Great service used a Groupon for my nails. Excellent deal. The parking is a little tight but you can park at the garage on kelvin its free for 2 hours. Girls were great loved it. Clean environment and they have a great selection of nail polishes.

Susan’s Nail & Facial is THE BEST! I have had multiple services there: sublative laser, micro needling, laser hair removal as well has multiple facials, manicures and pedicures. Every time I leave, I feel completely pampered and the results are amazing. The entire team is so professional and they explain all procedures and options for you. Also, best prices around too. The experience is why I come, the results is what I come back for! Highly recommend!

Loved Susan Nail and Facial. Mani pedi, shellac and powder deep, ask for Susan. The have done micro-needling and facial. She’s excellent. Their price is very reasonable compare to other places at Rice Village.Give them a try.

I love going to Susans! I get my eyebrows threaded here, and my manicures from Sarah. She is absolutely AMAZING and does it all: Sarah custom-mixes my dip powders for me to achieve the perfect pink-nude nail colour, and applies my polish with such care and attention that they stay on for weeks on end. I leave feeling pampered and well taken care of each time and cant say enough good things about them. Susans is incredible with nails, and I cant recommend them enough!!! Be prepared for lots of compliments when you leave this place. ;)

This salon is great! First stumbled upon it after visiting a business across the street and have been coming for several years since. Sara and her whole team are wonderful, friendly, and attentive. I go a every few weeks for a shellac/gel mani but can also say that pedicures, dip, and eyebrow waxing are all good too. I recommend Susan’s to friends and have kept going even after moving across town. (Using husband’s google review account)

So first off really friendly staff, great location, reasonable prices...Issue comes down to nail service.Different sizes, polish uneven, bumb in polish. Unfortunate because I love the color but for $45... not worth it.

I went to Susan for five years for lash extensions, absolutely fabulous. I stopped getting them a few years ago simply because of time and distance, I live way out in spring. I still refer everyone I know to her to this day. But by far...her extensions last forever and I am very rough on mine and I still only had to go every 6 weeks. I think it’s about time for me to start going back and she will definitely be the only one I go to.

They took me right away as a walk in on a Saturday morning. Tina was extremely gentle and attentive. Beautiful, calm atmosphere. Definitely my new nail place!

Susan is such a sweet person. She makes you feel welcomed upon arrival. She didnt make a fuss about changing my nail color even though she had already started painting. Loved the new color she suggested!Allow time for parking as it is rice village (most are metered parking spots).Update: my nails did chip after only four days and one nail completely peeled off after 1 week. That was disappointing.☹️

I went to Susan because I got a Groupon for Silk Diamond peel. Susan was very good and professional. I really enjoyed my facial and my skin felt so soft and smooth afterwards. I would come back to Susan for another facial.

I had lash extension done last weekend.. place looked bit dirty. Staff she is very unprofessional and during she did my lash it was hurts and my lash looks horrible to be honest I dont really like how it looks at all.. need more training and keep the place more hygiene

Great customer service and clean manicure area! But, within 4 days, 4 nails from my shellac manicure began to chip. Also, there was uneven coloring and bumps. My total came out to $30, which includes a $5 tip. Im afraid to say that even the $25 groupon price ($10 off the original) was not worth it.

My wife went for a manicure and she just loved their work and service. Her nails look fabulous

I absolutely adore Susan! She is so sweet and always makes sure that no matter what time I call she finds an appointment slot for me that works. Ive had 4 microneedlings and several microdermabrasions and each time afterwards I get compliments on how rested and young I look. She is very good at what she does!!

If it wasnt for them being nice I probably wouldnt even give them a start at all. Purchased a Groupon in advance so when I got there presented the voucher. They told me to cutt my cuticles would be a $2 charge so I agreed . Then after they finished told me they gave me the wrong price and its actually a $5 charge. The nail tech also cutt me when trying to cutt my nails and when buffing my nail burnt me. They will literally give you a price and then change the price after they finish . This was by far the worse experience I have ever had at a nail salon

Customer service is excellent. Shellac lasted only a couple days when I usually get 2 weeks ...
