Very happy with this clinic! Quality service, clean and professional. I have had filler, Dysport and I also come here weekly for B12 and Lipo shots. I am VERY happy with my results so far! Their prices are also very reasonable!!!

I have been going to this clinic for many years but only for Botox / lip filler maybe about 6-7 months ago. Ashley is absolutely wonderful! She takes her time, asks u what ur wanting to achieve and she genuinely listens!!! She is so so good!!! She is thorough.. meticulous...looking at ur face from every single angle. It’s 4:14 p.m and I checked on the phone just to make sure the hours of operation. I know for sure on Friday they close early. Today is Thursday and I am here now and the are not open. Not cool at all. Drove all the way up here waste of time.

It’s been 2 weeks and counting.....-Called multiple of times and left voicemails-No response from Dr Elizabeth to the CVS pharmacy or I the customer-Sherie the manager was rude (2/23/21) and unprofessional when I voiced my concerns about my prescriptions at CVS

This is the worst place by far. They refused to send the prescription to the pharmacy. Had numerous calls to the office to get my prescription filled and no one seems to care. Don’t waisted your time. Go somewhere else.

I’ve been going to this clinic for laser treatments and Maritza gives me excellent service every time! I love the conversations we have because it helps me relax during each session. She’s a phenomenal technician, and I wouldn’t want anyone else! Also, everyone there is so kind! 10/10 would recommend this clinic to my friends and family. :)

Z Med Clinic is truly a great atmosphere to feel comfortable in your skin. The staff is wonderful from the greeting as you enter to the big bright beautiful smiles as you exit. Provider is awesome and real. She understands life is chaotic and gives great advice to slowest work things into your diet and exercise plan. Staff is really nice. I’ve been to other places, but they didn’t have the great staff that Z-Med clinic has. I love this clinic and how they also offer 2month supply at a time.

Great experience. Everyone there was super friendly & helpful. I had my first session of laser hair removal. It was quick and easy. I was a bit bummed at having to wait 2 months for my second session. But other than that I was very pleased.

I love this place! They are so welcoming and accommodating. They are very much considerate of your time&needs. Let me say: I have a big fear for needles, I have very small veins and they move/roll. The last doctor I saw at a different clinic had to send me to 3 different places, being poked 11 times, just to get my blood drawn once. I felt like such a baby But at this clinic all the ladies worked with my fear and made me feel so comfortable! Mariela M. Got my vein the first poke & Shes been giving me my weekly injections. I can barely feel anything. She is Amazing with the needle! Literally God sent. Unfortunately she isnt in as much, I need her available more often! If your considering coming here, dont hesitate & if you have bad veins like mine ask for Mariela M.

DON’T GO to Z Med clinic on Jones Rd for any family practice services. They are UNSKILLED, knowledge lacking, and unprofessional. They only have experience in anything weight loss/cosmetic related & labeled themselves as a family practice w/o the actual capability to hold any good standards & true healthcare knowledge. The MD is never on site only PA’s are, no patient doctor conversation privacy in the rooms I can hear next door patients very loud and clear with the poor wall insulation, RUDE front desk staff, multiple IGNORED PHONE CALLS to speak with physician, they never call you to let you know updated test results, and most importantly WRONG TEST RESULTS GIVEN OVER THE PHONE TO PATIENT!!!(incorrect results given by Sherry the front desk manager) This is a very serious matter in which they brushed off as a tiny mistake, they DO NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE REAL PATIENTS WHO DESIGNATE Z MED AS A PRIMARY CARE CLINIC.Keith & Elizabeth the two PA’s were kind, but whole front desk staff needs to get proper training on professionalism.

Ive been going to the location on Jones Rd for a few years now and the staff is absolutely AWESOME. Im big on customer service and environment and the ladies there are so sweet and accommodating. The Practitioners on staff are very attentive by listening to your concerns and/or needs. They make suggestions and follow up on progress. All in all a very efficient and great staff!

I was very impressed with how informative and helpful Dr. Centaria was during my visit. I was given a meal plan, a list of workouts and websites to use to help me on my journey. They always take care of me and I can usually get an appointment same day if I call early enough. Staff is great, friendly, and helpful (which can be hard to find in doctors offices). The plus is great bedside manner and knowledge with doctor and nurse practitioner. Their location is actually across from Kroger, not behind Walgreens. Theyre next to the tamale factory.
