I had a full body messaged scheduled. I got stuck in rain traffic, the called to confirm I was in route. I told them my ETA and asked should I still come or reschedule. They said come, so I continued my 45 minute drive. Once I got there I checked in, was taken to the back, the Masseuse came out and stared at me (no greeting, until we walked back). Once he walked me to my robe and locker he said, well I might not get to give you your full service, I have another appointment after you. He said I could probably only give you 15-13 minutes (of a 60 min. service). I respectfully declined. I wondered why they waited for me to continue my drive, check in, hand me a rob and then say, I cant promise you full service? I have patronized Spa Nordstrom for many years, this is my second disappointing experience. I wouldve canceled had I been given this information prior to walking to the back to get undressed! Why was I not thought of as the customer, the next customer was surely considered. I wonder what was so different about me? In fact I know.

Mariette is the absolute best! She fixes all my skin concerns that I may be having, gives great facials and is the best at eyebrow shaping! She is also very friendly and kind. I never have had an issue with booking and highly recommend her services!

I had a deep tissue massage for Valentines Day in 2018. It was incredible! My husband suprised me wit a deep tissue massage appointment and it was great. The facility was very nice, relaxing, and clean. I never felt uncomfortable, as this was my first time ever getting a professional massage. Highly recommend Nordstrom deep tissue massage. So relaxing and I felt so stress-free.

Carla and Jorge were so amazing. My husband and I got a full body massage and it was amazing. Spa is beautiful and relaxing. Looking forward to come back.

As customers we are much more prone to writing reviews when Unsatisfied with a service but since my experience at this spa was so phenomenal I’m making it a point to be a raving fan. I had the luck of a lifetime yesterday when requesting a short notice Himalayan hot stone massage and getting Lorena as my therapist. She was phenomenal and massaged like a pro. Her bedside manner is great, she’s confident in her skill and she had the ability to assess my problem areas and quickly work to relieve the pain and stress! It’s too bad I didn’t get more than an hour with her but am confident that I will return to Houston to continue receiving therapy services from her!!! If like me you are looking to relieve stress and tension from your back and you can handle medium to deep therapy this is your girl! Thank you Lorena for being so passionate about your trade. I let out a great deal of stress yesterday because you were able to get the energy flowing. You make a difference in the lives of others and i came home a renewed person because of you!

Had a intraceuticals facial (which Ive experienced elsewhere) and was there in plenty of time. Ive had many facials in my lifetime, but this was a new experience. Rushed, aggressive, sloppy. She managed to get scrub in my mouth, twice. Product in my eye. None of the actions felt deliberate or relaxing. She lacked control and it was not good at all. Afterwards, while I was back in the relaxation room, heard her angrily chatting with another employee - about something that she wasnt happy with. I can not recommend this experience to anyone! Thats an hour and a couple hundred dollars I cant get back!

I have recieved many facials and this facial was not relaxing and felt very rushed! It was definitely not worth the $175.00!! Amila needs more training! At one point she was eating a cracker above me, rambling in the cabinets very loud which is definitely something you need to work on with your estheticians if you think this is actually relaxing she seemed to rush everything with the product on my face to the massage. It felt very rushed, and rough! Again not worth $175.00! The Tata Harper rep did way better as to why I came back to try in the first place. Please train Amila as this was the worst facial ive had!

I love Spa Nordstrom! Its a great place to have mani, pedi, facials and destress! Management is great and I cant think of another place to go and relax! Thank you Jualinda for always accommodating my schedule.
