This is the place for relaxation! I recently went with a friend for a much needed massage and reflexology session. We both got the Sole to Sole. The price was more than reasonable for the time and quality of the service provided. I can only recommend Ben (my masseur/reflexologist) and Midtown Reflexology. I will be back!

The facility is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional. The services are Devine. There prices are very reasonable. It is easy to make last minute appointments. This is one of my favorite places in Houston.

So I just paid for my boyfriend to have a massage, so after everything was over my boyfriend used my card to pay and DID NOT tip because it was MY CARD and he didn’t know he was going there so he had no cash on him, so once he pays he leaves to sit in his car then the owner or front desk worker goes to my boyfriend’s car harassing him “stating you drive a Mercedes, why you don’t tip” ? That is very unprofessional and I will never use them again they will judge you by the type of car you drive and he also told my boyfriend next time you come don’t expect us to do a good job SO PEOPLE PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM !

Dear Midtown Reflexology, Where do you get off? Holistic health spa? Who do you think you are? By now, you may have guessed Im speaking ironically and have nothing but good things to say about what you do. Midtown Reflexology, do not change a thing. Signed, P. Holmes. Dictated but not read.But seriously, I hadnt had a massage in over a year. I walked in with no appointment and luckily they had a cancellation. An hour later I felt like butter on a warm piece of toast.

They remolded the place and it is even better, more intimate. The massage was excellent and for a great price!

Consistently excellent experience! Great reflexology treatments ranging from 30 minutes to 90 minutes. Serene and spa like atmosphere. Very tidy, inviting and pleasant experience across the board. My husband and I came for a couples massage and it was amazing!! It’s clean, smells good and the staff was very nice!

This place is the bomb. I’m a circus instructor so I train very intensely. Needless to say my body is always beat up & very achey & tense. I got the 60 minute sole 2 sole massage & it was amazing. My masseuse was not afraid to really get deep & work out my knots. He also frequently asked if the pressure was ok, if I was comfortable, etc. The environment is super clean, modern, & relaxing. Everyone stuck right to schedule. My massage started right at 10:00am & lasted the entire hour with my masseuse only leaving the room for a few seconds to grab hot stones & hot towels. By the time my masseuse left for me to get dressed, it was 10:55am. I really appreciate the prompt timing because I had to go to work right after at 12:00pm. I left feeling like a new woman. I had a nasty knot in my right shoulder that was totally dissolved after my session.I’m going to start make bi-weekly trips to Midtown Reflexology. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Fabulous massage focusing on tendon issues in my feet. I couldn’t sing praises more. Well priced, clean, and professional. I walked out feeling like a new woman. Will be back next week, and would fully recommend.

Love this place even more after their recent remodeling. I probably have tried almost all massage places in Houston and I can say I have gotten the best treatment from these people. The only small issue is the language barrier with some of their therapist. But Mr. Lee, the owner is always there to help translating for me so I can communicate with my therapist better and let him know to work on certain areas or adjust the pressure etc.. They have very reasonable prices. their one hour session is $45-50. I wish Covid stops so I can get back to my weekly treatment sessions.

The therapist I had didnt speak English at all, which made it difficult to communicate things I needed (more/less pressure, etc), while he was working on me. Not very relaxing or therapeutic, tbh. As a trained massage therapist, I could tell that the person working on me wasnt very trained in pressure points. When I told the front desk about my experience afterwards, they said if you want something better youre going to have to pay more at another place. Noted!

Had an amazing experience at his spa. I plan on becoming a regular to aide me through the rest of this pandemic.

WOAH! Where have you been all my life, reflexology?! My first visit to Midtown Reflexology was a like finding a gold mine! Ive tried reflexology recently at my nail salon. It was a little bit cheaper, but the quality wasnt nearly as good as it was at MR. Reasonable price (especially compared to my other experience + value over something like Massage Envy) and friendly staff. Ill definitely be back.

Reasonable price for the location and the level of massage you receive ups the value as does the environment. I usually drive to Bellaire but now I don’t have to 🤗

This place sucks. Ive had foot reflexology done before at other locations not in Houston and it was quite a different experience. First, foot reflexology is not just a gentle massage of the foot, rather a concentration on the pressured points at the bottom of your feet. Secondly, the price was too high for the service provided. This was more like an over the clothes body massage with minimal and gentle rubbing of the feet. I didnt feel any different than when I walked in. My advice, do your research before you spend your money and time.

Total price was 50 with tip and well worth it! Its pretty much a full body reflexology. You can also ask for deeper pressure :) this is my new favorite massage place.

This is a nice place to go if you dont want to drive out to Bellair. The reflexology focuses a lot on the feet, arms and head. I thought it was very relaxing and well worth the $40 plus tip for the hour.

The service wasnt bad, but I just dont get the whole massage with gloves thing. Its ...meh rating at best. Im not going back.

Last minute booking on a Saturday afternoon and they had space. Sim was my masseuse who gave what I can describe as half relaxing and half intense massage. $40 for an hour which was reasonable considering the location.

What a amazing place. So glad we found this place. The staff was very welcoming and friendly but most of all the massage was by far the best one Ive ever received beside my fiancee which also went and waa blown away by how good they were. I felt bad we didnt take more then $20 to tipe but will be back next week and make up for it. The therapist knew where my knots were and by the time I left they were gone. Funny thing is I didnt even know I had any due to my back not hurting like it does sometimes. Overall this place easily deserves a 5 star rating!!

Excellent job from the Two times I have visited

I have been to a lot of Chinese massage places for the last couple of years and this place ranks #1 for me. The service is great- the people are well-trained and considerate since they check multiple times that the pressure is ok. The rooms and chairs are well-maintained and clean. It is very relaxing and quiet (Im usually not aware of someone else getting a massage in the same room). I would highly recommend this place and for the price, the service is definitely worth it.A few recommendations:- Make an appointment since they can be very busy.- You get massaged over your clothes so wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing (ie. wide neck t-shirts or tank tops and wide leg pants so you can roll them up). Wearing less is better.- Dont wear any jewelry and put your hair up.

I was there a few weeks ago and a lady massaged me. She fell asleep while massaging me and skipped certain areas like my arms. I told the management and they were not sorry. I was very disappointed and will not be back.

It was a fast food massagePeople come in and out non stop, you dont feel relaxed at any moment. Not worth it.
