Gonzales medical is probably the best DOT certification clinic I have been to in my 20 years of driving. Personable staff at the front desk, and usually in and out in less than an hour. The doctor is fantastic. And special recognition for Lupe- one of the technicians. He is an asset to the business- always 100% professional, receptive, efficient, and congenial- every visit.Hopefully I speak on behalf of all the drivers who use Gonzales... Thank you! Tried to make an appointment, called to confirm appointment and even though I have proof of a negative COVID test from a week ago they said they couldn’t see me because I had “COVID symptoms” knowing good and well I don’t have COVID and I was looking for an actual answer as to what was going on. I guess doctors don’t help sick people anymore.

The main doctor at this clinic is super laid back and helpful as one could ask for. Hes very straightforward and doesnt beat around the bush. I have visited this clinic several times for thimgs as minor as a common cold (classified as covid-19 like everything else now) to back pain and shoulder pain. He is always super confident in his diagnosis and has prescribed the correct medication every time so far. I highly dislike doctor/hospital visits as theres always somehow bad news unfortunately, but sometimes its great and pleasing news when working towards a good and healthy path forward. Ill be 31 years old within a week (beginning of the 2nd week in October) and fully trust his expertise. Thank you to him amd office staff employed there. The only negative ent I can come up with is back in 2020, they required patients wear a mask, but they were only following orders blindly. Cant blame them for that. God bless

I have NEVER found a doctor’s office that I get excited to go see EVERYONE that works there.From the front desk to the nurses to Dr. Jay, Everyone is so warm and welcoming and caring. They’re also very efficient and communicate with you on a level that I’ve never had a doctors office communicate with me. There’s so professional but at the same time so easy going and Being someone that has severe anxiety that is so crucial. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jay and his staff. If you ever need to go somewhere to be checked out for anything please visit Dr. Jay and his Family Practice. He is one of the most caring and kind people I’ve ever met and it shows through how happy his staff are! I highly recommend Dr. Gonzalez family practice. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you to all of the staff especially Dr. Jay!

They could be better. I dont think they are very good and calling back patients or answering their voice messages. Never experienced this but usually my family members have to call back to get their blood results or call again to be sure changed prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy at times. I really wish they did better on that because I really like that office and the people.

Dr Gonzalez is great, he us very attentive and charismatic. All the other doctors at Gonzalez Family Medicine are also very nice. One thing i would like to point out is that, if you have an appointment, you are basically in and out. Your appointment time is respected and you dont have to wait for hours to see the doctor (like you would at other doctors offices)

Dr. Gonzalez is the best doctor I have ever been too. He listens, cares, and is sympathetic. The front desk were sweet and very efficient. The nurses made me feel at ease and they are all very nice and knowledgeable. I am so lucky to have found my doctor for all my needs. :)

I had a great experience with Dr. Gonzalez’s office the staff was very welcoming. I spoke to a women name Julia on the phone and she was very helpful and efficient with her work. I was a new patient and she walked me through all the steps and made sure I understood everything that she was doing. This won’t be the last time I go to Dr. Gonzalez’s office I highly recommend!!

Honestly the WORST CLINIC EVER!!!! Had me waiting in a room for about an hour, turns out they were celebrating someone’s birthday in the office.. SUPER unprofessional!

Went in for kidney pain, saw Mr Hernandez. He was very nice and has a great bedside manner. He took the time to explain and ask me questions. Definitely recommend him for primary care

I had a horrible experience at this clinic. I showed up with my partner as a walk-in to the clinic regarding chest pains at 2 and was told they could see us at 4:15 for an appointment. So we left and came back later. We arrived at 4:22 and when we showed up they told us we had to pay a $25 dollar late fee. I understand we were late however this fee not ever mention when we first came in and made the appointment. They said they could just take us as a walk-in instead. In that case we should of just done a walk-in the first time we came in. They have a lot of workers at the desk and no one communicated to us about this fee or any guidelines about needing to arrive before. They have a paper on the side about their policy which it says you’ll get charge $25 if you do not show up, which we did show up. This situation could of easily have been avoided if someone would of COMMUNICATED with us about their rules and guidelines the first time we came in. To make matters worse they forgot my partner was in one of the rooms until almost 2 hours of waiting!! I hope the owners read this and make communication a priority in their clinic.

Ive seen Dr. Gonzalez and Ms. Lopez both in person and theyre great. I also had a virtual visit and it was super easy and convenient for me. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was able to see my lab results online and I love that! I would recommend this place to anyone.

If you are really sick or feel you have a serious medical condition do not go to this clinic. We have been waiting for test results for 2 weeks when they where suppose to be ready the next day. I called to check on the status and a lily answered and was very rude and unprofessional.

