Ken is the owner of the shop. There are a couple rows of massage chairs for demo, with different price ranges and capabilities. It was easy dealing with Ken because he’s not pushy and very knowledgeable about the products. I didn’t feel rushed while testing the chair functions and demo modes for 10-15 minutes each until my wife and I were able to agree on which one suited us best. We ended up purchasing from him on the spot as we felt it was a good deal. Everything was delivered and setup as expected with no issues, I would certainly recommend friends or family to his shop in the future.

Kenneth is the best! We were in town from Dallas for a Soccer tournament over Thanksgiving. We had some time between games and have been wanted to get a massage chair so we used this time to go see what was available. We came across Massage Chair Houston so decided to check it out. Kenneth was SO helpful and his prices were OUTSTANDING! Better than we could find ANYWHERE on the internet or in the Dallas area. In sever back pain I decided to travel to their location during normal business hours. I showed up and the open sign was on but the front door was locked. I then tried to call (which hindsight maybe I should have done prior to taking the trip) but even after calling twice they have no voicemail system indicating any type of business hours. Needless to say maybe they can spare a couple dollars to inform their custom their profits are doing well and theres no need to be open.Call before you haul
