Ive been to several places in the Houston area to get a deep tissue massage, most of the times i have gone was just to hold me over until i could get to a chiropractor, after waking up this morning It felt as if i had gone to the chiropractor yestreday. To include Claudia was very knowledgeable n all aspects of healthy-healing, healthy- eating and healthy-living For my active lifestyle Claudia is the best.

I never got a massage before so I didn’t know what to expect. Once I got there I was professionally greeted n felt at ease. The atmosphere was nice n filled out paperwork. I explained that my lower back n neck has been killin me. I was draped n the massage began. I gotta tell you , at first I was tense but Claudia explained that I need to relax so I let her work her magic, from neck to back n legs, I gotta say it was a relaxing experience n felt really good to have a full hour of just some nice n quite me time. After the massage , immediately I felt loose n relaxed. Felt like 10 years younger because my lower back felt amazing after this therapy.
