I met Emo back in March and she truly changed the pedicure game for me. She is confident and well educated in her craft. My feet used to look horrific, but now they are smooth and I leave the chair relaxed and ready to come back. I appreciate and love her work!!

I would give them a 3.5 rating because it is nice and they do have quality products but the service depends on who you get to service you I have had great service from here on some days and other days I have just walked out specifically cause I once had a lazy tech who did not want to take the initiative herself to clean and disinfect from her last service to service me and Im not one to ask you to do your job because you know your job I say all that to say I still receive services from here I am just super pick on who I allow to service me and I make sure they are following tdlr protocol while serving me

I frequent NOA nail bar about 2-3 times per month. Emo does my pedicures, and her service is immaculate! Emo takes her time, she ensures your service is similar to a pedicure you’d receive in a full service spa, and is very thorough. I always opt for the shellac or gel polish, as well as the premium pedicure that includes hot stones, wax, exfoliating scrubs, & callous removal. I’m always satisfied with my service, book her for Pedis & you won’t regret it!

This was my first and I made that very clear to the receptionist who checked me in. I explained what I wanted and was handed over to the technician. During my appointment, my wishes were repeated and verified...so I thought. I ended up with something totally different. When I brought this to their attention, I was talked over by the other receptionist. I will not be back. I get humanerror, but when the customer is trying to communicate, dont have an attitude. I paid $30 more than what was quoted. The technician went by what was written down. If you are going to take the time to check people in, make sure the info is correct. This makes up for thr language barrier.

I love this place. I’ve been going here for over a year. The nail techs keep up with modern trends and do their best to meet your needs. They’re also pretty reasonably priced. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Two people I recommend making appoints with are Jessica and Tammy. They’re awesome!

My nails were $50 and they were so ugly and thin and pointy. The shape is HORRIBLE! They look like little candy corns lol smh I would suggest you keep looking if you’re thinking about going to this place. Also I didn’t see new nail files being used it was like they never heard of Covid. The chairs weren’t wiped down after each guest like they should have been especially seeing that they weren’t busy. Save your money and spend it elsewhere. Btw got these done May 30th and this is how they looked by the 1st.

My second time coming and always wowed by how big it is. They have separate rooms for pedicures, manicures, hair, and massages. They have a full bar and offer complimentary drinks which is nice. Their prices are reasonable for the experience that you get and the staff is amazing. From New Orleans but definitely will be back!

Excellent service. The atmosphere and music is awesome and yes while you are getting a mani-pedi you can get a drink. If you want your lashes done Jessica does it all.

Saturday (12/21) I went in to get a refill. After looking at my nails and a picture of what I wanted, the nail tech assigned to me informed me that I would have to get a new set because the color of my nails were to dark to even paint over(they were black so I accepted this). She told me it would be $35 for a new set and $7 for the take off plus the cost of the design. Cool.She then proceeds to cut off my natural nails and file the remaining acrylic off, im assuming because it was quicker than soaking them in acetone. As shes filling my nail bed on certain fingers start to BURN because of how low shes filing. The burn worsens once she starts to apply the new set. While shes apply the set she informs me its $40 for a new set plus $10 for my length, $5 for the takeoff, and $5 for something else that I cant remember. In addition to that $60 it would be an extra $16 to have 2 nails with a marble type design. Bringing my total to $76...Much different fro the $7 for take off and $35 for a new set, plus whatever the design was.The following day a nail broke when someone squeezed my hand. And it Did not just crack or split, but it broke and ripped off my nail bed with it. I like my nails, but I believe the reason my nail looks the way it does in the images below, is because of how thin my natural nail was filled down to.Hopefully theyll be able to fix my nail or do something with them today,.Update: I went in and got the nail fixed no problem. A different lady helped me who was very sweet.Update (12/30) almost all of my nails are lifting and another one has broken, hasnt been two weeks yet. Nails are pretty but the quality is..meh

First time here ! Love the staff very loving welcoming as well. There are two sides for feet and hands. Kinah was very nice and gentle, she even put my shoes on 😂 For my toes I got the basic $30-35 and gel as well which one $20-25 around there. Chris who did my nails as a dip which are healthy for your nails. Chris was very patient and gentle as well with my nail. As for the price witch was $52 so in Total of the whole set $101 which in my taste was a bit expensive but overall the experience was nice and loving.

