First and foremost this place is incredible, professional, extremely clean and inviting! The entire staff was very friendly and professional! I just had an awesome deep tissue massage with massage therapist James. He was extremely professional, very friendly, made me feel extremely comfortable, and immediately asked me what my problem areas were. He took care of my issues and areas where I was having pain and felt tension from a difficult workout. Thank you so much James! You’re awesome and amazing and I will definitely be a returning customer!

For $35 I got an EXCELLENT MASSAGE - and my massage therapist was Jason. I opted for 30 min foot reflexology & 30 min back massage, and he offered longer than an hour and worked more than just my back. He worked on hamstring, calves, neck, arms, and offered stretches that were awesome too. I tipped well because Im certain I was there for more than an hour. They offer hot stones and hot towels in the sessions that are included which was great. They let them sit on your back and also use them in massage strikes. So really you get a full body massage thats well worth it. I highly recommend Soul Inn Reflexology. Cant beat the prices and even though theyre on par with other locations in China Town, this one isnt as big as some others which makes it less noisy.

Very bad smell inside the place. Smells like ciggerates. Seems like they smoke cigarettes inside when customers are not in. Awful. I asked if they had air freshner but I dont think the lady spoke English she didnt seem to understand. Wont be back. Waste of money.In response to the reply: It was not any scented candles I know the difference between candle scent and cigarettes and your place completely reeked of ciggerate smell. It was late and I was the last customer of the day. Someone was definitely smoking cigarettes inside or right at the front door with the door open. (door was fixed open when I came) So please dont try to cover up the mistakes of the business.

I had an awesome experience at Soul Inn. Very relaxing and calming. $20 for a full body massage, cant beat that! Although i only went in for a foot massage i appreciate the head to toe attention to every limb. Very polite staff as well.

Have been here many times before but last nights massage was the best. Amy was the masseuse and had just the right pressure. I got the 60 minute full body massage with free hot stones. Definitely worked through much of the knots and tension and felt much lighter afterwards. So worth the $45! Wish they have this in SA!

The masseuse got into all my sore muscle points and I feel so much better. My entire body was just unbearable. Just sitting down was a struggle, but not anymore. $45 for 60 min full body! So great. Was a great, clean, relaxing, welcoming, and reasonably priced place, even better priced than the massage deals off of Groupon.. My massage was incredible and I left there feeling better in my sore body than I have in years and it has lasted for weeks now!!.. Besides the two massagers lil chatter here and there as my daughter & I got co massages within the same room, it was a very great experience and we will definitely be returning with even more customers for them.. Theyre going to need larger group rooms when were all said and done.. 😂

I have been coming to this place to get massages for about two years. There are times where I’ve even come on a weekly basis. Their services are undeniably affordable for what they offer. I’ve brought many friends here as well.However, tonight was my last night going. I got the second massage option, the $35 one that includes a 30 min foot massage and 30 min body massage. Starting at this massage option and up, you are required to take off your shirt for the body massage. My boyfriend and I were in a room together. I had a male masseuse, he had a female. Everything was fine until this man began touching my breasts. I’ve had this particular massage, and I know that everyone gives massages differently, but no one has ever touched my front side. Touching has always been limited to my back, shoulders, and sides (which may graze side-boob, but that’s understandable). However, this man, David, began repeatedly going down my front. I felt weird, and thought it wasn’t okay, but also reasoned that there was another masseuse in the room.As soon as the massage was completed, both masseuses left the room so that my boyfriend and I could get dressed. I immediately asked if she massaged his front side and he said no, not at all. I told him what happened and we confronted the owner/manager, a woman who spoke only mandarin. We used google translate to ask if this was normal practice. When she said no, it should only be back and shoulders, David denied ever even going near my chest, even saying he barely touched my shoulders. He would not leave the room so that we could speak with the manager privately, and the manager kept acting helpless due to the language barrier. We got another masseuse (Celine?) to come in who spoke both Cantonese and mandarin, and I tried explaining what happened in Cantonese but she refused to translate and just kept defending David saying oh it’s normal for women to get their breasts massaged. When I said I’ve had this massage many times before and that’s never happened, she said, “oh everyone gives different massages.” At that point I was feeling pretty violated and disgusted. We tried speaking to the manager again via google translate only to have her profusely apologize and refund us our transaction.Please beware.

$45 for a great 1 hour massage. The girlfriend and I have been here several times. It’s half the price of your regular massage place. Still not quite as cheap as the $10 massages in Thailand but not too shabby for the US!

I found rude and disrespectful th way the employees discuss with the customers about the tip, I paid a bill of $50 and left $10 as a tip, which is 20% which looks pretty good to me. Once I signed my voucher one of the masseuses started to complain about the tip, treating me as a cheap person and showing other vouchers with very high tips (70-80%) of the value of the service, the common thing on all these vouchers was that all of them were corrected... kind of weird... Be careful when you swipe your card, from my side Ill never come back to this rat hole.

After a year and a half of coming here every Friday and spending 85 to 90 dollars every week. They started to give me less time . Last 3 visits payed for hour and half she stops 15 minutes early, quality has dropped in the personnel 👎👎

My 1 st massage everI got the full body massage for 45$ it was good as far as i i know since this my 1st experience .I have been having pain in my shoulder for a while bcuz of work so i i ask for only back qnd shoulder massage and i was ok paying 45 $ for it .The lady did not speak englishAnd i could not tell her to ease up with pressure (bcuz of the language barrier) and when i say pain she think i have pain in that area so now i am having pain in both shoulder bcuz of the extra pressure .I got free hot stone massage for free .I will still take my mom bcuz the massage itself without pressure was good .Edit from 3 stars to oneIt has been 5 days since i went ,My shoulder and my back bone all in pain and can not bend over ,could not sleep at night .Not going there again

Visited with a friend when David, her masseuse, inappropriately touched her when she flipped over. After attempting to communicate our complaints with the owner using any means possible including finding someone who spoke her language and even google translate, nothing was done. I am disgusted and will never be returning to this place. I am shocked this happened and I want to make sure others know that this is something that can happen to you if you come here.

After your feet are done, theyll turn yiu over and do your back and legs.Its a legit Chinese style massage, just like the massages I got weekly while living in China. Its not just a super relaxey massage - there will be moments of slight pain as they really work on the muscles. Its the kind of massage that makes you feel drunk when youre done :)Ive been twice and there has never been a wait. I want this place to stay open, so everyone should go there! Keep them in business!

Ive been going to Yellen for over a year and she gives by far the best massages in the area. Ive always had complications with my neck and back, but after a session I always feel renewed. I can always make same day appointments with her and she knows how to be kind and carring to my needs. I also love the atmosphere of their rooms, very beautiful with calming music. I really cant reccomend Yellen enough she has the magic touch and I will continue to be a loyal customer returning time and time again.
