Ive been going here for years. They are busy, but the care is excellent.

I can never get an appointment and front office acts like they dont care. Horrible place to rely on care.

I can never set an appointment and they treat me like they dont care. As soon as I can switch, I will. 100% would not recommend if you want good care.

Every time I or my pharmacy requests for a refill on one of my prescriptions, this clinic either never sends it and I have to call again, or they take days to send it. And now as I’m writing this their office hours are 8-3pm Monday-Thursday , then 8-1pm on Friday, that’s ridiculous.

Ive always had good experiences at this clinic. I think the doctors are excellent as well as the PAs. I can always get an appointment the same day if I suddenly become ill. I havent had any of the problems some other patients mentioned. I highly recommend this clinic.

When my family attended this clinic well over ten years. It was very professional polite and kind you could tell they really cared. Life itself is challenging trying to get into this office or make an appointment is very challenging. So my question to the appointment desk can you refer me to another clinic?, she replied no we don’t have anyone we can refer. I’m know seeking a practice that cares about me and treats me like I’m the only patient they have. Thanks you for taking care of me in the past. I’m know living for the future change is good.

I am looking for a new Dr. and as soon as i called asked one question, Are they taking in new patients she said yes and hung up on me. Tried calling back a couple of time and do not answer. I guess this already tells me no good service. On to the next one....

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is directly to the front desk staff (Alex & other 3 girls ,including the “manager” Melinda.) How sad and pathetic it is that people are allowed to work in the health field yet have no value in it, nor customer service skills. How they can sit there and subliminally roll their eyes and whisper in one another ears, How they allow you to make an apt for a broken bone , yet FAIL to mention the X-ray technician took the day off.! I am so sick and tired of these places trying to drain every penny from you, on top of unacceptable customer service. How conveniently I just got off the phone w/ Melinda and 5 minutes later when I arrive she is “gone.”You ladies maybe need to work for chic fil a ,so they can train you on customer service.!!!!

I have been going to this office more than 20 years. I have suffered from sinus infections and bronchitis every winter. Its day after Christmas and the PA, Brenda, was the only one working. She did not prescribe the medications I needed to treat bronchitis. As an asthmatic I was not prescribed albuterol inhaler or antibiotics. I was simply given a steroid shot which in the past has never worked for me. She did not review my records to see what has worked and what hasnt. They were closing early and I was their last patient & they wanted to get me out the door so they could close early and go home. I was not prescribed enough cough syrup to last 7 days as the bottle states. 10 ml dose x 4 times a day for 7 days is suppose to be 280 ml. I was give only 200 ml. When I called the day before New Years Eve to let them know I was running out and would not have enough to get me through the holidays, the nurse told me I had plenty to last until after New Years Day which was the 7th day. She would not refill my prescription. I ran out and had to suffer with a terrible cough to where no one wanted to be near me on New Years Day. I have left message for the nurse to call me to get a refill. Still waiting for the nurse to call me back.

Im not a person to write reviews but the people there or some shall I say are unprofessional you have to call them in order to get your results. They dont care for the patients like other medical staff do. Changed my doctor. Ive been having pains and everything they check on me comes out normal. I dont know how thats possible but yet they are willing to see me and take my money once more to figure out what I have. Its been 4 months.

I have been sick for 30 days+. Been to office twice. Took my second chest xray and low and behold 10 days later they call me I have abnormal lung and need to do a ct scan. They would call me back. I called back and not even 15 minutes later they were closed. Hiw dare they call with bad news then just go home. I called next morning gave me number to set ct scan which I could have done. Went and did scan within 2 hours. Called doctors office 3vtimes today. Dr has not read scan. She will call me. The last time they had left. Answering service got thru and they promised they would call. One hour later still waiting. So extremely unprofessional on all points.

I will not recommended anyone.

Customer service is the worst, the people at the front desk that awnser the phones have really bad attitude.

Valerie should not be allowed to use the phone or be in direct contact with anyone. She seems to hold the patients in comtempt because they are bothering her with their phone calls. I had to repeat myself three time to set a simple appointment. When I requested to speak to someone else I was transfered to a line no one would answer. Not the first time I have had issues with the staff. It is probably better to go elsewhere.
