The service was fine and the technician was good. I don’t appreciate the owner or her way of doing business. You’re often quoted one price for services and then it changes when you try to book those services. I was quoted one price for follow-up/maintenance services when I finished my initial package and then when I called to book, those prices increased over 400%. Then when I questioned it, 30 minutes later they followed up with another price. I would have grit my teeth and paid the initial quote (from months ago) despite hating the business, but at this point I’m going to look elsewhere for someone to do the maintenance.Also I don’t trust most of the reviews on here because they/the owner force you to post a review (and check to make sure it’s posted) before honoring specials.

Is my second time at Yana Skin care for laser treatment for my skin and all the staff is very nice always And very welcoming. The lady that does the treatment for me is very profesional and kind before during and after the procedure. They have great prices for all treatments and they even gave me a discount for my birthday. I really recommend this place.

Ive used Yana Skin Care for many years and for various different procedure. I love their customer service and am always happy with the outcome. Ive referred my friends there and theyve also had a great experience. They always answer you promptly, treat you with care, and offer great deals and services.

I had my first laser session at Yana Skin Care, and my experience with Cossette was good! She was very informative and constantly reassured me that the procedure would be painless. I am an African-American woman that has been struggling with my hyperpigmentation. I’ve done chemical peels before at another med spa, but I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted to see, but decided to give it another try here. I’ve been seeing good results, and I think I owe a lot of that to Cossette who has been taking her time to explain where I’ve been going wrong with my skin. She’s helped me really understand how to improve my skincare routine and why. She’s also very sweet and takes the time to remember little things about you, which for me shows that she cares about her clients. 10/10 would definitely recommend. I had awesome lazer hair removal results! I came in for a underarm and Brazilian laser hair removal and after just one session I saw big improvements. There were some areas that didnt have any hair growth at all, and the hair that did grow back took weeks to grow and it grew very fine Cosseite was the one who serviced me she was very helpful and made the process very easy and comfortable for me.

Excellent service. This is my third time here and each time I come, everyone is so kind and welcoming. I am an African-American male and I get my laser hair removal from this location. I suggest this place for all African-Americans as the machines are also suitable for us. Haven’t experienced hair growth since i started coming to Yana’s. I was very please with the laser hair removal service I received. Cossette my technician was very thoughtful, patient, and comforting. I was concerned with the treatment because I have dark skin. She explained the whole process to me and reassured me that there would be minimal side effects. She also recommended a product for ingrown hair called Tend Skin. Everything worked perfectly. After one treatment my hair growth has reduced and I did not have any ingrown hairs using the product I am so happy with the results so far. I cannot wait to see what happens after all six treatment. This has been a fabulous welcoming experience to say the least. Give Yana a try.

Followed YSC IG page and decided to give them a try. So glad I did. I’ve struggled with facial hair and hyperpigmentation and have tried lots of products to address both. After my consultation here, it was recommended laser hair removal and the VI peel. I’ve had my first laser treatment but not the VI peel. I did however, get the hydro facial. OMG!!! The BEST facial ever. Not only does it look better but it FEELS better. Ms. Cosette is very knowledgeable and took time listening to and addressing my skin care needs. She only recommended products that were SPECIFIC to my needs and I really appreciate it.Everyone is ALWAYS professional and friendly. Very serene and relaxing atmosphere. I booked for a heartbeat/ Casting Package.The front desk clerk was not the friendliest to me, but I over looked that. The ultrasound technician was friendly but as we were walking down to the ultrasound I was told by being 33 weeks pregnant that its usually hard to see the fetus. Online it states 19-35 weeks. We get to the ultrasound room and my baby is head down and I was told his hands and placenta was covering his face. A couple of 2D prints were basically all we would be able to do. After getting those shots I then reminded the technician of the Teddy Bear with the babys heart beat. Being a Maternal Child nurse Im very familiar with how infants heart beats sound. The first recording was very faint and she ask if we should try again for a louder one. The second one was a little louder but still very faint. After the heart beat was done nothing was ever mention or offered of he stomach casting. I was then told to meet her at the front which my total was 89 dollars. I basically paid for a teddy bear. The 2D pictures of course are the copy I received from my Dr. Visit.As I walk to my car I contacted my best friend whos a NP- Maternal Child.I played the teddy bear for her and she agreed with me that its very faint and muffled and I should go back in and request another recording. I believe in customer services and doing things right the first time versus going through explaining what I expected.Overall, I was expecting a different experience overall. Im completely not satisfied with the work and the experience here.

There is always a lot of available parking, even under shade. The waiting room furniture is comfortable, pleasant music playing. Every now and then Ive had to wait a little while, but it was obvious that they had other patients run a little bit long. In general, I found the visits to be as above average, the staff is very thorough in all their treatments and made me feel comfortable. I have also not had a problem calling to ask questions, making appointment or getting calls back. They were able to remove some bothersome veins with no recurrence. I recommend.

I have been incredibly satisfied with the services I’ve received here. I’ve received two laser vein removals on my legs and my varicose veins are gone!!! It used to look like I had a rash on my legs because they were so red, now they are just smooth and clear. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I have been so impressed with Yana. Everyone that I worked with was incredibly friendly and it is a really pretty office space. I did the laser hair removal (6 treatments) and I have had great results. I was initially nervous that it wouldn’t be as successful since I have really stubborn hair, but I was able to see tremendous results even after the first treatment. It is so nice to not have to deal with shaving anymore! I would definitely recommend Yana, and plan on coming back!

