The massage was excellent. However, when I asked therapist if she was vaccinated she said they were not supposed to answer. Which I assumed meant no. I did not feel comfortable in an enclosed room with a non-vaccinated person even if she had on a mask.The man at the front desk did not have on a mask and he rudely said even though he did not have to tell me, he was vaccinated but would not be forced to wear a mask. I think in your business with many people coming in and your therapists exposed to so many, they should be required to get the vaccine and you should advertise that.

I haven’t had a massage since … pre-pandemic. Booked a 90 minute Swedish + hot stone enhancement with Zoya thanks to a fellow Google reviewer’s recommendation. I’m a deep tissue massage regular but opted for Swedish with firm pressure because my goal was relaxation (birthday celebration)… Zoya was incredible. If you’re in need of a massage therapist with great technique, she’s your person. Thankful to live five minutes away so I could safely make it home… she had me massage drunk.Highly recommend!

My first time at this location and I have been multiple times to other locations trying to find the right massage therapist.I workout consistently throughout the week and I look forward to a DEEP TISSUE massage after a long week.I always pay for all the bells and the whistles because I deserve it but NEVER in any of my experiences did the therapist ask me what massage oil scent I wanted.In addition to this experience she was by far THE BEST deep tissue massage who gave me my hour worth of massaging!She even kept reheating massage stones and towels and she knows how to apply pressure with what she called RUSSIAN TECHNIQUE.HANDS DOWN THE BEST MASSAGE!Her name is ZOYA!!!!!!I TIPPED HER $30 BECAUSE OF HOW AMAZING I FELT AFTERWARDS!

I went for the first time about a few months ago to the San Felipe location. I got Mr. Jose and lord have mercy, the massage was so good I couldn’t believe it. I was pretty much speechless. I always go back & request for him. Fellas if you’re in any pain in whatever spot he will work it out. I had severe back issues but after that first one, I was not complaining for back pain within the 3 weeks I was there.

I am extremely disappointed with the over all experience I received at this location. I was over all impressed that they were able to schedule me on such short notice when I called. The receptionist never asked me what kind of massage I wanted Nor did he ask if there was a specific area I was looking to target. I asked him for a medium to firm pressure and deep tissue to which he replied “your therapist is very good, if he’s not doing it hard enough just tell him and he will do it harder”. Not going to lie, I found this to be a very odd response. I show up 10 minutes early and my therapist is a few minutes late. No big deal, but when we get back to the room, dude asks me what I was needing and I tell him the target area and what’s going on. The therapist tells me “I’m not very good at deep tissue but I will try”. Dude did his best but failed miserably. At best it was an oily rub down with very little done to help relax the intended muscles. Needless to say, they still charged me for a deep tissue and refused to work with me. I would highly suggest finding a different location. I will not be returning to this location or any Massage Heights again. Wasted time and money.

I have been with this company since they first opened . They had 5 stars with me. Never had any issues until recently during the shutdown. They charged us while we were staying home. I called several times to suspend memberships temporally, and never got a call back from someone named Leslie. What do I have to do it get a temporary hold while we get through this?

We wear a mask at Massage Heights and so do the therapists. I have been a member since the opened and they have the best massages at a great price. I am going at least twice a month.

It was my first time receiving a massage and I do not regret it. My message therapist was very nice and thoughtful with his work. Adrian has the magic touch and Id recommend him highly. The spa was very calming and clean. The front desk was courteous and quick to check me in. Great staff. I will definitely be back soon! :)

One of the best massages I have ever had. I prefer a very deep massage and I almost always use Kim. She is great. The customer service of the front desk is always great and as well. I had tried to book a 90 min massage in a short term period and they were originally booked up during the time slots that I could make with my schedule. The day of my appointment, there was a cancellation and they remembered that I originally preferred and 90 minutes appointment and were able to make it happen.

