Organic Spa Houston is my heaven on Earth. Both Kylie and Lola are extremely talented and knowledgeable. Kylie has done several facial micro needling sessions with me to help reduce enlarged pores, acne and hyperpigmentation and it has extremely helped my skin. It is a process so you do have to patient but it’s totally worth it. I also permanently shaded my lips because I wear very little makeup and even when I do I try to keep it very natural. Lola and Kylie brought my lips back to life!!! I always get complimented on how nice my lips look and I totally agree. I feel more confident in myself and it actually encourages me to try to look pretty in the mornings.

The ladies at Organic Spa Houston were amazing and so sweet and kind. They were super flexible with my schedule and trying to get me in at a time that works best for me and they made me feel extremely comfortable while I was at the spa. Kylie, Lola, and I really got to know each other during my visit and I really appreciate that. I got my eyebrows microbladed and my eyelashes tinted and lifted and I’m in love with the results!! The second I walked in the customer service was not good. They did not seem organized at all and the receptionist seemed confused as to what she was supposed to do but did not seem as if she was new at all. The woman who did my facial was kind but cold. I felt like she truly didnt care about my skin or giving me a good spa experience. There was a moment within my facial that she was interrupted by her receptionist and said shed be a moment. I laid there for about 12 minutes waiting on her which completely took away from the relaxing experience. She talked me into getting a chemical peel which was $100 more than I was expecting to pay for my facial and I KID YOU NOT SHE PUT 2 THINGS ON MY FACE. My entire facial seemed rushed and was not enjoyable at all. For paying $250 I would have gone to a high end spa not a place on the side of the road that lacks presentability, welcoming ambiance and a spa-like, relaxing decor. The whole place seem cold and was very crammed. Due to the poor customer service, and EXCEEDINGLY overpriced facials, I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This place is fantastic! I left my brows alone during quarantine hoping to start fresh with a new shape and larger aesthetic. One of my brows grows higher than the other and I was worried if they used a stencil or mapped them according to each person. They are mapped, cleaned up, shaped, tinted and look amazing! I hope to do the perm ombre brows in the future and cant wait to get a facial!

This is the best place in town for skin care and permanent makeup. The owner Kylee offers an array of different services and treatments. Most recently we sent five of our models to get their eye brows done before a photo shoot. Lola did a fantastic job for everyone She did lamination, tinting, and shaping for three of the models. And did powder brows for the other two. Their brows looked perfect for the shoot. Thank You Again!

Very disappointed with my experience. Held high expectations. Travelled an hour w the intent of getting a valued facial. It was extremely clear that My Skin type wasn’t a priority to esthetician. 300$+ facial was recommended. Then, After completing service esthetician’s response to my dissatisfaction was that the facial type is not recommended for my skin color.?? Definitely a disconnection. After months of wanting to book a service, I was really let down. It’s unbelievable how the transaction was of high importance; instead of what I truly came for.

I had Lola did brows lamination, brows tint and my lipblush cosmetic tattoo for me and I couldnt be happier! The results look super natural and she was gentle, meticulous with her work. I cant wait to come back for the permanent makeup touch up appointment and try lash lift next!

This place is like “the eyebrow doctor”! She’s is also renowned for her work in microblading. I have fairly full eyebrows with few bald spots. I opted for a quick-and-simple shape and tint situation and I can tell you that her work was impeccable!

My experience at Organic spa was body therapy, Specifically micro needling my stretch marks around the area of my buttocks. The cost for both areas of my glutes, plus a stretch mark micro needling after cream were affordable compared to most places. Information about prices is on their website which saves time calling in and asking. I absolutely this recommend this spa to any of my friends. I plan to go back in 4 weeks (that’s how long the healing process is for body therapy). I love the energy and ambience of this place which is the main reason I will stick it. My specialist Kylee N is someone I look forward to continuously seeing in my micro needling process.

