First I call and they say theyll call me back to put me on the list. That was a joke, after 3 days of being told theyll call . They never did. Now after 10+ days they say theyre sure Im on the list. What a joke! By the way, they also said they have run out of vaccine (convenient). Good thing I called - they certainly couldnt be bothered calling me back, even if it was to say they are out of vaccine. I have never dealt with such an inconsiderate office. Maybe they need a better office manager. Cant believe anything from that office!

I am so grateful for Dr. Boulos! I came in for an annual skin check and she noticed a suspicious mole, which she biopsied and it came back as melanoma. She quickly was able to get me in to MD Anderson and put me on a schedule to monitor my other moles. She and her office has always been so helpful and kind with my diagnosis and treatment plan, and I love getting to see them every 3 months! Ive recommended several local family members and friends over to Dr. Boulos.

Dr Scarlett Boulos is phenomenal dermatologist. She is sweet with great bedside manner. She is intelligent and addresses all your questions in great detail. I had skin tags removed and felt nothing. She also specializes in pediatrics dermatology.The office staff were nice, and just standard waiting time.

Good doctors, but horrible front office. Tried scheduling by phone three times, and then tried online twice. No replies. I found another dermatologist.

I used DermSurgery for some veins on my legs and to remove a skin tag from my face. It was a great experience. The staff was wonderful and made me feel at home. The treatments were a success in my opinion and Im glad to have been referred to DermSurgery by more than one of my friends! I think guys see this as womans thing, but us guys need to step up our game and take care of ourselves, so we can hang with the ladies as we age.

The office staff is very unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend and not trust anything they say to you in the office. I had a procedure done and confirmed with the lady at the front desk multiple times that the total cost she was giving me would be the total. She insisted this was going to be the total. They went again and did the procedure. Later that month I got a statement saying I owed $111 in addition to the $200 I had already paid. I called the office and they told me it was a mistake and to disregard it. 6 Months later I just got a letter from the Collections Department asking for this bill. I called in and they proceed to tell me that they can never tell me a total right away (even though their own staff member did so) and that I owed the money. I explained to them multiple times how I even called in and they told me to disregard and how unprofessional it is to then send the bill to a collections agency. They refused to listen to me and wanted their money. I would never recommend this office unless you have amazing insurance and a very low deductible because they will take everything they can get from you

They have a number of doctors here who do dermatologist, surgery, and cosmetics.I am very happy with the professionalism of the staff and especially with the outcomes of their cosmetics experts for my mom and dad.There are a number of offices in the area that do dermatology and surgery, but this has been the most pleasant for us in the medical center.

Call 911 if emergency, urgent matter stay on the line, press 2 for routine office matter. I need an appointment is it urgent? Yes, it is urgent for me but may be routine for Dr. Goldberg. Which should I press? Oh, now I have to leave a message. I have 4 college degrees, 1 of which is a Masters Degree. It shouldnt be this complicated.Dr. Goldberg prefers investing money in an automated system than in a live person to answer his phone. Messages left have not been returned in 24 hours. I decided not to schedule an appointment with a physician that has staff who does not return calls, whose office uses automation rather than personal contact and who has so many offices its hard to figure out where he is. Im pressing off and hanging up.

I recommend Dermsurgery to my family and friends for all of their dermatological needs. The staff is professional, thorough and kind. Dr White is the best type of Doctor. She is at the pinnacle of her profession but still takes the time to explain and discuss all procedures. I trust her completely.

Dr. Jih is the best ever! She gentle and know s her stuff. I went to see Dr. Goldberg and ended up seeing her and never looked back

My boyfriend went to had a wart burned off here, it formed into a blood blister like they said it would but then it grew into a golf ball sized wound on the side of his ankle. When we called to see the doc urgently as it was painful and had puss they said they couldnt see him till the next day which I find exceedingly unacceptable. We called an emergency center and they advised us to go to the same place who saw him....When we went the next day the doc told us its one of the top 5 worse reactions she has seen and we found out it had staff infection.The doctor handled it expertly but the staff really didnt impress me. Long waiting times and they dont seem to understand emergencies from procedures they executed.Then they staff didnt know how to bill him which I dont really think he should be billed at all for something that was not his fault.They told him it would be an office visit but low and behold they wanted to go ahead and send an invoice for services rendered.

My wife needed an urgent visit. Her regular Dr refered her here. She was asked to rush down to be seen. She did and then waited 1.5 hrs without anyone volunteering any information. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate to patient’s time.

Updated------I hope I can give a zero instead of one star. The doctor gave me some skin care samples and make my skin problem worse. The worse thing is, they told me the total amount for the visit is $82.16. I thought its too much. I went to other dermatologist before for only $40 copay. The lady in the front desk said she just called my insurance, and she is 100% sure I should pay $82.16. I paid immediately then although I think the price is too high compare to other good doctors. the lady in the front desk told me I am all set. I asked for a detailed description of my visit for FSA account. She refused and said I would get one in mail and just give a small receipt like the one you get from restaurant. Couple of days later, they sent me a bill of $155 and asked me to pay the rest. They trick you to earn more money!! I did ask for the price in front, she said $82 will be the total. But after I leave they increase the total amount to be higher and ask for more!!!! Thats so bad ...thats why they dont give you a detail receipt earlier! if I knew in front its $155, I would go for other doctors, with copay I would only paid $40 with other doctor, I would definitely not have an appointment with them. And also the doctor didnt help and made my skin problem worse. By the way, the doctor talks so fast and you can hardly ask questions. You have a feeling she wants to lease ASAP. Will never never come back or recommend to friends. I just hope stop charging me again!-----The owners reply made me feel even worse than earlier. The doctor call me 5 min ago (3/17/2017). She told me I should try different skin product to find the best fit for my skin, and The skin problem usually takes two month to get better. I agree and appreciate that ... but the owner replied on google review said the Ower contact me on other media and I didnt reply. Thats a lie. You contacted me on yelp march 28, and I replied on march 1st and never got your reply again. You told a lie in public, I feel sorry for your dishonest. I totally understand how insurance work. You didnt told me whats the total price, whats the estimation of my part, and you even refused to give a detail receipt. I didnt been told the true price before or immediately after the visit. And I did ask, you simply told me ~$80 would be all, no more charges. Thats trick. By the way, I already paid, because they insistent to ask for ~$60 more. It doesnt worth the time and credit score. Never come again will be the best.

PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.Worst experience ever. Booked the appoiment online, they changed the doctor i was supposed to see, charged me for the wrong doctor (Out of network) and, almost 4 months later after admitting they charged me the wrong amount, i am still waiting for the refund check.I keep calling and they keep saying the check has been sent, which i find hard to believe.
