I am so disappointed that money and fees mean more to this business than the safety of their customers. I tried to reschedule my appointment due to the fact the roads are FLOODED around my area. Today is 5/24/21 it has been raining continuously. I fear that it would be too risky to drive during a flood warning. People are already posting videos of high waters on Houston roads. Businesses are closing for the day due to safety concerns. The receptionist informed me, I would be charged a cancellation fee to reschedule to a day with safer weather conditions. I’m not sure I want to support a business like this at all. I was not asking for a refund just consideration of natural causes outside of all our control. If there is a hurricane, tornado or flood be sure to make your appointment so your money isn’t taken from you!

Experienced much needed relief from today’s massage. First time I’ve been here and happy I went. I spent a great deal of time trying to find a massage and I think I found one that I am happy about. I booked via class pass and will be booking again. The suite is located on the side of the building closest to 34th on the first floor. Friendly and welcoming.

My massage therapist was Alicia and I recommend her to anyone who has never been massaged before. She was able to adjust her pressure to my liking. The environment was extremely soothing and relaxing. I had a deep tissue massage, she was able to hit all my problem areas and came out of the session feeling extremely relaxed and rejuvenated! I recommend this place for all your massaging needs! Definitely will be back!

Phenomenal place to relax! Both the person at the desk and giving the massage were friendly and professional and elicited information to give me the best experience possible. I had never done the hot rocks before and it was relaxing plus firm pressure like I wanted. Was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Will definitely return if Im back in houston!