The staff is super friendly. They make you feel comfortable and target what you need. I’ve had previous experiences when you are uncomfortable with staff trying to upsale you or convince you to do something your not comfortable doing. This was not the case at all. The chemical peels didnt do anything to my skin, and I had 3 sessions, I wasted 1,000+ and had a little rash.

For any one who wants to go through self improvement by reducing acne scarring through microneedling this is for you. Costumer service is top notch. Its easy to make appointments and consultation. They give you plenty of details of the treatment itself and more importantly what you should be doing after the fact if you want it to have the most optimal results as possible. I have had the microneedling treatment for my acne scars 3 times and the vampire facial once (doing 2 more in the future). With the numbing cream applied, its not as painful as you would think and it also helps to know you are in good hands here. The vampire facial however can sting if you choose to have the plasma directly injected with a syringe needle. If you have deep acne scars like I used to have, life-changing results will not come overnight but you will see improvements with every session. This is a slow process and it requires a lot of self discipline on your behalf after the treatment (not going out in the sun for 3 days, eating healthy and drinking plenty of water so acne does not appear in your face the day of the session, and just keeping general maintenance of your face). So far with the 4 sessions I have done, I am satisfied with the results.

I bought a Groupon for the spider vein removal after reading the great reviews. The place was nice and clean, everyone was very friendly and professional. However, the procedure itself was very painful. I have had laser hair removal on my entire body but this was on another level. I was reassured that this laser was stronger and that the pain was normal so we continued. As I get home I look at my legs and every place the laser was used I have blisters. I call the office and am once again reassured this is normal. Now I am 2 months out and I have SCARS on my legs! I am using scar cream to help it but they are very noticeable. Not only do I have scars but the spider veins are still there and now even more noticeable. Somehow the laser made them turn a darker purple color. I would not recommend going here for the spider vein treatment. Go to a physician that specializes in this.

Lets see, My review is after a facial and a separate visit for waxing. I would say both services were performed by ladies who were extremely professional and thorough. These students are guided by a teacher when needed. They dont push products on you like the other salons I ve been to. They dont talk amongst themselves while performing a service. Reception staff are polite and provide prompt appointments. Overall, Kudos to them!

I recently visited Yana Skin Care for my first Laser Genesis treatment. The entire experience was amazing. From the management to my technician, I was awed by the professionalism and care the Yana Skin Care team showed me. My technician, Chelsea, was well informed, attentive, personable and very sweet. I LOVE Yana Skin Care. I’ve been using them for over a year. They have been great to me, from body wraps to my skin care. The Laser Genesis treatments have been a miracle, diminished the appearance of my old acne scars and gave me clearer skin. I’ve battled with acne most of life, and being in the 30+ club with acne issues is not fun. I’ve tried almost everything over the counter and nothing works. Bad experience. I went in to get a small area on my face, that has hyperpigmentation, brightened. I regret letting them suggest I spend $1099 on 3 chemical peels that covered my whole face. My face is brighter but not the dark area. The dark area didnt even peel. This place gave me a bs excuse for the area not being brightened. They should have listened to me at the consultation when I asked for laser treatments to target the area. I lost money & the dark area looks the same as day 1. Do yourself a favor & go elsewhere to fix hyperpigmentation.

Don’t go here unless you want your personal information divulged! Yasmeen (the manager) told my supervisor what procedure I was scheduled to have which is a violation of my HIPPA rights. When I called her on it, she replied that she was “caught off guard.” Furthermore, they had the audacity to send me a text message stating that they have to cancel my appointment (the day of my procedure) because the esthetician is out sick. I asked, well are they both sick because there’s two?” The response was let us know when you would like to reschedule. At this point, I had already taken off work. I expressed to them that they violated my personal privacy, retaliated by canceling my procedure because I called them on it in which, now at this point, they are jeopardizing my job. I received no response. They are very unprofessional, and I would never recommend their practice. I’m a firm believer that everything happens for a reason, as I had reservations about them anyways.

Ive been receiving treatment for a year and my skin is still damaged. The last peel I received left dark marks all over my skin. I followed the steps to a T. Ive had the v.i peel numerous times in the past and I switched over to the v.i peel plus( their recommendations) and it wreaked havoc on my skin. When I tried to explain they never have the correct answers about the peel or the products they are selling. I have had to contact the manufacturer of the products they sell because the information they have giving is incorrect.

I never ever had this done before and I was truly skeptical due to the prices that I had seen at a lot of other salons. However, due to the great special Yana Skin Care was having I was able to afford their package!! The first time I came in I noticed how relaxing the environment was and it put me at ease. Once I had the laser hair removal done on my chin , upper lip, and neck I didnt have to shave the whole month. Like that is amazing. Prior to this I was shaving twice a week. I am very appreciative of how nice the spa specialist Nasima was. She also recommended that I use a spf daily to prevent damage to my skin. I truly recommend this skincare spa!

DO NOT get lip fillers here! They will leave you disfigured and refuse to fix their mess up! I thought the juvederm would have dissolved by now and my lips would go back to normal but It has been 10 months and they do not look any better then the day they did them. The first time I came here for my skin consulting , I was not sure my skin will improved because I have gotten a peel in the past and it does nothing for my skin. After the first treatment of microneddling and laser treatment, my skin improved alot, my acne scar shrinked and my makeup now look alot better. I still have more session to go, I really cant wait to see the end result of all my sessions.
