These ladies are just lovely. Very professional and concerned that you are happy with your procedure. I have been there twice for a spray tan and Ariana was just a joy, telling me what to expect and explaining in detail what she was going to do. I certainly plan to go back!!

Everyone at this facility is wonderful. They are straight forward with pricing and products. They dont try to sell you on anything that is not going to be to your benefit. I recommend getting the membership, it is the best way to go if you want to try out different services that come with the membership. There is just so much that they offer! I’ve never had anything done with my face and was unsure how it all worked. I previously went for consultation at another place that did not answer my questions and I left more confused than before. When I went to Elixir I could tell the minute I walked in that this spa was different. Beautiful, clean, professional, well organized, front desk specialist was so kind and helpful. The nurse practitioner went well above and beyond to help me understand everything. She explained each procedure and we went over costs etc.. her ability to show & explain how different muscles in the face do different things was really interesting.. I never felt pressured or rushed. I made an appt to do a couple of injectibles tomorrow and really happy I found this place. I also like the fact that it’s a family owned spa. The 2 sisters are both nurse practitioners and very experienced. Highly recommend!

I had botox done around my eyes and on my forehead. I liked the fact that they went conservative and wanted to see the results after 2 weeks before going too aggressive. They could have pushed for more but didnt. I did end up getting a bit more on my 2 week visit but it ended up being a little farther out on my eyes. I am super happy with the results. I use to be a member of Balle Bliss Medspa but left because I felt they didnt listen, just wanted my money, and I had to keep track of my membership services as they do not have a patient portal set up. I am much happier at Elaris!

I have had horrible TMJ pain for years. I have tried everything suggested by my dentist and nothing had worked. Never had I imagined that a painless injection of Botox would drastically changed my life! Pain is gone and I no longer clench my jaw at night. I get the treatment done twice a year and every time I need less botox. Im so happy with this therapeutic treatment. I highly recommend them for this IPL, Laser Genesis and Skin Pen! I got my lips done yesterday and the staff was very comforting and kind. They even play your favorite songs to comfort you throughout the treatment . I had a nice lady named Rossanna and she did an OUTSTANDING job. I showed her what I wanted and she gave me a natural look, yet very noticeable lips! I feel so much more confident, and very happy with my results. I highly recommend you go here for your lip treatments!

Customer service with the two sisters is amazing! I had some Botox done and they took before and after pictures of you being mad, surprised, no emotions etc. when I went for my 2 week follow up they gave a couple more units at no charge. Even though they were good I would probably go back to my dermatologist because it seemed to work better with the dermatologist!

I can not say enough positive things about Rosanna and Valerie! These ladies know there stuff!! I went in for the first time to have Botox. I told them how many units I had in the past and they told me they didnt think I needed that much and they were right!! So right there, I knew they were honest and the prices are so reasonable.I just had my lips done, which I was nervous. Again, total honesty from them. Explained everything in detail before hand and made me feel so comfortable! I LOVE MY LIPS!! Had a little swelling and a little bruising but I was able to go to work the next day and I work with the public a great deal.I will, without hesitation, go to them for any further beauty needs and highly recommend them to anyone!!!!