I enjoyed the deep tissue massage and relaxing environment! I would give them 5 stars.. however I did not get the full service I asked for. There was miscommunication between the front desk and massage therapist. Granted this was my first time coming here. I expected to receive a deep tissue massage and an add elavation: hot stone massage. I assumed I was getting that but towards presumably the end of my massage I ask about it-not sure if I was supposed to tell the therapist or not, which may have been my error-he was unaware of the add-on service. That mishap ruined my overall experience, I was excited and really looking forward to the hot stone massage.The therapist left and said he would look in to it but never got back to me. When I mentioned it to the front desk person was nonchalant about as if she didn’t really care or as if it was my fault because I didn’t tell him (being my first time there) but offered the service free if I decide to come back.Eh I think I’ll get better service else where. Just my experience though. Great massage therapist, service not so great. 👎🏽

Great massage by Jose today. I stopped coming here because the treatment was less than average. I’m hoping the rest of the massage staff is now good as Jose was. Great value for the money. Great staff. I use Kim Gonzalez; she does deep tissue. Not for the easily frightened. (They also have Swedish massage, if deep tissue not your cup of tea.) I suggest making an appointment... Walk in not likely.

I purchased a 90 min massage on Groupon. When I went in to redeem my massage I received a 60 minute massage. I brought this up with the receptionist as I was leaving. She agreed that there was in fact a scheduling mistake made. She told me her manager would call me and that’s all. A couple days passed and I called and the manager wasn’t in. I then called a couple days after that and the manager was busy and I was told she would probably have time to call the next day. It’s been over a week and I’ve heard nothing. Massage was great, but I don’t plan on returning due to the lack of customer service.

Wonderful ExperienceJoined as a member 4 weeks ago. The front desk is very professional and make you feel welcome when you walk in. It was my second time coming in and they remembered who I was from my first visit.The massage was excellent as was the first one. They offer complimentary aromatherapy on your visits, its a nice perk, as I was a member at Massage Envy and you had to pay extra for that, and the music make a really calm atmosphere.Recommend this place to everyone.

This is a really nice retreat. Everyone is really nice and the place smells so good when you walk in. Make sure you know what type of massage you want when you call for your appointment as well as if youd like a male or female therapist. They do facials as well using Dermatologica products. The owners of this retreat really care and are committed to continuous improvement.

I had a membership for over 2 years and Hardly use it, I call to cancel it and they told me I cannot do it tru the phone. So I email them to let them know i’m now longer need the membership, so I call today 5/31/19 to make and appointment and used some of my hours that I suppose to can still use. Since In 2 years I didn’t get massage every month and barely used It. I have accumulated like 13 to 14 hrs. Which are worth about $450 to & 500And call today and the Receptionist told I’m she needs one credit card on file otherwise I cannot come in.Never give you business to people who don’t appreciate you as a customer.NEVER AGAIN!

We were gifted a surprise couples massage here from my brother in law and it was our first time ever going to a massage place. Nothing was explained to us from the staff such as: what kind of massage, how long, or when the time started. Apparently it starts right on the hour even though u have to fill out paperwork,talk to the masseuse, disrobe, and they have to set up stuff. So our hour that was paid for was actually 40 mins. My masseuse spoke to me rudely what do you want? Um idk. What did he pay for? Did u get an hour or 1.5? Idk it was a gift. Well do you want a full body or just a certain area? Deep tissue or what? but i guess that was better than nothing because my partners masseuse didnt even talk to her. The first half of the appt was spent in confusion. Waste of money. Actual massage was awful too. There was no technique just unskilled rubbing. And it was too hard i swear i left more sore than i came in.

Two bad experiences here. A lot of miscommunication between the front desk and therapists (I was not able to get the service I scheduled twice). The worst was the build up dusty ceiling very visible when you are getting a facial looking at it for 60 minutes. I would not recommend the skin services here.

The worst massage experience ever. The therapist did not know how to give a massage. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told they do not have one. Horribly run. Will never be back.

This location is unprofessional. I had to stop going to this so called spa because of the receptionist and the refusal of explanation by management. Theres always new staff every other month. No familiar faces. I even saw a receptionist steal the tip I left for the therapist and he even lied when I questioned him. I think his name was Jus or Josh. Management is non-responsive. The therapist are great but the serivce here is beyond terrible.

An ok place. They miss represented their membership terms, they sold a membership to a member of my family even after he explained that he was in Houston just on vacation. They lied and sold him the membership anyways. When I talk to the manager she justify the small print in a contract, they took 2 minutes to sell and convinced his to sign, but now he needs to prove to them that he does not live here to cancel. A totally illegal practice. And to add up to that, my family member is under age, so, they just took advantage of him.
