Vernice who is the billing supervisor is extremely rude I was scheduled to have outpatient surgery two weeks ago. I asked if there would be some type of payment plan because they were trying to charge over 50% of my deductible. She told me this wasnt her problem and they would deny me the day of my surgery if I didnt pay. I had surgery in this hospital in 2017 when it was providence and never dealt with such disgusting service.She made sure to let me know she is in charge of what she wants you to pay so if its not what she wants then you dont get service. My doctor stated this surgery was extremely important due to cancer screening of findings from testing. Now im forced to have this surgery at another hospital which is now two weeks later. My doctor has chosen to stay away because of the rude service just from this one lady. Dont go here!! If you do beware of her because she is the only person who deals with billing btw she doesnt return calls and tells her staff she is gone for the day instead of answering the phone so she doesnt have to deal with patients.

My boyfriend had a sudden and severe case of appendicitis. All the nurses, techs and doctors were amazing and super kind. They answered all questions and checked on me while i waited for him. Such personalized care and hospitality. So glad we went to this emergency over all the others in the area.

The place is clean and very state of the art! Although its small, the place is nicely decorated and makes you feel at home. The healthcare team is very nice and makes sure youre well taken care of.

I was scheduled for a test on a Monday. My appointment was made one week prior. There was sufficient amount of time that was available where the hospital could have contacted my insurance provider and then contacted me with my portion of the cost. It was not until the time of the procedure that I was told of my balance. Needless to say, the procedure did not occur. Communication needs to be better to the patient.

Went they for a full hysterectomy. The staff from the receptionist to the doctors were amazing. All my nurses were great, Steven, Shannon, Helen, Joseph, Jim. And my surgeon, Dr. Crouse was the best of the best. At last, but not least, The chef (can’t remember his name) was wonderful, and the food was great. This facility is a little pricey but well worth it. It’s a small hospital with big hearts. I felt like a queen with the one on one attention I received.

Great experience from the my first visit when I came to the hospital to get my CT scan for the surgery mapping, to my my post opt visit the day before surgery and the stay was actually enjoyable, food was delicious and the discharge was thorough and quick.Starting with my pre op visit with Tracy she was informative and helpful.Next was my team after surgery caring, helpful and very compassionate to my needs.Mauricio, was great my first day he went above and beyond to make me comfortable and explained everything that would be going on.Kevin my physical therapist for the first day after surgery was compassionate, patient and made me smile through the pain.Megan took over the second day for therapy and was great we also discussed diet and exercise for the best results.KRYSTL was my nurse and she was incredible, she treated me like a family and took great care of me my entire stay, from keeping me comfortable and going above and beyond my expectations.Thank you All, I will definitely recommend this hospital to all my friends.I would like to ad that I was at the Red Oak location and in my opinion it was very clean and I noticed good housekeeping practices.So not sure where the other people who claimed it was dirty here, maybe the old hospital on the other side of fm1960 or the Tidwell location, but definitely not here.

Do not get tested for Covid in here, they will charge $125 for the test (if you dont have insurance) is been a week and still have no results, i called and spend an hour and half trying to reach someone who by the way was useless.

Radiology is contract. No benefits or PTO. If you want to get paid on time, this is not the place for you. Im speaking strictly for radiology. I didnt get paid today and the director wont answer.

Well, not a hospital enthusiast, however I had a biopsy done on lymph nodes with the needle technique. First the hospital itself although small is really nice inside, the staff was amazingly friendly from my initial check in. The prep RNs were patient, informative and gave good clear directions. Then, what really was a surprise was the initial visit with Dr. Sam who was to do the procedure. He took time to explain to my wife and I what was to be done and the plan that he had to do the biopsy. From there I was taken to the imaging room where the biopsy was performed, the entire environment and atmosphere was weird, everyone was kind and calm; Ive had a few procedures at different places, these guys were in sync with being NICE!. Its super stressful to be asked to have a biopsy, because there is always the possibility; however the care and concern from the team was very calming. It didnt stop there, the recovery was pleasant and the staff again, very informative. My wife, commented how she was impressed by Dr. Sam who had came to her and told her how my procedure went. Well, lets just say that I had a choice when it came to having this procedure done, and I am surely glad I chose Providence. I would highly recommend them as they were wonderful professionals who put patience well being first. Thank You Team Providence.