I had my eyebrows microbladed and it was a lovely experience. Great work, attention to detail and a good experience overall. However, beware that the pricing described in your signed contract for certain procedures may differ from what is depicted on the website. I was not aware of this until after the fact. This may have influenced my decision to have the procedure done at Organic Spa if I had known upfront that a touch-up was not included in the initial price, as I later learned. It is typical that most places include the touch-up in the initial price. I wish I would have known. It was a tad disappointing to know I have to cough up more funds to complete my goal. I am a “by the book individual” and rely heavily on signed agreements of services for both parties to uphold their parts to be valid. I appreciate the work nonetheless, I’m just not sure I will be revisiting.

I just moved to Houston a few months ago and had been looking for a spa to call home. This place was the very first place I tried due to the look of the website and location. The website is misleading.... There were no essential oils used whatsoever. Baby oil is not an essential oil. Before and after the wax was given she wiped me with baby oil. I should have spoke up then. On top of that, I didnt get the full service of a Brazilian and was charged the full price of $69. I tried to explain my case and her response was very dismissive. Almost as if she was in dire need of the money. That very well could be the case. But thats not a way to conduct business. A loyal customer supersedes way more than a one time $69 client. I just had my first microneedling session with Kylee and had the best experience. I was pretty anxious about the level of pain but Kylee reassured me it Id be numb throughout it... and she was right! On a scale of 1-10 I probably felt it at about a 4 at most. Very mild discomfort, and her calm nature helped throughout it all. We chitchatted throughout most of the procedure, thats how easy it really was! Will definitely be back for more as my skin is already glowing and Ive experienced very minimal redness overall. Cant wait for my next one!

She is gentle with waxing (Bikini) and only uses organic wax and aftercare products as I so needed for my sensitive skin.She recently did my microblading treatments (1st initial and touch up) and was very attentive to making my brows exactly as I wanted and with numbing cream and chatting it up with her it went seamlessly!My eyebrows were super thin before and as theyve changed with the treatment I can let them grow as they should. If you are looking for a spa experience please look elsewhere. Its essentially a tiny room with 2 beds. The owner was in a rush and didnt spend enough time consulting with me beforehand and suggested a 200$ facial which long story short was not worth it. Her rebuttal will be that she recommended it and i accepted the type of facial. The reality is that while she was doing my peel is when she actually asked me about my regimen by then my facial was already chosen and it was too late the peel was already intensely burning my skin. The form I filled out during sign in was not even examined by her. This turned out to be an intensive peel type of facial that didnt work for my skin. She also left out some extractions as I did mention to her that have an event that evening. So no extractions, removed the peel as it was burning and then just massaged my face. All of which was 200 $.Its all just meh...and disappointing. Been to multiple spas in NYC, Vegas and Houston so I do have some exposure to real spas and facials. This aint it.K Dont bother explaining yourself.

I had some pretty high expectations because I have seen some amazing microblading pictures and Kylee totally exceeded my expectations. My eyebrows look so full and more importantly very natural. I will only go to Kylee to have my eyebrows done.

Perfect spa, especially for those that have sensitive skin!

I have been at this place twice. The first time, I had a good experience; but not so much at the second time.The first thing I told Kylee when I arrived for my second facial was that I was pregnant and the redness on my face was some make up.I was very surprise that she didnt know that he microdermabrasion treatment is highly not recommended to any pregnant woman and indicated that as first option to take care of my acne prone skin.She didnt stop blaming me for my skin conditions, saying that I was making it worse with my cleaning regime. (Hello!!!! I am pregnant!!!! I have no control of my hormones right now, I was trying to make it better by keeping it clean).My skin turned out worse less than 24 after leaving her place. More acne appeared where she was pressing my skin forcing me to go see my doctor immediately.I sent her a message before writing this review. She reassured me that the products were safe (which was nice of her) but ended the massage saying For now, I will cancel the appointment scheduled for you on August 26th until you get written clearance from your physician to receive facial treatment.I never said I was going back.Helena