My husband and I loved this place! It was open a little later. There was lots of staff . We did not wait a single minute. They had a fully stocked bar and lots of space for social distancing.

Gel manicure should definitely last longer than one week. Also, I understand they are trying to be different, but you can hardly even communicate due to the extremely loud music.

The nail tech that did my nails was very unprofessional. I explained to her she was not shaping my nails correctly. Her response was i shouldve went where i got my nails done previously. I will never support this nail salon again. Customers are supposed to be satisfied when spending their money. I was not. If you dont have to spend your money at this business, dont . Absolutely amazing!! I was expecting nothing big when I decided to get my nails done here but they proved me wrong. First off the place is beautifullll inside. It had a bar, lots of cute spaces to lounge, it felt very professional, and not to mention there was a whole hair salon too!! Next time I go Id love to get me hair done there too, it looks so professional and my nails turned out beautiful! Amazing quality! I got a good massage with the classic pedicure and manicure and a scrub and it felt soo nice! Did I mention my nails turned out beautiful? The place is beautiful and so is the place. The workers there are so very sweet too they made me feel so safe and comfortable and was always checking in making sure I was okay! Honestly I had the best nail experience ever Im coming here more often!!

My usual salon was closed, so I went here because Ive heard good things, and like their work on Instagram. I asked for the screenshot attached, minus the diamonds and triangle. I said ombre yellow nails, and GOLD glitter on the middle finger. This is what I got. (It wont post here- go to my photos to see.) looks horrible and I hate it. My usual salon does a way better job for $40 and NOA Nail Bar charged me $60 for this. This is not ombre, looks like a nasty yellow French tip. And theres yellow in my cuticles that would not come off. (I spent 10 minutes scraping acrylic color off of my fingers from the mess he left me.) Also, my toes look horrible. Theres shellac polish on my skin, and the color is almost opaque, you can still see my nail behind it. & Thats with me telling him to add another coat. The horrible pedi cost me $27. I got an eyebrow wax for $7 which was decent, though.I wanted to make them do it all over, but I knew I probably wouldnt like it. And my fiance took me so I didnt want him to wait another 3 hours. Will never go back, they do terrible work. The shaping, quality, and just everything was horrible overall. The place is pretty but thats about it.

I went here for a refill, reshaping my nails and a pedicure. My nails were uneven in length, poorly shaped, and all different levels of thickness, I was also knicked on my left index finger by trish. I chose my color of shellac for my hands and feet which totaled $87 without tip. If youre going to this establishment to drink its a beautiful place with a full bar although I wouldnt suggest anything but a pedicure at this facility.

I am more so upset that I spent $250 for all the services I needed only for 4 of my nails to completely come off after a week. 1 week!!! I work from home on V a computer so I’m definitely not rough on nails. I’m upset and would like the problem rectified.

Would not recommend! They dont do a good job at scrubbing feet and the bottom of your feet look just like they did when you first walked in. The polish is ok work but definitely not the best.

Went here for the first time and it is not a spa where you want to get your mani and pedi to relax. Music is super loud and tech cant hear what you want plus we have to wear a mask which definitely they cant understand. The nail tech I got didnt do a great job.

HUA is such a great nail tech! He is always in good spirits and welcomes you as if he already knows you. He listens carefully to what you want. If you like having a conversation while you’re getting your nails done, then he’s your guy. I hope NOA rewards him for really surpassing his job duties.

Yo... Check this ! This place is a pure vibe, everything you need minus the covid precautions make it just shy of home. The music is nice ,if you could actually enjoy the bar it would put the icing on the cake! Talent, poise and beautiful customer service. Totally COVID-19 regulated/mandated pro cautions are taken. I am very upset I went to this nail bar a couple of times but to day was very unprofessional The lady name Jessica was very rude and late for business I will not be returning . I will be talking to the manager as well because she was so disrespectful.

Daughter went there and paid $70 for a manicure; came home with multiple cuts, crooked painting, uneven nails. Went back to see if they could fix it and made it worse.DO NOT GO HERE! Consumer beware.

