My first facial with this location and it was nice. My technician was very careful with me but she did a great job. A little pricey but it was worth the extra pampering that I did for myself. Clean and professional. Thank you!

Today I received the Red Carpet facial which includes dermaplaning and a diamond glow facial with a serum of choice with Alexa! She was very sweet and attentive!! I chose the Vitamin C serum and my skin feels smoother and is visibly brighter. Front desk staff was very welcoming as well. I will definitely be back!

I loved my visit with Dr. Desai. It is clear that she is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. Experience was great; a clean, stylish office with an informative and helpful staff (which I find rare in Houston, in any industry). Rather than take my money now for the fillers I had signed up for, Dr Desai advised me to consider a less costly treatment later for a better effect. Prices aren’t cheap but aren’t outrageous and your injector is an actual physician which is worth it to me. Botox was absolutely painless and bruise-less compared to my last Beauty Doc (pic is after 15 hours). It takes a week to take effect so I’ll have to re-review about the results to give 5 stars. I’ll definitely be back.

Colleen and the ladies at the front desk are wonderful. Colleen is knowledgeable, thorough and kind. She always makes me feel like a million bucks when I leave Artavi and the glow lasts a long time. Her technique with all her services is extremely patient geared to improve your complexion while you’re there and to advise you on what you can do once you’re home. Really nice lady. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. She wasn’t able to help me with dissolving my Bellafill in my lips (something I got done somewhere else) because apparently it’s a permanent filler. She said the only way to get rid of that kind of filler is with surgery. I was very disappointed to hear this but also very grateful for her honesty and assistance. I lost a lot of weight so my face-shape has caved in and therefore makes my lips look huge. My lips no longer match my face. She gave me wonderful recommendations with balancing and softening my face-shape. I signed up for the monthly membership with them so I can do the suggestions she made.

Dr. Desai made me feel so comfortable for my first secret rf session. She took everything at my pace and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. Great service. :)

My personal experience at Dr. Desai was great the first time. Dr.Desai, made me feel comfortable and at ease. She’s a good listener and understands your needs. However, today’s visit which was a follow up had me feeling uncomfortable. The receptionist that was helping me made me feel awkward about asking questions regarding lip fillers. She has to work on her customer skills while she is at work. She is nonchalant and did not make feel welcome. Sorry to say, I won’t be going back again.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Desai at Artavi for 3 months now, and I’m extremely happy with my Botox, laser hair removal, and facial product recommendations. I initially chose Artavi, because I wanted the board-certified physician to be the one administering the injections, which Dr. Desai has done all of my Botox injections herself. For reference, other med-spas allow anyone with a Botox certification to give injections, whether or not they are a doctor. I really like the membership option. I pay $100 per month that stores in my account, and then when I come in for a treatment, the amount credits to my services. There’s also a points system, where you can additional discounts. The location in the Heights is just unbeatable - easy parking and so close for people who live inside the loop. I highly recommend Artavi for any first-time Botox-ers or other beauty medical services.

Dr. Desai is great at explaining and making the patient feel comfortable. She communicates well and goes the extra mile to figure out and then explain what’s best for the patient. The pricing seems to be a bit murky and I’ve been surprised by final cost for both of my visits. The patient portal is also very repetitive for paperwork required per procedure. But those are my only complaints. Overall a good experience and I’ll be continuing to use Artavi for my aesthetic needs.

Dr. Desai at Artavi is the first doctor I have been to for cosmetic injections, now I will never go anywhere else! She’s always so informative on the treatments and honest about what results to expect. Her results are some of the most natural I’ve ever seen. After my first visit 6 months ago I signed up for a membership, it’s such a great option if cost is a hindering factor for you.

I’ve had IPL twice and my friends have commented that my skin is glowing. Colleen is incredible, she talked me though the procedure and let me know exactly what to expect before, during, and afterwards. It’s not a comfortable procedure, but Colleen is REALLY good at what she does and has a kind, gentle touch. Dr. Dasai did my Botox and the results are incredible. I highly recommend Artavi. You won’t be disappointed with the service or the results.

Dr Desai and Colleen were great! I came here to get Laser Genesis done as this was something I was already getting from my regular dermatologist. Colleen was very thorough and explained the entire process and Dr. Desai was able to give me a few recommendations with skincare. Love how convenient this location is and that they have appointments available on the weekend. Plus, you can talk to a real dermatologist/ doctor. Their scheduling process was also really easy.

I am so glad to have found Dr. Desai! I scheduled a consultation with her to discuss fillers (specifically to address my jowls.... thanks Dad) and I was surprised that we actually took the full 45min. I say surprised because it was a full 45 min appointment for just a consultation- she walked me through everything, addressing questions I hadnt even come up with yet, and overall made me feel very comfortable. I snagged her next filler appointment and it went easier than I had expected. I have been doing Botox for years but was very nervous about making the jump to fillers. She made the procedure a breeze and explained every step along the way. Its been a couple weeks now and I am very happy with the results! Your face is important dont trust just anyone with it; I promise you will be thankful you went with Dr. Desai!

Artavi is a gorgeous space which is completely reflective of how youll feel after leaving. I had a great experience at Artavi! I would really like to see how my skin would be after a couple of treatments. Post dermal infusion, my skin was soft and refreshed. I have sensitive skin and very acne prone skin, so I was a little nervous. I did notice some new breakouts a couple of days after (which could be from anything honestly) but I would love to try the acne treatments that are offered by Artavi. I highly recommend this place! Great experience and definitely want to go back for more!

Honestly never thought I would have visited a medspa before but I was recommended by a close friend. I must say I’m very impressed with the location and the appearance of the med pspa. But what made the experience even better was the professional mannerisms and confidence Dr Desai possesses. She goes above and beyond to make sure the treatments she recommends are needed and done appropriately. I had Botox done to eliminate wrinkles to the forehead and the results were amazing! Also had PRP injections done to treat my receding hairline and thus far can definitely see improvement. The most recent treatment I received was the trusculpt to eliminate belly fat I’m having difficulty getting rid of. This was definitely my favorite of all three treatments I had done. Have seen some results but as per Dr Desai will see best results in 12 weeks. All in all I can definitely say this med spa is one of the best places to get aesthetic treatment whether you are a woman or a man. Oh and I totally forgot that all these treatments are done by Dr Desai herself so you have confidence the treatments are done the way she explains it during your initial consultation.

I did a lot of research before deciding on Artavi MedSpa. The injections are done by a medical doctor, which is a plus, as MDs are held to a higher standard.My first appointment was today and my observations are: At the front desk, I was greeted professionally and made to feel welcome. The office is immaculate, Dr. Desai took her time to learn my medical history and make sure there are no contradictions before the procedure. The Botox was given expertly. Aftercare was explained (no rubbing, stay upright for a couple of hours afterward, etc.) and she will call the next day to check in. I’ve had Botox years ago and never experienced this level of care. There was no pressure to add other services, but she did answer my questions about what was available.They do carry skin care products and offer an array of services but they didn’t try to upsell me or push their products - which I truly appreciated.All around excellent experience in a clean, professional, beautifully decorated facility. I came for just Botox but I will be back for other services in the future. Highly recommend Artavi MedSpa.