My wonderful plastic surgeon, Dr. Emmanuel De La Cruz chose this outstanding hospital for my surgery. I cannot say enough nice things about every single person who cared for me during my stay. The nurses were some of the kindest and most knowledgeable I have ever encountered. Everyone there was professional and treated me so kindly considering this was my very first surgery. I would definitely recommend Providence Hospital to anyone. Thank you all.

I 100% agree with everyone else about it being dirty and the staff not caring. I called out for a nurse for 20 minutes because theres no button and after 4 hours i left feeling the same way i went in.

They are polite and attentive to the needs of whatever patient is in front of them. They communicate well and try to make your experience as easy and comfortable as possible. I am the second person in my family who was treated just amazing. The staff makes you feel like theyre apart of your family. By far my best hospital experience ever. Patient or visiting.

I had to bring my five year old son in for a cut on his eyelid. We were in and out in an hour and a half and Nurse Practioner Amy was absolutely amazing with my son. She was patient and gentle but firm and reassuring. She told my son everything she was going to do before each step so he wasn’t freaking out. Truly was an awesome experience and I’m so happy this was the ER I chose to bring him to.

My husband went to the ER, Cypress Creek ER, and was told that he needed to go to the hospital for his problem. He was admitted and stayed one day. No diagnosis was given, but his insurance was billed $30,000! These folks are definitely in kahoots together.

Please public be careful going here I noticed a lot of staff NOT wearing mask , lab workers , sercurity Sheriff ...you would think a hospital would enforce wearing a mask .. also emergency staff didnt have a mask on

Had back surgery at this hospital, the staff was so friendly. Loved my nurses day and night. Really made you feel comfortable. Food awesome even offer Rib eye steak. Cleanliness was outstanding . Definitely would recommend this facility on everyone.

They were more than kind and patient. They are hidden by the building and such, but luckily I found them. The emergency group was amazing. They were more than happy to attend my every need and took everything into account. Im so thankful for them honestly.

This hospital is too small to be that slow .staff just on company time playing around not caring about the patient needs..I have to bring my daughter here for chest pains and we arrived at 10am and didnt leave till 9pm that night.if you want to die!!! Please come here because thats whats going to happen.

Worst ER visit with Dr. Lecomte TrinhI had the WORST experience ever at this hospital that I could have ever had at an emergency room in my entire life and I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Dr. Trinh provided me with the WORST hospital experience of my entire life. This “doctor” came into my room immediately extremely rude and upset (As if she was the one experiencing the issues I was having and in the very poor physical condition I was in) and immediately told me in a very RUDE AND CONDESCENDING way that there was nothing she could do for me but provide me Tylenol since I was pregnant. Me and my mother were very surprised and taken back at her demeanor, lack of compassion and mannerisms. Especially since all of the nurses were so wonderful. This woman didn’t introduce herself, ask me anything about why I was even there in the first place. Nothing. Just told me she couldn’t do anything for me off the bat. She continued to argue with me telling me it was my fault I was in the situation I’m currently in (Experiencing VERY excruciating stomach pains) saying that she wouldn’t risk her license which she cares so much about to help me, which of course I didn’t ask or insinuate anything regarding her do anything unethical to help me, which left me even more confused! I’m in excruciating pain and you’re feeling the need to keep throwing your badge in my face for NO REAL reason is disgusting. Very belligerent, insensitive and bitter woman. Even other nurses insinuated that her attitude is commonly like how she displayed with me. By far selfish and disgusting behavior displayed by this poor doctor which reflected very VERY poorly on this facility and I hope no one else visiting this location has to deal with this or her. Very saddened that the nurses I worked with that are probably half her age had to apologize on her behalf. The fact that someone is in the EMERGENCY ROOM and you treat them that way, BLATANTLY AND DISRESPECTFULLY telling them there’s nothing you can do for them?!?! Telling them it’s there fault for their condition and your only concern in MY health situation is YOUR license? PITIFUL! Coming to this emergency room was the worst thing I could have ever done. And to have to PAY for this awful experience ?! As a doctor, it doesn’t occur to you that no one in that condition wants to be told there’s nothing that can be done for them? Really couldn’t offer me nothing but Tylenol, but I just left another emergency room a 2 days prior that were a way bigger help and were way more concerned about about my well being! She didn’t care about my condition, AT ALL! I left this hospital visit still in excruciating pain! I I would definitely appreciate personnel from this location reaching out to me directly to discuss my experience here!

