My wifes mother Edwena/Edwina Clark was DR.Rios patient for many,many years...She loved DR. RIOS bedside manners, medical professionalism and his humor always made her smile...Edwenas daughter Gloria became DR. RIOS patient after Edwina passed away. Gloria also thinks highly of DR. I liked Dr Rios, but his office ceased to operate after the weather emergency in February 2021 and the phone now responds with a stock Google subscriber not available message.If youre registered with him, youll have to find a new doctor. No choice.

It is always a pleasant experience in my visits to see Dr. Rios. He is bilingual and has a great personality. Highly recommend!

I Love Dr. Rios,he has some bad staff and definitely not friendly nor caring. Hes office always closes earlier than time is scheduled for and I REALLY recommend for you to verify your benefits or youll be charged more than you really should.

Terrible service! I had severe migraines and had to drive back home. I couldnt see and he just walked out instead of sending me to ER. This was a symptom of a very serious condition. He cant diagnose diseases. Do not use this office. Front staff isnt very sharp.

Front desk, nurses & Dr Rios were all great! Dr Rios is thorough and has excellent bed side manners. I wod definitely recommend them.

Very bad experience. The doctor himself is very nice and caring, but the scheduler/receptionist Marco is very rude. First he told me that my insurance was not current (which it was), and then was also very rude to my insurances rep. You cannot get an appointment right away something about a 48 hours notice. So your screwed if your sick. He will not work with you.

If google offered a negative star I would pick -5 stars. This place is HORRIBLE. My mother was Ill and she called for help and to talk to her doctor. The so called nurse laughed at my mother and the doctor didnt want to help. TRASH SERVICE.

I needed a referral since this doctor did not know what my health issue was. I was in so much pain I couldnt wait of him to get back to the country. I called his office talked with his wife and asked for a referral for different specialist. She and the doctor refused and after practically begging for so long on the phone they sent it. A few weeks later I received a letter kicking me out of their facility it was worded very degrading saying I had a non christian attitude and that I was not to return, I have a total of 3 letters from this place since I refused to let them know I received such a terrible letter. I cant believe they went out of their way to send these letter but when I was in pain writing a simple referral was TOO hard. I would never recommend this doctor or their staff. Keep out if you can! You have been warned!

Office is very rude. Only Sylvia seems to care somewhat. The rest seem angry and upset. Dr. seems nice too. Sadly, I will have to look elsewhere.

I am very disappointed with the level of service. Front desk is horrible. Please do something.

I like Dr Rios and trust him, The sad part is that most of the people who work for him are family. The young man who works the front desk is always rude, defensive, and never gives his name when he answers the phone. I have complained to Dr Rios about his lack of professionalism in the past but it seems to have fallen on deaf ears.