I am very pleased with the services from the Occupational dept. I came in to perform a DOT card and a drug screen. The pregnant lady was nice enough to point me to the right dept to sign in. Once I singed in the girl in the front was very sweet and assisted me with my DOT when I had some questions I was confused about. The prices are very affordable. The drug screen lady called me the next day for the result.

First time getting a physical done in a while and I was pleased by how I was treated here. Dr. Karen Lopez is very nice and attentive. The staff was great as well. Will definitely come back again for medical needs.

Very friendly and overall amazing staff members that are very accommodating. The staff makes it very easy to schedule appointments and they offer excellent service. I would recommend this clinic to everybody.

Love that they are able to see small children. I Take my daughter for her physicals every year and we are very pleased with the service. When she’s sick, I am able to get my daughter in to see the Doctor that same day.

So I have been coming to this office since for almost a year! The staff for the most part is friendly and once they get to know you they act like a friends!!! ( only one staff member who is not so friendly Kathy but I haven’t seen her the last few times) I love the doctor Dr Neely she is awesome she takes her time with each patient and actually cares about what she has to prescribe to her patients! They are open late nights and on Saturday but you may have to wait anyways. If you want good service with almost always a friendly face . With doctors who actually cares. Then go here they are a very busy office so just know you may have wait but it is worth it. And no one asked me to write a review nor was I paid !! They get my money !!!

This clinic has no respect for covid19 patients with symptoms. Very rude staff and has no respect. This clinic needs to do better on how they treat their patients. BAD EXPERIENCE. Dont recommend.

Had an injury on Dec 29, 2018. Went to this occupational clinic and was amazed on how much they did to make my surgery and recovery happen. They reffered me to a good surgeon and made it easier on me, by helping me contacting my adjuster and finding out why things werent happening when things were supposed to be happening. When they didnt have to. Ive been going to this clinic, since the beginning of January and still have no complaints. They are very professional and polite. Im pleased with everything overall.

I called to ask if we could bring my mother in law who was having high blood pressure issues. the first thing they asked was for the insurance, which I provided. They quickly said for us to bring her in because the insurance she had was accepted. When we brought her in, they refused to take her due to her insurance not being accepted there. Out we went with a sick patient in search for the healthcare they refused to provide. Terrible patient-care skills. Bad Healthcare Provider.

Dr. Guerra is awesome. I love her and Dr. Gonzalez is very informative and provide care to me and my son. They always explain to me what test they are requesting and then they ask us if we have any questions or concerns.

If everything goes well thank God .But if you need to speak to a nurse or get some results for any questions or answers you can forget a about it though never get back with you.You can call and leave a message and they will never get back with you .I used to go there certain things had have been so I stopped going there now I Kelsey Or HermanIn my son went there a few weeks ago and he came never get them to return his call

Service here was terrific I had a appt with Ms. Botello, front desk was fast and efficient I was in and out of the office within 35 mins. The office hours are great. I have also brought my children in, and will continue to.

No need to go to have our blood drawn at Quest or Lab Corp, they accommodate everything in one office. They also have occupational service there as well. They also take worker’s Compensation too. Dr. Guerra is a good doctor. I loved taking my daughter to her. However the staff was always messing up. I had taken my daughter multiple times for things they failed to do the day of he appointments. When I really had to take my daughter in they would not take her because the doctor was not showing up as her primary I ended up having to take my daughter elsewhere since this was the 2nd time they did something of that sort. For that reason I will can only give 2 stars.

Love Dr. Guerra... hate how hard it is to get seen when your sick or how booked they are....If I switch doctors it will be because I cant get in when needed and I wont wait 4+ hours if Im sick enough to walk in...

The staff is the worst. Needed to have Dr. G. Give a release to get a CDL medical card and the staff said we would have to come in, even though we moved to Nebraska 6 months ago.They are always rude on the phone and in person. I feel bad because Dr. G is wonderful and they make him look so bad.

I call and get put on hold and keep redirecting it to play the music. They dont even answer and just end up hanging up. I have tried calling again but it is the same thing all over again. They need to hire more people if they cant handle calls coming in.

The staff at this place is very unprofessional, & disrespectful. I don’t recommend this place at all. One lady, I believe her name is Kathy is very passive aggressive, said she was the supervisor but was acting very condescending & even threatened to call the cops for who knows what reason. When all I needed was a letter from the doctor stating why they could not complete my analysis.

Bad service, they looked at my because I went in chanclas and shorts in a bad way. When she took my blood in the wrong way and harmed my vain. Results supposed to be in in less than one week and still waiting for them after two weeks.