I was not impressed with the knowledge or honesty displayed by some of the staff. At the end.of the day...they are just like most hospitals operating by the dollar with no knowledge for what they are supposed to be treating. I would also like to include Cypress Creek Emergency room into this as well as they clearly didnt communicate with Providence. And they used my visit as a money grab. Smh Note- I have a funny feeling that these two are in bed together at a corporate level. Just my opinion.

Doctors and staff are great! But I am not happy to find out they were out of network for insurance, and I am now getting bills. I have been going to 1960 Family Practice for at least 10 years now. They should tell me this when I hand them my insurance card.

Took my daughter to their ER admitted quickly, evaluated and treated in less than two hours. Staff was polite and very kind!

The nurses were really sweet to me. I had to stay there for the night and they came in to check on me periodically ,making sure I was good, cause no one wants to be hospitalized.

Had to have an emergency surgery and stayed 2 nights. Every nurse and doctor was wonderful. I would definitely come back if I get Ill.

They gave me a price for a procedure and didnt tell me about a separate bill from the radiologist, they said, that everything was included

Employees were great i had some doubts about changing hospitals for my out patient procedures the workers explained everything in detail and the doctor was excellent the tall lady at the small desk in the sitting area gave me a excuse about why she couldnt give me a doctor note pass the day of my procedure saying maybe someone in the back could if you running the place you need to be able to find out from your customers about their lifestyles and place of employment and surroundings i would like to see her go to work in jail bandage up .This was the fourth procedure i had done and was the first time I was disappointed .Also allways give customers a receipt .

The facility is beautiful but it was like pulling teeth to get them to listenI was here for 5 days pain and nausea was never controlledI spoke with several doctors they would tell me they would help and then never do anything. Never again

Nurses are so friendly and attentive. Dr. David Ciao and his PA Laura Urbanelli are the best. If you have uterine fibroids and try to find alternative solution to surgery, check out fibroid embolization at 1960 Family Practice and Dr. Ciao.

Only went in for an MRI, but staff was extremely courteous, taking care of my family who was waiting, and radiographer was very nice. Would have them as a close by option in case of emergencies.

I was admitted into this hospital 3 times in 1 month & the Doctors, Nurses, food service staff, house keeping, desk clerks are all awesome!

Came to ER for chest pain and they took great care of me. Very thorough, clean and caring.

They overbill you to the point of insanity. 1st time i was to get steroid injections in my knees and the first time i had it done at another facility it was $144, When I schedule at Providence, my out of pocket costs was going to be $2000 (only 6 months apart). 2nd time my wife was sent here from 1960 family practice as an emergency, BlueCross/BlueSheild says that the provided services should only be $223.58 and now they are billing me for the unpaid portion to the amount of $2482.42??? The insult is that they will graciously knock off 75% if i call and pay by phone? That should tell you right there that its a rip off.

I was only a visitor, but the Receptionists were very courteous and quick to help.

Went in with agonizing pains all they did was take blood. Never once they told me what was wrong or gave me pain meds. Just took blood and told me to pay. Had to go out of this ppace and to another er to find out i had pleurisy (inflamation of the lungs and ripped pectoral muscles).

Had hernia surgery here and they were great. They also worked with me on a payment plan without any hassle.

Fast, professional staff. Free coffee, snacks and soda for patients and family.
