That’s a straight as my pinkies have ever gone but now they’re doing it without pain. Picked a massage on my lay over and wound up getting one of the best massages I’ve ever had. John was awesome!!

I had a long two weeks of traveling out of the country. After doing a lot of walking, I wanted a very relaxing foot massage and stopped here for a 20 minute session in the airport. That was the best 20 minutes of relaxation and tension relief I could have ever asked for. Chloe was my tech and she did an amazing job! She was very friendly and asked for my preference of pressure. I would definitely ask for Chloe again. The spa has a massaging chair that you sit in while receiving your foot massage. The atmosphere is quiet. So the entire experience was wonderful. I definitely recommend this place if youre catching a flight.

I just had an amazing 45 minute table massage with Laura P. I had a better fully clothed massage with her than most other massages I’ve ever had! Highly recommended!

This morning (until 1:30 pm today) no one was available for any services. The only option was a lounge chair with a built in back roller/shiatsu massage. Why? You’re in a busy airport on a holiday weekend!!!! What a joke!!

John was amazing did a wonderful job on foot/leg massage. Very polite and courteous!!! Would recommend A+

The host acknowledged I was in line behind the person she was serving, and simply mouthed that she would be right with me. This is a basic customer service function and courtesy that is forgotten more and more. The service was timely and the masseuse was friendly and effective. The 5 stars are for the customer service...taking care of people is simple and easy, unfortunately lost more and more everyday. Keep up the great service Xpresspa Hobby Airport, it does not go unnoticed!

Clean store with gentle, relaxing lighting and offering a variety of massage and personal services. If you cant spare time for a treatment, they still have a wide selection of products to help you relax and refresh.

I love express spas so much, and love to get services any time I’m traveling, but this visit wasn’t very good. They seemed very understaffed compared to other locations. The provider was very nice, but my gel manicure bubbled immediately and peeled off the next day. My nails were in rough shape, and it was really expensive. $100 for a gel mani and a kid polish. I contacted the manager Michael and left a message but received no return call.

The staff here on June 13 at the American Airlines terminal (A?) was amazing. I am VERY particular about spa treatments and had just been on a 11 hour flight from London. My pedicure was PERFECT. The tension / stress release massage by Chris was awesome and got rid of my migraine. I cant believe how impressed I was with this staff! Thank you!

I just want to say that they were a great staff and very personable to help me get my account renewed.The young lady named Destiny, was extremely helpful.

Poor customer service and poorly managed. I had a two hour timeframe before my flight boarded and there was maybe one other customer getting nail services. The manager and a technician wrote down my flight boarding time and I was told they could for sure accommodate either a mani or pedi and would try to do both- they took my number to call me when a technician arrived for the day or another was available. I sat close by and watched, the new technician arrived and they didn’t call me. When I checked in with them later, the staff whispered with each other and told me they could take me in an hour and a half (knowing that this was after my flight departed). It didn’t seem like they wanted the business.

Tried to get a massage, but the only person around was the pedicure tech. She told me she didnt know when anyone else was coming in. I watched at least three other people ask about the massage service too and be turned away. Including me, thats 4 potential customers that you lost.

Best massage experience ever. Noemi is sent from God. No joke.

Cosmetologist did a good job waxing, but got wax in my hair and on my shirt, so I’m boarding my flight with wax down the middle of my tee.

Great Xpress Spa, rates were reasonable for the chair massage, my massage therapist took great care in working out kinks in my neck & back within my 20min session, boarded right afterwards feeling nice and refreshed.

Comfortable and organized. Keyoliver should be the manager!
