Kelly was very determined to help me. I came to her disappointed from a previous experience at a different Med Spa. Kelly took the time to listen to me and was understanding and compassionate. I needed a few touch-ups after my first treatment with her. Touch-ups were complimentary.

Very professional staff, Kelly answered all my questions and had me at ease while working and I am very pleased with the results. I received a call back the next day to check how I was doing. I called several times when a question would pop into my head (probably should of written them down lol) but received call backs each time and they were always able to answer my queries... will go back and recommend to my family/ friends!

Everyone greeted me and I didn’t have to wait at all. I did a Microneedling + PRP service and I was walked through everything and soothed by the sweet woman’s voice doing my service. They even were able to rush my Botox along afterwards so I could get back for a meeting. I loved every single person I came in contact with and was treated with the utmost professionalism and respect. I felt very comfortable there and I will be coming back for more services!

The lady who performed the treatment was in such hurry that did not realized I have a large blood vessel under my eye bag. Obviously, in such hurry she pinched it with the needle creating an immediate internal bleeding. The bruise in all my eye bag and the swelling lasted for over 8 days.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I was there two weeks ago.Brianne the nurse did my lips and botox. This office has a nurse and a Nurse practitioner. I got my lips before but she suggested I dissolve them and start over because the were lumpy and uneven. She was so patient with me even after asking a bunch of questions. I felt comfortable and safe. I will see yall in SEPTEMBER!!

The spa is beautiful, clean and the staff friendly and professional. I was in Houston for work and decided to get Botox (overdue) and was thinking about getting my lips done, for the first time. She is super professional, clean and knowledgable. I did not want to change my masculinity but I wanted to soften my aging.

If you are new to injections or uncertain what you really need, DONT try Ageless Spa. They took upselling to another level. The signs of aging were prominent on zoom and I couldnt wait to erase the lines on my forehead (that for the record are still there after my service. See photo posted). Thanks to the PA or whatever she is, I did get unmatched eyebrows that included a fixed caret ^ on my right brow. Not a single service or recommendation made produced a desired outcome. I know I could have said no to the upselling but I believed/trusted her. This is by far the most expensive mistake Ive made in decades. Its unfortunate that consumers are being duped regularly by businesses across the nation but I hope I can save at least one other person from heartbreak. This business think they are so untouchable they didnt even have the courtesy to respond to my feedback. Buyer beware, do your research and choose wisely. Notice what their reviews are for before you conclude they are worth the stars.

This is by FAR the best place I have ever gone for cosmetic work. I have been getting botox and fillers for years and no one has met my needs and exceeded my expectations like this office. I felt so educated and safe in their hands. Checkout was a breeze and the girls at the front are so sweet. I will 10000000% be returning! Was also overdue on my botox... that was also taken care of. Painless and super easy! I can tell they truly value their customers and I cant wait to see what we do next.

She is very sincere and told me where she honestly saw and felt I needed fillers and it has been two months now and we/I thought maybe I would need more because I only did only one syringe and she and Saray (The fabulous LASH GIRL) were very honest when they saw me after two months that I did not need anymore and said that my cheeks were still very plumped!I highly recommend this Med Spa! They only care about getting new clients and only offer discounts and Groupons to first-time customers. I purchased a Groupon as a returning customer, and they charged me full price, which was double the Groupon. They don’t offer any incentives for customer loyalty.

This is such an asset to the Sawyer St area. Great location, easy to find and tucked away in a corner like a little secret place you will want to run to when you need a little pampering. I went here for 20 units of Botox on my 11 lines. I can still very much move this area and the lines are still very much visible. Disappointed, will never go here again.

I received a facial and the whole time I was very relaxed especially after the massages she included during the facial. This place is a joke, the nurses don’t listen to their clients, it’s impossible to get back in for a touch up and they schedule incorrectly. I got Dysport here over a month ago and have weir pulling in my face and haven’t been able to get back in for a touch up. I’m very disappointed in the service and will continue driving to Dallas to see my injector. My face shouldn’t be pulling the way it does after 100 units of dysport. Do not come here save yourself the headache and embarrassment of a messed up face.

I went in for Botox and lip filler (first time for both) and got it done by Jennifer. I was so nervous and everyone in that office made calmed my nerves completely. Jennifer did an AMAZING job and I could not be happier. I will definitely be back! Such a gem. So glad I found it.

First time getting Botox the injector was kind however the front desk associate was rude (she is the one with black hair & overweight) and condescending. I was asking questions abt my what to expect and she got really ride , for no reason

I paid for 2 bottles of Kybella, lip injections, and botox. Lips shouldlshould 2yrs, they lasted about 2 months. Botox should last 6months, lasted 2months. I have had Kybella before and seen results. I had no results from ageless and beautiful Kybella. My friend went in for 3 vials of Kybella and she has seen no results either. It has been 4 months so we should have seen something. Dont waste your money. I think they used expired product due to over stocking for their opening and having to close because of COVID.
