. She did a patch test of laser on my forehead. My skin did exactly what she said. After the spots she zapped healed, my skin looked great! I went back for the first treatment 2 hours weeks later. She applied the topical numbing cream and waited 20 minutes. In 30 mi utes she was finished using the laser all over my face. She got rid of a lot of sun damage spots. She was compassionate and gave me a little time after the ones that hurt. It wasn’t bad when it’s all over. I’m excited to see what my face will look like after the spots heal!

I got my lash lift from here, amazing results I am definitely going to go back. 10/10 recommend everyone get it from here. Excellent service, you have a new customer for life!!!

It was only 10 minutes, I bought on a Groupon that said it was a full microdermabrasion session,. I bought two packages, of three sessions. It lasted 10 minutes. Not much results. Not with 10 minutes. I think a longer session would have benefited me much more. Because its not like it was awful. The lady was nice, she gave a great face massage oh my goodness! Just need it to be longer. Lastly, they need to start carrying wine and champagne for their customers. I mean, what self-respecting Medi-Spa doesnt? Anyway my two cents

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Honestly the only place I’ll ever go to for my laser hair removal. This post may be a bit long but i just want to be thorough with my review. Over a year ago I purchased a laser hair removal package with a fairly new popular med spa in Katy and I hated most sessions and dreaded having to schedule appointments. The technicians were nice but they lacked experience, skills, and knowledge. This made my whole experience painful and inconsistent. Fast forward to now needed to get my yearly touch up. I did a lot of research came across this place and they completely changed my mindset about laser. It’s the total opposite. Session is so relaxing I can fall asleep. My results are a lot better because the equipment is so advance. My technician answers every single question and leaves me feeling soo comfortable! Don’t pick another place!

This is my 3rd time in the last 15 years to get permanent eyeliner. The first time was not bad for pain, the second was BAD (10 years ago), thats probably why I didnt do it again for so long (different place). This was quick (less than an hour), and not bad for pain (nothing like you think of for a tattoo). She used a numbing cream and it was at worst a 3 on the discomfort scale (getting my lips plumped was much worse!) She was professional, the facility was clean and she explained after-care very well. I will be back for lip color!

I recently got dermaplaning and a facial done from Derma Nova and I am extreamly happy with the results! I was given detailed background on dermaplaning and how it will be done and during every step and procedure of the facial she would let me know what she will be doing next. Had my second bad experience with them. before the pandemic I had a threading appointment and the girl was 20 minutes late to open. when she arrived she was quick and okay at threading so it was all good.cut to today. jan 5. theyve moved locations so I didnt really know it was the same place . i pay for the service get there 20 minutes early and wait in the parking lot killing time . at ten when the door days they open, the website says they open , google says it and thier Facebook page says they open. noone answers and noone is there. for THIRTY minutes I try calling and noone answers I notice that its bring routed to a cell phone I left a voice mail and texted. Absolutely nothing.when I finally gave up and drove away I saw bmw pull up and camp outside of there and I pretty sure its the de car the girl finally showed up in LAST time I had a bad experience with them. I tried to call again on my way home to at least talk to someone about a refund and STILL no answer .these people have no respect for anyone elses time and I think thats pretty bad business .

I absolutely loved my experience here! The facial was customized according to my skin’s needs and I felt very comfortable throughout! The esthetician was extremely careful around my eyelash extensions and took special care of my skin since I have mild rosacea. I’ve seen so much improvement in my skin’s hydration and general appearance! Super gentle for my sensitive skin. I can’t wait to come back!!

I have been going to Stephanie to do electrolysis for years and cannot think of any other person doing the job better than her. The place is very clean and sanitized and everyone working there are very pleasant. I would recommend her thoroughly.

Do NOT go here!!!! This place is completely unprofessional. As a first time client I expected good service, but nobody even showed up!!! No joke, sitting in the parking lot and their medspa isn’t even open. I had an appointment for 10am that was confirmed with a text message from them the day before!when I called 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, the person that answered says they are on vacation and someone should have called.....um yes, someone should call. Not to mention every conversation made me think that I was talking with someone who was unable to pass high school or even middle school for that matter.

I came to DermaNova for both a lash lift and lash extensions and both services were done beautifully! Theyre super professional and I was extremely happy with the results. The staff is super welcoming and sweet, and they did an excellent job on my lash lift and extensions. Would definitely recommend checking them out!

My first few visits to this place were amazing, its clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly took their time and made me feel like Id finally found my eyebrow place.... recently I went for an eyelash lift and I felt the young lady doing it was impatient. This last visit I walked in and waited for 5 minutes nobody came out from the back rooms so I opened the door to make the bell go off and someone came out... The same young lady came out and looked annoyed that I was there just for eyebrows,she rushed the threading and sent me on my way. I am sad to say that Im searching for another eyebrow place in the area.

This place is my HOLY GRAIL!!! I had trouble with large pores, textured skin, and uneven dark spots on my face. Went in to see what I could do. I was ready to do anything to fix the issues I was having. Sumaiya recommended that I try the vampire facial. She drew my blood with such ease and made the whole process pain free. My skin was glowing and People recognized the visible change in the tone and texture of my skin. After having a great experience I went back to get laser on my underarms. I have had laser before but have never saw the results ive seen with derma nova. Usually I need two or three laser treatments to see less growth.
