Overall, I enjoyed my experience with Catherine. I got my surgery on July 22,2021 out of town. When I got back home on July 26,2021 she was able to see me right away for my lymphatic massage. She recommended I come everyday for one week and 3 times a week after that. I am 4 weeks post op and I feel wonderful. I can’t complain she applied just amount of pressure with low hurting me.my recovery is ahead of schedule Thanks to her.

Catherine is a great masseuse. I tell her where I’m tight/sore and she knows what to do to work it out. She has the skills for the even the toughest of spots.

Ive been going here for several weeks now and she never disappoints. She takes her time and is very cautious about safety when it comes to Covod which I love. Her lymphatic massages are out of this world. Im healing great due partly to having her massages. I would definitely recommend going to Urban Kneads for any kind of massage.

I don’t know how you people wrote that this lady is great for a lymphatic drainage massage she Barely put any pressure on me and I had to come home and massage myself maybe for a relaxing massage she would be good but not for therapeutic massage I do not recommend. And I only get two stars because she’s nice

Excellent value for the time and money. After I ran the half marathon, I had signed up for a massage to loosen up and relax after the race. I had had a very good experience with an Urban Kneads therapist last year (Lisa) so I returned. I was surprised when Catherine, a current therapist, mentioned that she would be incorporating Ashiatsu massage (using feet), and a bit nervous to have some one standing on my back --even after she pointed out the horizontal bars overhead that would allow her to carefully regulate the pressure. I neednt have worried: she knows her business and it was easily one of the most relaxing massages I have ever had. Afterward, she even patiently explained the general technique and training in response to my questions.

I have incorporated Catherines healing massages into my physical and mental health regimen, seeing her every 2 weeks. She takes COVID-19 seriously. She will send you her latest testing results, and she takes your temperature, offers to take her own, and wears a medical grade mask during her treatments. I wear my mask also. She is not close to my face much at all bc she practices Ashiatsu. Catherine is intuitive. She seems to know where I carry my stress/worry/grief and she works it out of my body - its amazing. I highly recommend booking a session (right after you read this review : )

Having several health situations, I’ve had many types of therapeutic massage for 25 years. Lisa is very intuitive and employs many techniques depending on what you need that day. She is the best massage therapist I’ve ever used. Additionally, she’s a lovely person. It would never enter my mind to go anywhere else!