Great atmosphere- but for the prices you have to be very specific in what youre wanting! In example- nail shape etc. or they will just do what theyre used to doing!! The technicians are great but the girl working the front doesnt speak English well, or if she does she doesnt really listen to what you have to say/communicate well & told me the wrong service to check causing confusion between myself and my nail technician, Tom! But Tom was great & talkative- i really liked him but the prices are a little high. You also only get 1 free drink with your services. I ordered a mimosa & they arent your typical {orange juice/champagne mimosa} they call it a Strawberry Short Cake Mimosa but its more less an inexpensive cheap cheap sweet wine!!

First time here... Good service but double charged on our card!?! $$$The receptionist/cashier charged the card and said there was an error, but I checked our account and it was charged twice! I told her it went through and she said it didnt. I was holding my phone and showing her the charge did go through! I have a photo I can post, but since Ive Been trying to speak to management... will update once this is resolved. —- update I had two charges on my card for over 200 and when so showed her and told her to refund me she said it would take 7 to 10 days to go back on my card because of HER MISTAKE!!! what if I needed that extra $ 200 for something? She didn’t even apologize. Even when I proved to her she charged my card twice.Hoping this was an isolated incident and because we liked the job the techs did ...Went back a second time. Different card was charged with the tip the first time. Then our card was charged for the tips separately on 3 different transactions and included another charge which I have no idea what it paid for. Unacceptable!! This is lying, cheating, stealing and jeopardizing the job of everyone there because of it. Then I get calls from other people asking what happened and they aren’t the managers! So I ended up telling the story several times. Ridiculous.This place has a nice vibe, great technicians and yet incompetent or thievery from the receptionists/cashiers. Very disappointing. if you go, USE CASH TO PAY****As for my full set and shellac, great job. Beautiful set and has lasted. I would consider going back just because I know the service is good, but never will I let them charge my card!!!

Staff is a little rude and rough. I asked an employee if I could get someone else to do my nails because he was rude upon arrival. He pushed my hand away and walked away. Lady who did my feet messed up the color by brushing it on her sleeve.. when she realized what she did she forcibly put my foot back on the stool like it was my fault. Plus they overcharged me. Finding a new salon. Nails are cute though. Lastly, the handoff from the person who does your nails to the person who does your feet is unorganized. They just leave you standing there.

The lady did not want to be doing my pedicure. she stopped while doing it to text and barley painted my whole toenail, another nail lady saw and laughed and brought someone to fix it. she didn’t even scrub my feet properly

My husband and I treated ourselves to pedicures and manicures here for the first time and it was wonderful! You get a free alcholic beverage with your service. The service was awesome and we will definitely be back! This place is huge and is very nicely decorated. There is even.a stage where they have a band but I did not inquire as to when they have live music.If you need to be pampered this is the Place to go!

I got a pedi today with Emo..when I tell you, this was the best pedi I have ever had..it’s no lie. She took her time, made sure i had no dead skin (I had just had a bad pedi a few weeks ago at a different salon), she made sure my nail bed was immaculately clean! I was in heaven..the pedi is worth the price. The place is clean and styled nicely.

I got my nails done on 1/31 and every single one of my nails have popped off since. Im assuming they did a poor job dehydrating my nails. I am very upset that I payed $70 for them just for them to start popping off on 2/3

I had my lashes done by Jessica and it was beyond my expectation. The quality of lashes is excellent, it feels so light and natural like having my own lashes. Her technique is indeed amazing. Worst pedicure experience. The girl who did my pedicure seemed like she was in training not knowing what to do and very clumsy. She left rough skin on my toes and heels, the nail polish was very low quality, you could see very uneven strokes on my toe nails and the next day started to peel off. It definitely wasnt a relaxing experience. Never again!

They person who did my nails didn’t listen to me about what i wanted. I made it very clear i wanted glow in the dark and even picked the color out in that specific rack. On top of that all i got charged for something i didn’t do.

