Very disappointing experience...Last year I got an incomprehensible letter for my eligibility. I had to go to the office and asked. I was told that a part of the letter was missing.This year II brought my application in person. Since I had no responce for almost two months I went to the office again and asked about the status of my application. I was told there is no such application. Obviously it was lost. And I had to apply again.Finally I got that eligibility notice and tried to arrange a doctor appointment.Ive been trying to do that for 3 days already.I dont know if they have any technical issues or problems. The web site doesnt allow arranging appointments. On the phone nobody pick up. I never got a call back although I left my phone number in the call back system.
