Dr Montoya has helped me in so many ways and I would recommend him to anyone. Very compassionate and understanding works through issues with you one at a time. Best doctor I have been to.

Dr. Montoya is an amazing doctor. I had a medical problem back in December 2019 and immediately Dr. Montoya referred me to a specialist. Once the problem was resolved, he personally called me to let me know. He cares a lot about his patients and listens but most of all excellent at what he does. His medical assistants are amazing as well. I have moved far away but I refuse to change doctors. Dr. Montoya is my go to doctor. Such a classy man with great professionalism and knowledge. Thank you Dr. Montoya and staff for everything you do.

I met with Dr. Montoya and he was very professional and thorough. Made me aware of risks for men my age and was informative. My visit started on time and went through pretty swift. the front desk and nurse were very nice too. Overall good visit. I will schedule another visit when needed.

I can reiterate the experiences of others with regard to Dr. Montoya’s complete and total disregard for the time of others. For my last two appointments, I waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen, and BOTH TIMES there was absolutely ZERO acknowledgement or apology from him whatsoever. On my last visit, he literally heaved a sigh when I said I had other medical matters to discuss with him and said “ok, one more thing and that’s it...” He was visibly annoyed to be seeing me about the issues for which the appointment was made.Today was going to be my “make or break”’ appointment with regard to my continued relationship with Dr. Montoya. When I arrived for today’s appointment (which his office called multiple times to confirm in advance), the white board in the waiting area said he was running at least an hour behind schedule. I asked the receptionist if that wait time was accurate. She made a quick call to confirm that it was indeed accurate. I informed her that I would not be waiting an hour, again, to be seen by Dr. Montoya. I asked for information on how to retrieve my medical records from his office, which I fully intend to transfer to a new practitioner with a better sense of how to deal with, treat and appreciate his/her patients.

Doctor was very professional and competent, he was very courteous to explain everything and it was great to have a bilingual Doctor.

Had a very pleasant experience with Dr.Montoya and his staff. He was thorough, answered all my questions, and seemed genuinely kind.

An absolute DISRESPECT to ones time. No time management skills are taking into consideration. When he finally walked into the exam room all we got was a lame Im sorry. I cant wait until I get the survey from Memorial Hermann to complain about this lack of professionalism.

Juan Montoya is a great doctor who cares about his patients. He successfully diagnosed me with Appendicitis and possibly saved my life. He made sure I safely made it to the hospital and followed up often to make sure I was feeling well and that I got great treatment. Ignore the other review about the 51$ charge that the guy didnt pay, this place is professional and will not always collect money upfront if you need emergency appointments, so the next time you come back you might have an outstanding bill. I normally dont put up reviews, but this place does not deserve a 1 star rating because of a simple billing issue.

Still waiting on a call or even a response from his staff. Been trying to reach them for four days now.

Went for free yearly checkup and they keep harassing me for $51. Go to another Dr that knows how to do insurance billing. Even if it was a normal doctors visit it should only cost $40 copay. Memorial Herman is a bunch of jokers.

Very good doctor, full bilingual, objective and clear, definitely highly recommended. Rosa, her assistant is spectacular, as well as the doctor, they have plenty of patience and explain why and how to solve it. As if that were not enough, all the equipment and assistance of Memorial Hermann are at your disposal.