This is my first time getting my nails done here, it was near my friends place so I went for it, looked classy. At first everyone seems friendly but when we still couldnt decide on a color or they couldnt understand what we were trying to explain they proceeded to rush us through it AND get the wrong bloody color. (I asked for burgundy, she grabbed purple) Well we requested to sit next to each other since I hardly see her, she lives an hour away. No matter how many times we explain that we want to sit next to each other, it doesnt happen! I didnt think this was a hard request. That isnt even the main reason why I writing my first bad review. This woman takes 2 HOURS to do my nails, powder matte, with some jewels. Nothing freaking dramatic, just a simple look. Before I can inspect it she rushing through the final clear coat and insists on me going to wash my hands. Once I get back to the chair that she tries to rush me out of, I tell her my nails arent the same shape, some are longer than the other, oh and I demand she take the jewels off since it looked like my 3 niece glued them one. Well once she finally tries to comply with my request, she goes to get her next customer while I am still in the d%$& chair. The end result, I will be filing my nails down all night trying to fix it as well putting band aids on 8 out of 10 fingers because they are bleeding!! Even though I have been getting my nails done for years, this is the first time that I am being told that I have thin skin and that is why I am bleeding. That is right I said bleeding, my entire left hand (picture has been posted) every cuticle has been torn. So now I cant get my nails fixed any where else because of my shredded cuticles.I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. My friend can drive the hour to see me at my nail salon which I highly recommend. They go above and beyond to accommodate and dont let you leave looking like you put your hand in a blender. This place is a joke.

Great service, I had my 3 year old daughter with me and they treated her like a princess and were very attentive to her. The kids service pricing was very affordable. The complementary glass of wine I had was great and they provided fresh pineapple juice for my daughter. They had live music and the atmosphere was fun and luxurious. They took their time with my pedicure and manicure and I will definitely be going back to try their many other services.

Used to come here a couple of years ago. They could never keep nail tech so i was never happy with my nails. The price also changed every time and after the 3rd time i was done. My nail tech is still out for covid and i decided to give them another try. They were dismissive from the begining. On the phone and talking to each other. 15 mins later they finally get to me and tells me my nails would be $50. I said i had not paid that price here and she informed me that it was bc my nails were going to be long. (she took it apoun herself to assume). She immediately got mad and stormed to the front counter talking to the guy. I simply ask him to look up what i had gotten previous and the price i paid. He then began to start being rude and saying he wasnt going to look it up. I just walked out. Steer Clear! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Great experience. Took my 15 year old daughter and Jessica took great care of her. Bartender was knowledgeable about making a mans drink. Upbeat music and entertainment goes hand in hand with great service. Ill definitely bring my daughters here everyone they want to get themselves made up.

Some of the nail technicians are extremely unprofessional. Specifically against black customers. I loved this place when they first opened, it was my go to spot. But they now have horrible employee retention, always hiring new nails techs, and the experience levels are not where they should be. Ms. Jessica (nail tech) was rude and cold towards me during my last visit, and was very rough on my nails. She didn’t even try to give me what I asked for. I asked to speak to the manager, and he refused to see me.

I loved the service. My 1year old son was with me and he started to get cranky halfway through but the staff was great. They gave him toys and just tried to make him more comfortable, I loved it. I definitely will be back but next time hopefully alone so I can really enjoy the total experience.

They got me right in with no appointment on a sunday. Ask for Kathy she did a good job on my pedicure and hooked me up! Although, I dont like that they only give you 1 drink and a ticket their competition executive nails gives 2 drinks.

As i walked into the place i felt a welcoming ambiance and was provided help. I received a complimentary drink with my purchase of a 30 min full body massage which was worn the $35. My masseuse Amy was awesome, my back ache went away and tension i never knew i had. Worth the visit! This place is definitely a must see. Beautiful decor and so spacious designs. OMG! I couldnt wait to give this review. This is absolutely the best nail shop I have ever stepped foot in. This is not your average nail shop. It is a combination of a nail salon hair salon facial pedicures entertainment you name it. They have tons of different nail polish options. They also can do the new nail designs that look like pointed nails. They allowed us to celebrate my friends birthday and reserve an entire room. Oh and let me not forget they have a bar inside where you can have drinks while youre being pampered. I drank two margaritas and I just didnt want to leave. Again Im amazed and I cant wait to go back. Ive been telling everybody about it.
